On July 6, I bought a Nutriboost Russell Hoobs (kind of smoothie blinder) on your website. After having used it on a few occasions, one of the glasses hangs with its cover during use ... then impossible to open it. The latter is then filled and unusable. I then go to the Darty store in Madeleine at the beginning of August with my shaker blocked.
After trying to open it for 3/4 of an hour, the after-sales service team decides to take care of it and explains to me that a priori this part will be changed. I tell them that leaving to live abroad, it is imperative that this situation be resolved at the latest on August 14 because we take off on August 15 without return for 1 year. The young man tells me that on the paper is indicated the date of August 16, but that in fact, weekend 32 the problem will be solved because they will change me a priori the glass + the damaged lid.
Today, August 12, having no news, I decided to contact the after-sales service platform. The latter indicates to me that no repair is possible and asks me to go to the store because an exchange is planned.
I do it and go back to the Darty store in Madeleine.
The person returns with my full shaker and explains to me that they cannot schedule an exchange because the part is not available and that they cannot even make an order in the time allowed because it is no longer available for the moment. That eventually it would be possible, but in any case not before August 16 (we leave France on August 15 ...).
I ask if a shipment would be possible ... "No sending abroad !!!" ...
I then ask to speak to a manager who arrives and who begins to explain to me that it is necessary in any case to bring back the totality of the robot to be able to envisage an exchange ... Detail which has never been mentioned. I explain that the robot has already gone abroad and that if this procedure had been mentioned I would have reported it ...!
He then begins to doubt my good times and addresses me inappropriately.
I then told him of my disappointment with the quality of the service.
The latter does not offer me any solution and allows me to explain that in any case he has no obligation and that I obviously did not use the device as it should ...
How is it possible???
I had decided to acquire this device at Darty even if more expensive than on some sites in order to be able to benefit from a "service" of quality!
I am very disappointed, I will not buy anything more from you and will not fail to share my experience around me !!!

A literally perfect welcome in the store, but even if the salesman was more charming behind him, nothing followed. A literally lamentable delivery service, which in no way respected the commitments made in writing when ordering. In short, the team in charge of bringing you the new television (2m + at an angle) is not able to bring back the old equipment (1m80 at an angle) and leaves it all to you on site without even having taken the time to think 10 minutes (because once the feet are detached, the said equipment would have entered the elevator).
It's up to me to explain to them on their second visit that we had to separate one from the other in order to gain in terms of both volume and weight to be able to evacuate the whole more easily.
I was first offered to postpone the delivery during the week (four days later) leaving me an apartment upside down. After many heated negotiations to say the least, I ended up getting a second pass the next day ... The next day, the icing on the cake, one of the guys who was supposed to lift the television to remove it scratched and tore the inlay from the cabinet on which it was posed. (It is easier to drag a TV over 100 kg than to lift it). Finally, last small clarification when ordering it had been specified that the television was extremely heavy, a photo had been taken and the dimensions as the reference had been given.
