Second bad experience in less than 6 months in this Darty. I am visiting on Friday July 28, 2018 to purchase a fan. The first seller tells me that he only has models left at 400 . After going around the department, I came across a 160 model from the Aerian brand. I buy this model, which breaks down after two hours of use. Back at the store on Saturday, I have all the difficulties in the world to get my money back. The workshop employee explains to me that he can only issue a voucher. The department employee explains to me that there is only one exhibition model in poor condition, etc. They walk me around in circles for 20 minutes, emphasizing the 400 model. Tired, I go directly to the cashier "Hello, the exchange is not possible, I am coming for the refund" and it is over. In the end I lost an hour and I went to buy my fan in the lerroy merlin which has just opened.
If this is the Darty trust contract, I can also order online. I do not recommend this store.

To avoid absolutely !! The after-sales service is completely INCOMPETENT, the endless waiting because of the slowness of the employees who discuss quietly with customers of the rain and the good weather whereas 15 people wait behind !! Unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager who simply replied "I'm short of staff, we can not do better"
Do not waste your time in this Darty, go to another !!!

Very good brand, the welcome nothing to say in this store in Beauchery-Saint-Martin and the staff is correct and takes the time necessary to properly advise the customer. We don't feel 'obligated' to buy at all costs, that's good. Top what!

I went there yesterday in the afternoon. There are no sellers but extras. You walk in the rays looking for them; two told me the desired radius and chatted while the store was empty. Another pointed to the ray, and replied, barely looking at me. The fund did not have cashiers; I waited 2 minutes watching the cashiers or sellers in the background busy. Me, I was waiting alone in the queue. I mentioned to the cashier that the signage at the entrance to the store was almost nil and had taken me through the entrance to the parking (the entrance of the cars) and that I had to look for the tiny signage for find the entrance to the store.
Bottom line: salespeople who run away on sight of customers and do not even know how to respond correctly to a customer.

Store Buno-Bonnevaux store tidy, perfect staff, easy access, decent prices (they can line up), consequent choice of products and special offers at times. Nothing to say, it's a good home appliance store on Buno-Bonnevaux.

I went to the store to buy an unwanted washing machine for a second home. An unbeatable price of 250 instead of 329. The seller Alexandre was able to find me the ideal product that I needed for modest use. For this price we even delivered for free. Small flat, the delivery which was to take place Monday arrived the next morning announcement caused by bad weather. Really clear and efficient in store, I will come back for my future purchases.

Very very difficult to find for someone who does not know the area. Indeed the center is in the basement and is not indicated.
If not, we find everything you need, it remains a subsidiary of Fnac

I go to Darty to purchase an oven chosen on their website. Arrival, the oven is not presented, so I ask to be able to see it. To which I am answered: "it is not possible to see it, it is at the bottom of the reserve, you will see it if you buy it and besides you always see the articles before buying them?" Wow, ok. I ask to speak to the Manager who answers me more or less the same thing. So I have neither the dimensions (not indicated on the internet or elsewhere) nor the slightest idea of what the purchase I want to make looks like, except for the photo on the site. I am told if I buy it I will see it. Hm, okay. I am also told that the purchase I want to make "is not the best" so I am directed to an item at double the price. Then I am told that they still cannot show me what the article looks like but they can possibly give me the measurements. They give them to me but that's all. I don't have a clue of the size, I can't really tell. With my insistent air, they end up telling me that I must go to Beaugrenelle if I want to see it because it is exposed there. Very nice. So here I am crossing back to Paris. Or I was finally able to see the article and buy it with competent advice and a listening team, who helped and advised me in less than 10 min, purchase included.

The store has similar stock to the location on Rivoli, but is far less crowded. There are lots of staff on hand to help advise you. The design of this Darty is amazing! While it is tricky to find (hopefully my photos help you) it benefits the surrounding immensely and creatively uses an underutilized space. By locating the store underground the integrity of Place de la Madeleine maintains the human scale (e.g. small shops lining the street) that big box stores often destroy with their huge scale. It is part of the same structure of the parking garage so it occupies a space that we don't normally find stores in. I also appreciate that the signage is not obnoxious, but discreet. I recognise that this can make it harder to find, but once you know where it is, well then you know.

Awful experience. A sales associate suggested to buy a sound system which appears not to work at our place, even tough we requested something that would work with a bluetooth ! Darty did not want to exchange the sound system and the after sales experience was more than unwelcoming.

A good Darty. The two SAV staff I met were very serious and pleasant. Professionals. I was able to observe one of the two take a long time to take care of a couple of older people for using their phone. He had not finished when I left. Only fault: it is in the basement, so no network. Not great for a tech store. Hence the star less.
