Pronto has a tough job. A faulty furnace in my case sort of felt like going to the doctor - you don't really know what is wrong or understand it. Pronto is worth five stars because they know the difference is that a sick person doesn't necessarily need customer service, but an irritated person with a faulty mechanical system might. Pronto was at my house multiple times (like 3 or 4) and it wasn't clear what the issue was. They could tell I was getting a bit fed up. Even though my patience wasn't their problem, and they were doing what they could, they made sure I walked away happy. Two thumb's up for the team, very responsive and great customer service.
