My furnace lost power at 10pm while it was below zero out. Pronto is the only company who had a professional and knowledgeable person answer the phone at night. I had previously used them and had all my details up front. Out of the other six companies I called, three didn't call me back, one required a credit card before they would even send a message to the on call person. The other called and was hard selling a service to bring over space heaters until they can get there 16 hours later!

Pronto set up an appointment for early the next day and they arrived on time. I received a text notification when the tech was on the way. The tech was very professional, kind, patient, and answered all my questions. They did have to come back because the first issue turned out to be a temporary fix. When I called them to report it, they were back over in less than an hour without any charges!

Pronto is now my go to and we'll be replacing our furnace in a year or so - they've earned my business.
