I went to this store to buy a new washing machine. I had already pre-selected 3 models on the website but I hesitated. So I went to see the models and ask the few questions I had to make my choice. This is a LG specialist seller who came to talk to me first, he was really charming but unfortunately he could sell only LG. So he went looking for someone else ...
So I find myself in front of a woman not at all friendly (hardly "hello", no smile, I had the impression to disturb her frankly!)
I ask him the few questions that I had on each model (3-4 questions max in all) and his answer each time was "uh ... normally bah yes" or "bah ... now all models are like that normally "...
So I had no reliable answer !!! For a saleswoman who is supposed to be specialized in his department I find it incredible !!! So I made a choice on my own.
Moreover when taking orders, the saleswoman was not more kind, she was even completely jaded. It seemed like she was waiting for one thing: the end of her day.
I can understand that working in this underground store fully lit by artificial light is painful but it is not a reason to make no effort for customers!
Finally she barely said goodbye. Unlike the first LG seller I spoke to, who wished me a great day with a big smile.
Frankly I had to spend about 15min in the store having spent more than 300 , so I think the minimum would have been to answer my questions and if possible with kindness!
