This company lies, they said they were at my home ...

This company lies, they said they were at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell, but I have been sitting here all day long waiting for them. They said they tried calling but must have wrote down the wrong number. It is the dead of winter and we have no heat. I do not appreciate being lied to ... shame on them. I will not even think of calling them or referring them to any of my friends/family.
