Great Service this time!!! We didn't have to deal...

Great Service this time!!! We didn't have to deal with the service receptionist, who in the past was not very friendly or forthcoming with getting us updated information on our vehicle. We opted to wait for the vehicle rather than drop it off. It was done within an hour.

Also, we bought a new 2021 Buick Encore GX from Oliver Livingston. Oliver is a great salesman. This is the second time we bought a car from him. Excellent service, gets us EXACTLY what we want! Makes the buying experience smooth. Thank you Oliver, we love dealing with you!

I made an appointment with your service department and received an 8 o"clock time slot for my oil change . I showed up at about 7:50 and they took me right in and had the work done by 9. It was nice to get in and out in a short time.

The whole team which included Ian Moore and Dan Sinclair in sales and Dave Sinclair in Finance were terrific and friendly! They worked really hard to get the vehicle that I really wanted into the budget that I could manage in spite of some bigger incentives from GM when I did my last lease. With my previous lease not up until the end of April, my intent was simply to gather information and compare pricing but they made the opportunity to get the vehicle I really wanted irresistible and I entered into the new lease that day (Saturday, 2/15/2020). They checked off all the boxes! I'm happy with the vehicle and the protection plans I purchased and look forward to driving this 2020 GMC Terrain for the next 3 years!

Every time I come to the service department at Dave Sinclair, they treat me below average. I ve been lied to about what they could do for me. They have wasted my time by having me take my child with me only to tell me what they said they could do for me they indeed could not. This is the 4th and last car I will ever purchase from them. Nobody cares to listen. I ve sent countless unanswered emails to the management team, never a response. Very unprofessional.

Great place to do business, I leased a 2016 Canyon and had some issues with a "Disposition Fee" from GMAC Financial 9 months after returning the truck, Tony Sr helped sort it out even after a blew a fuse in there showroom. So they went beyond what they were required to do to make me happy. Can't ask for more than that!

I always bring my SUV in for service to Dave Sinclair. Matt in service is my favorite! He takes care of all the issues promptly. If I have any questions he calls me back so fast. Every time I leave I have reassurance that my vehicle was taken care of to the highest quality. I will be a forever customer.

Awful experience at this dealership. Had to take my Sierra 1500 in multiple times, with the last trip spanning over 1 month because service and GM engineers could not properly diagnose what was going on with my truck. After 'fixing' the issue, my transfer case blew up on the interstate. When I called Sinclair service, theattendant responded 'You are to far away from our dealership, we can't help you'. Will never buy a vehicle from this family again. I would give this rating zero stars if possible.

RACIST SERVICE CENTER EMPLOYEES
Dropped off my 2013 Buick Lacrosse with 52000mi for a 10am appointment, needed a 1 hr diagnostic. I was concerned about possible transmission issues. I was coldly greeted and felt unwelcome, employees stared at me without offering so much as a good morning.
I asked if the car would be ready by 4pm and was told that it s hard to say bc of how backed up they were. That was 6HRS!! to run a 1HR diagnostic! I was then warned that the car may have to say over the weekend (it was Friday) but I made it clear that wasn t an option. I left the car and the service tech said she d call and update me on the expected time frame..

she called at 1pm telling me that a quality control member drove the car and couldn t duplicate any of my complaints or concerns and that it drove fine for him. She then warned me (for the 4th time) that if they had ran the diagnostic and still didn t find an issue that My warranty company wouldn t cover the test and I d have to pay the bill ( WHICH I WAS ALREADY AWARE OF)
I felt like they didn t want to provide service to me and that I couldn t trust their word anymore so I went to pick up my vehicle.

When I arrived she told me the driver put about 10 miles on my car and it didn t give him any issues and to bring it back if it gets worse.I explained that Ive had a transmission fail before and that I was experiencing similar problems. She made it a point to tell me for the 5th time that day that if they ran the test and didn t find anything that I d have to pay. I wanted to cry bc I didn t care about the money I just wanted my car fixed or to at least know what the issue was.

I ve experienced enough racism in my life to know when I m being discriminated against. I don t know if it s because I m a black woman or if they simply thought I couldn t afford their services as she told me the price well over 5 times but this was a sad waste of time and a pathetic display of customer service...

The service team at Dave Sinclair Buick Gmc dealership are the most courteous and friendliest team I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have been to other establishments and felt unwelcome. I attributed it yo my race and never went back. I travel 30 minutes to Dave Sinclair, and the experience is worth it. One particular experience I would like to share. In 2016 while I was sitting in waiting rm, I got a call that my 84 year old mother had been rushed to the hospital and it was critical. Dave Sinclair had a service car to drive me to Memorial Hospital in Belleville so that I could be with her. Thank you Dave Sinclair for being the best dealership I have ever met.

I enjoy bringing in my Buick to the Saint Louis dealership on Lindberg. The waiting area is spaced out with a chair in between. They took me right in at my scheduled appointment time. My wait time was no more than 1 hour. The service person was very pleasant and professional.

I went there on recommendation from a friend to see Nicki Horr, and she was excellent. I could not have had a better experience buying a car and getting financed for the first time. I had gone to a few other places to look but all of the salesmen were awful, I am really glad I found Nicki. Can't recommend her enough.

Recently got a 2020 Buick Enclave. Dave Sinclair and especially Tim Fothen came through for me. I generally get a new vehicle about every 3 years, which relates to multiple past encounters. I have to say this was the most pleasurable experience since my first purchase in 1974!!
I am not the easiest to deal with. I know exactly what I want. My most important request was getting in and out in the shortest amount of time. Of course many emails transpired prior to the deal, but Tim and the team at Sinclair Buick came through for me. I had requested running boards be installed on my new Enclave. Those were already done!!!!! All I had to do was drive home.
Thanks again Tim Fothen and Dave Sinclair team, for the best experience EVER!!!

They are very helpful there. We were looking into purchasing a car for our mother who is 84 and will really not be driving that much longer. When we spoke to Rick at Dave Sinclair Ford he said that his family faced a similar situation and they leased a car for 2 years. That option worked out GREAT for us given our situation. Now we are not tied down with a larger car payment each month once she decides to stop driving in the next couple of years. Nick was a wonderful and very patient salesman that we dealt with. This is our families 5th purchase from Dave Sinclair Lincoln & Ford dealerships. They have both been very honest at both the Lincoln & Ford dealerships in our experience.

We are happy with our car. We made a 1.5 hour trip to see this specific car. We were treated great until a little push back on price occurred. Our salesman was very accommodating. He brought Mr. Sinclair in to talk price and he got a little uncomfortable. He was not very personable and basically accused my husband of not being honest about the price of a similar car at another dealership. I called the dealership the next day and double checked. My husband was right. So, we like our car.

A year ago I purchased a Buick Enclave from Bob Isenmann. I've had other neutral experiences at other dealers. Bob made the process, smooth and easy to do. In my other experiences I get automated follow ups from the dealer, usually via email and mail. This does not make me ANY more inclined to purchase from them again. Bob goes the EXTRA mile using more "old school" techniques and calls us on our birthdays and texts us to see how we're doing with the new vehicle, most recently reminding me it's been a year and to make sure we're still in love. This guy is a GEM, Dave Sinclair Buick GMC, a GEM! Thanks for all you do!

I had a great experience. You beat Dobbs and autotire on the price of the same tire with the same services by nearly $200 and provided a fantastic experience. The ability to rent a car at a reasonable price so I didn't have to wait in the waiting room on my only day off was fantastic too.

Stacey is wonderful! We had to get our vehicle towed in and the appointment wasn t until the following day. She managed to get our SUV in early, everything was taken care of and we picked up that evening. She was knowledgeable, kind, and funny. The service dept. at Dave Sinclair is always a pleasure to work with!

Scott was real easy to work with and very helpful. We arrived after 5 pm to look at a Yukon Denali XL. It was in the showroom floor. He helped push it out while it was raining and cold outside. He stayed well past closing time to help us finish the buying process. We would give him a 5 Star rating also.

Typical dealership experience, they low balled our trade in and we had to haggle to get an almost fair deal. The used truck I bought was supposedly "detailed" before delivery. I spent 2 days removing the tar off of it and cleaning the interior. I bought a used vehicle from a different dealer last year and it was meticulously clean.

My recent visit was an emergency meaning no appointment. I ended up with a piece of metal in a tire . I was informed it might take a couple of hours (which it didn't). By me not being prepared for this emergency,I had no book to read which made my hunger bare down on me, and all I did was whine to one of the fellows and he shared a couple of slices of his pizza WARMED. I thought that a $60,000 car with less than 28,000...

I thought that a $60,000 car with less than 28,000 miles wouldn't have a leaking sunroof. I also thought that after spending over $3,000.00 on an extended warranty that the repair would have been covered. It cost me $131.00 to have them look at it and they wanted $385.00 to fix it. Not happy with GMC

He took the time to explain all the bells & whistles in my new car and what features could be added if I wanted them. Collin made financing very easy giving me my options. It is nice to go to a dealership and not be pressured. I will continue to refer friends and family there.

My son took the chevy cruze to get a window fixed and oil change. When he got there he was told that they would do a diagnostic on the car to find the issue. This of course is pricey to begin with. Next they told my son that the extended warranty expired at the end of November and the cost would be $600. I told my son to pay for the test and oil change and get out of there as fast as he could. He took the car to Gravois auto repair and within 30 minutes car was fixed for $250. I can t understand this dealership not taking care of the window issue using the warranty that expired at the end of November. I have purchased many vehicles and have my oil services done at this dealership. Very disappointed. Not sure I ll be doing business here any longer. I wish Dave senior was there. This would not happen on his watch.

I was really happy with the shuttle service and getting rides to and from the dealership which was nice. I was upset to hear that the same part that I had replaced from a recall last year failed again causing breaking issues. Over the weekend I was almost in a bad accident with my entire family in the truck because of this breaking issue. The person helping me also said he'd wash the truck when it was all finished and then forgot when I got there to pick it up.
