I m posting for my husband. He had a nuclear stress test which he heard from on the same day as his visit. 2 weeks later still no word on heart scan and echocardiogram despite several messages being left. A person could die waiting on results if there was a problem.
I have been going here for over 5 years and they have saved my life twice. Dr. Prime is great and easy to talk to. The staff and other dr.'s from here that I have seen at Gadsden Regional are nice and helpful. Wouldn't recommend any other dr. to watch over my heart.
We have been treated very well for many years. We love the staff and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Told me to download an app to use for communications. I did and they never responded. Failed to tell me my first visit was a televisit until I was already in the parking lot at 8:30 a.m. Then the nurse practioner asked the same questions I had answered for the first person. Next visit, they ran two of the three diagnostics they told me to expect. Last visit, I had to wait in 90-degree weather in my car even though the large waiting room had only one person. (They made my 80-year old mother wait 90 minutes.) Any wonder my "blood pressure was a little high" after that??? Then I STILL didn't see a doctor but the nurse practioner. Finally, they had the nerve to send me a bill for $10 after I paid my copay because they coded it an extended visit. This is only part of the discourteous and unprofessional behavior.
Doctors spend time to talk to you. They listen to what you have to say. Staff is super sweet.
They did all of the initial tests to see what is going on with me... culminating in a heart cath. They are still pursuing other avenues to alleviate my issue, hence they are thorough. I feel they are kind compassionate and trustworthy.
If possible they would get no stars. Never have I been treated so rudely by multiple staff members as well as the Dr. The last time I checked a patient should be treated with a little dignity and respect. I will post and put the word out in our community not to use this "business". We are talking about our hearts people. Please dont allow your family members to be mistreated by this incompetence.
