I had a multifaceted issue with additional coverage on one of my leases, and Steve Kohensky truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. It was a frustrating situation; however, Steve's demonstration of leadership, patience, and care for the customer is the reason I will continue to be a long-term customer of the dealership.
