Very bad past experience at Darty La Madeleine. I bought a laptop with 20 installments at no charge. Without any information, Darty signs me up for insurance without asking my advice, and it's up to me to cancel it by calling a phone number on the contract. Another surprise, a few days later, I receive a paid credit card even though I haven't asked for anything, and the seller hasn't explained anything to me. There I call Darty Finance customer service, again, it's up to me to write a letter to cancel this card which is not requested by me. Not to mention that there is a Darty financial department that calls me constantly to offer me the Darty COVID mutual. I am really very unhappy with this experience, a simple buy followed by all these forced actions. This approach is not correct
