Very convenient location. Love all the ameneties are included with your stay. The staff is generally friendly. Would appreciate a working hot tub after our 4th year of staying and it still not working. Tent village for the win!

Staff was very rude and when I went to buy food at the front office and when I was ready to checkout it took 5 minutes for the staff lady to look up from her phone. They should not have teenagers running this place.

HV is a great campground for families. Each site has a fire ring and a well-maintained picnic table. There are paths between the sites and paths that lead to the updated bath house, featuring 4 washers and dryers, CLEAN toilet stalls and showers. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and odor-free building! The whole place is bike-friendly, and the kids can ride all day. When the weather cooperates, there is a pool, water park and slides, splash pad, play ground, private swimming hole and beach, fishing pond (catch and release), scheduled family-friendly activities, a blow up blob (air filled bouncy thing) for kids to bounce on, sport courts and equipment, and mini-golf. IF you bring your camper, there is a dump station complete with rinsing water to rinse holding tanks. This campground recycles, as well, which I especially appreciated. The camp store has k cups, snacks, food, souvenir clothing, games, and whatever else you might need. We will definitely be coming back! There wasn't a thing I didn't like.

Had a great time celebrating my 50th birthday at Harbor village. Couldn't believe how clean it was. No spiders on buildings or in the porta potties. My favorite local band played. We had a great time.

We had reserved a spot in the nice wooded area since January for July by friends and extended family. After we had reserved this exact spot and then without notice the camp decided to move us from this area. This is very disrespectful and displays their lack of care since this is the second year in a row that they do this to our family. Very disappointed with their services and lack of respect.

Pools were dirty and cold, bathrooms were nicely remodeled but cleaning was poor and not done regularly. Our campsite was right along the road with little to buffer the road noise. Fire pits were tiny with no barriers around them, so anyone with a dog or small children beware. Wouldn't recommend this campsite and won't go again.

Lots to do for all ages. Only complaint were our seasonal neighbors who yelled at our 3 yr old nephew for running through their campsite. Then they proceeded to talk about him to other neighbors all night.

Best campground in Wisconsin! Everything is included you don't have to pay separately for any rentals except golf cart. They had issues before with management but now have new people, and it's only getting better! Constantly up dating. Very clean bath house such a wonderful place to make great memories!

Spent a four day camping trip here In a drive thru cap site it was nice and big. Great place to be. Even the campers were super friendly after my truck broke down. They offered to help me. Had a great time with the RC track. Swimming. Mini golf needed work but they had a plan on fixing it already.

Been going for years and look forward to it each year. Clean grounds with nice pet friendly hiking trails which is hard to find in a campground. Staff always very helpful. Excited to see activities this time we are going up in October which is a first.

We were here for a wedding, so we didn't stay the night. However, the grounds were very nice with a clean pool/pond. There are cabins available as well. It's a short drive to Sturgeon Bay and to Peninsula State Park.

**UPDATE** 2nd visit was a complete disaster! January we logged onto their website entered the standard info required ie: length, type of trailer and if you have any slideouts. We wanted to reserve a shaded site for (1) month. The website showed us the available sites and we selected. This past Friday we arrived and the place was jamming. We checked in and went to our site only to find it was a site for a small pop up not a travel trailer of nearly 26'! With our canopy extended it literally rubbed the trees and in order to fit in we had to back over the firepit preventing us from having a fire for the kids. To add insult to injury security kept stopping at our site telling us we couldn't park there due to my truck's bumper extending out into the trail, I pointed out that the truck had to stay because I'm a wounded veteran and walking is nearly impossible and painful on uneven ground. I even showed the guy we had already backed up clear to the rear of the site and had my truck to within 2 maybe 3 inches of the trailer... We checked with the office and of course they had no additional sites and offered no help and now we were being forced out! Luckily Jellystone down the road were extremely helpful and understanding knowing my limitations and went well above and beyond in assisting me.

The moral of my story is DON'T TRUST their webpage thinking what you're entering and being shown will support what you entered. You had better call 1st and verify the site is the correct size. I did get a refund minus time spent, and personal assurances that next season the website will have site sizes. As for me, too little too late NEVER AGAIN.

I have been camping for over 20 years at all kinds of campgrounds, and a part owner in a similar facility in the Dells. This was the first time I left a campground completely disappointed with my stay.
Upon check in, I walk in and the three teenagers working don't acknowledge me or even stop their pointless talking when I say ask if this is where we check in. The girl who was somewhat working and perfuming a portion of her job said yes, asked my name, and threw the waiver at me and continues talking to the other two. I had to ask for a pen three times before she stopped talking and finally chucked one down at the counter. I sign and complete as much of the form that seemed appropriate since it is poorly worded, and pass it back to her. She tells me that I need to complete the form. I find one spot where I missed a signature and hand it back. She gives me a car pass and says nothing else. I ask where our site is and she gives us a map and circles a general area. She gave us no guidance as to where anything was in the campground (bathhouse, pool, porta potty, etc.)
I drive to my site, following the 5mph speed limit and find that golf carts have a free for all when they are on the road and can go as fast as they want. Once I finally located my site area, I called the office to clarify that this space was in deed my site and to ask where to park since the only parking lot in the rustic tent are was full. Of course, nobody answers. I call again in five minutes, and still no response. I had to walk an verify that every other site was occupied to be sure that this unmarked plot of land was reserved for me.
After setting up, leaving for dinner, and coming back to go to sleep for the night, there still wasn't a spot for my car in the lot. Being that there was space for me to be completely off the road and out of the way, I put my car on my site. I went to bed and was awoken well after 11pm to the neighboring site talking about how Security had just come around asking for the car on our site to be moved. The issues I have with this: 1) where was my car supposed to go? 2) why didn't they come and check to see if I was in my tent or call my phone since the car was registered to me? 3) why did security allow the neighbors to keep playing music and yelling profanities until 2AM?
I left early the next morning (6AM) for a triathlon and returned later that evening for a shower before heading out to dinner. When I finally found a bathhouse after navigating the golf carts that plague the roads, I found that not a single handle in the showers actually allowed you to turn the shower on and the most disgusting bathhouse or shower facility I have ever been in. Eventually, I found a shower that would trickle enough water for me to wash some of the bay gunk out of my hair.
When I returned after dinner that evening, security came around and complained about our car being on our site the night before, but failed to note that even at that point in the day there were three cars between the few tent sites and only one spot left in the lot. Thankfully, there was a thunderstorm so the site neighbors couldn't stay up all hours of the night for the second night in a row.
I got up again at 6AM, packed up my site, and decided that I would never return to this campground or recommend it since the only redeeming quality I found was the grassy and level site for my tent. We chose this campground for the amenities offered, and didn't use a single one.

This place has gone down hill! I grew up camping here and it used to be a great place to stay, now it isn't. The office staff is very rude and unorganized. The came and took our friends golf cart from them because they double booked it and made up some lie about not having it booked even though they had the receipt. The lifeguards at the pool are more worried about yelling at kids for walking then paying attention to the whole pool. A kid almost drowned, luckily an adult walking by the pool saw the child struggling and helped grab the kid out. A parent then told the lifeguards they weren't doing there job. They called security and escorted her out of the pool and gave her a fine. This was a place we go every year with a group but now with all of their new made up rules and being riduculous about everything we will not be returning.

Staff was not very friendly pool and water slide were broke no signs up anywhere near the pool about it being broke they were allowing kids in the adult pool because the big pool was broke but didn't have any signs up anywhere. Movie was cancelled at the theater but again nothing mentioned anywhere about it had to find out on our own then went into the pavilion 10 minutes early for the movie and the person playing the movie yelled at us because we weren't supposed to be in there until 830

Don't use a debit or credit card to pay for your stay!!! I stayed at this resort over the 4th of July. They charged me a 3 times. Last charge was August 11th!!
They boast of having the largest water park in door county. Don't get sucked in. It's a very small swimming area with two slides. Always packed because it's the only swimming in the area. People who aren't staying there can visit to swim.

We rented a golf cart. It wasn't available on time. We had to wait for hours to pick it up. When we finally got it to our campsite, it ran out of gas. We had to wait for them to pick it up, fill it with fuel and return it. about a day wasted along with our money (again we had to pay the fee three times now because they keep charging our card).

If you want to send your kids out to play games they better have an id. That's right you can't even play checkers without leaving a copy of your id with the attendant. Same goes for ping pong, mini golf, chess, etc.

Lots of activities for kids, nice pool with slides, outdoor movie theater, mini golf, jumping pillow, man made pond with fun inflatables to swim with, nature trail, RC track, frisbee golf, tennis courts, basketball court, soccer field, cabins to rent, and much much more!!

Our stay in Tent Village at Harbour Village Resort was amazing. Well maintained facilities, and plentiful amenities. I was not disappointed. It is very likely I will be back next year! Thank you and your staff for our pleasant stay.

Hey bring a tent, great place. Nice little pool. Please be respectful of your area and clean up after yourselves. Not far from shopping. Hey, be quiet after 9pm, it's much more relaxing at night when there is peacefulness for everyone.

This was my first time camping and it turned out to be amazing. The place was very well maintained, clean. The bathrooms were clean too and although they have rules (like quiet hours after 11), they don't really bother you unless someone complains (which rarely happens). There's an adult swimming pool, kids' pool, recreational area and lots of things to do and visit nearby. Make sure you book your spot well in advance as it gets very busy during holidays.

Stayed in the Rustic site which was great. Removed from everyone else. More privacy than we could have gotten even at the state parks. Couple downsides: There are 2 porta potties by the rustic sites. One was labeled don t use full of hornets and the other was filthy. Went to other outhouses. Also dirty. No hand sanitizer and all the hand washing stations I tried didn t have any soap. Seems like a real necessity has been overlooked. I also wasn t the biggest fan of how loud the music was up until 11pm on Saturday night. Even being back at the rustic site it was blaring. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and nice. Even while camping my husband and I had to get a lot of work done and they let us use the counter in the main office to work until they closed. Then on Sunday night, when the office was closed, we worked outside on the picnic table and a staff even came over to make sure the WiFi was working for us. Overall a good stay, and we ll be back, just wish the outhouses where better cared for.

Stayed for a week there were a lot of things to do for the kids! We stayed in R1and R2 only negative things were was we were by a clover field the bees were really bad!!! The porta bathrooms was not cleaned out until after the fourth day there we had to go to the office for toilet paper and ask when they were going to clean it out....my poor daughter in law was using the bathroom and was stung were no one should get stung! On a good note they did clean it out we did enjoy the rest of our stay! And daughter in law is better!...would I go back yes I would

I find this place loads of fun, there are always activities going on on the weekends and even during the week there is still a bunch of stuff to do for all ages. My family owns a site that in farther back in the woods, and it only takes me seven (7) minutes tops to get to the office. So unless you are all the way out in rustic, I don't think the walk to the front would take all to long. Not to mention that the area the campground is located in is near a bunch of really nice shopping towns.

Lots of things to do, friendly neighbors and overall a great place to be. There are two places to swim, water slides, jumping area (not sure what to call it, but my son loved it), fishing area, activities, rentals, and a nice staff. We plan to return.

Good facilities, although the hot tub is perpetually out of order and for some reason there's two toilets in one stall in the men's room by the pool. Overall nice camping location, lots to do there especially if you decided to bring your kids for some reason.

You might NEVER have so much trust with kids at other campgrounds. This campground is full with kids, enjoying their time with and without parents! My personal favorite thing to do is swimming in the pool or in the pond. There are so many things to do so I will name all I know. Swimming, Glow Rides, Mini golfing, hiking, Jumping Pillow, bike riding, playing in fields, kickball, football, soccer four square, etc. My dad used to work at Harbor Village, the workers are really nice if you don't break rules. People who are deaf, blind, both or any other heath problems are able to come and enjoy the time. I recommend this place to any people who love or hate outdoors, since it can change the people in a good way who hate outdoors.

My sister and her husband own permanent site so we visit on and off through the summer months. Love the place. Lots of fun for the kids. Wouldn't mind getting a permanent site in the future.

Definitely worthwhile! A kid-friendly campground with events all day (depending on days). A huge waterpark, even a pool for adults. A convenient store, arcade, sand volleyball, tennis courts and nightly parade ride around the whole campground! I would recommend this place for families. Even tent sites had electricity. The place was close to other activities and only about 20+ minutes to Peninsula State park.

Awsome

Poor management, doesn't get back to you on issues, we had a problem with our picnic table, they said they would come look at it and never did. Also if you stay Sunday night, they close really early and you won't be able to do much. These hours weren't clearly posted anywhere, disapointing. Parking situation for rough camp sites is horrible, not near your site at all, unlike what the map says. But for pros, they do have a lot of stuff to do for kids, waterslides are awesome, kinda slow, minigolf has a few cool holes, bit most of them are the same

Rude and disrespectful staff. Mostly rude people. Staff attacks people mentally. They make up rules as they go. Most staff is teenagers not knowing what they are doing. Some staff dont care and are lazy. The staff thinks they are more important and dont care what others do and not ticket them when they do something bad but will ticket people who they dont like and didnt do anything wrong. The staff dont even follows the rules. And there is no night shift staff. Let certain people get away with things. I do love camping here but it's hard when nobody who works there is kind or nice.

This place has LOTS of different things to keep you busy. There are ponds for swimming and fishing, waterslides, playgrounds for kids, mini golf, a store, golf carts to ride. All sorts of cool stuff.

We only stayed 2 nights for a wedding, but we enjoyed it so much we want to come back as soon as we can. We didn't have time to explore everything the resort had to offer so I would have to visit and review again. What we did enjoy was our cabin and the views, quiet walks under the stars.
