Our overall experience with pronto was amazing. Our furnace went out in the evening on a Tuesday and we didn t realize it until about 9pm. After calling Centerpoint Energy and a few other HVAC companies (and being thoroughly disappointed and frustrated) We called Pronto. I m so glad we did! They didn t have a tech that could come out that night but we re so sympathetic to our situation and had someone out the next morning. The tech, Chris, spent a considerable amount of the day diagnosing the problem. After running to get two new parts, Chris explained th situation and costs in a very clear way we could understand. After some deliberation, we actually decided to go with a new furnace. They even offered to bring us space heaters in the mean time. The sales rep, Jack, was awesome to work with. No pressure and explained all the options available. The next day we had a new furnace installed by Shane and we couldn t be happier. The install was meticulous and every detail is perfect. They also protected our home from any sort of damage, dirt or snow. We will never use anyone else
