I was especially pleased with my mechanic, Eric. I know he's not really "my" mechanic, but he made me feel that he was. He explained, in layperson's terms, every detail of the service process. I felt confident that customer satisfactory was a top priority. Most importantly, I am satisfied with the quality of the work and with the timely manner in which it was completed.
