Terrible customer service!
refuses to exchange or refund an unused product because the box was opened while it was during the purchase that the seller opened to check that there were the accessories in the pack. Everything was still packed inside although it is written in their condition of purchase that if the product has not been used it can be refunded! Really run away, they are dishonest !!! Their only answer is "it's you who says it all you have to do is go to the store where the product was purchased" so how do we do if we don't live nearby? in short, lamentable, it is a long time ago when customer satisfaction was important.

Store in the basement and not very large. No sooner had I entered the store than the security guard called out to me shouting at me "sir" and when I asked him what he wanted, he answered "hello" in an unpleasant way as if I owed him a hello or I don't know what else for that matter .... Anyway, I didn't understand . I inquired about the refrigerators and the seller was quite pleasant but unfortunately their product selection was too limited. So I took a walk in the store and I didn't especially keep a great memory when I went out and it didn't make me want to go back or buy. I will not go internet I think next time ..... The 2nd star is only for the pleasant seller!

The salesmen made no effort to find me a product that was supposed to be referenced in the store. It was the cheapest product (external hard drive) and they tried to sell me the most expensive ones. I had to go to 3 sellers in order to have my product, and fortunately I insisted otherwise I will have finished with a hard drive at 89 euros while there was a reference to 54 euros.

I have always had a good level of advice, I have always found staff available quickly, my problems have been taken into account etc. I also appreciate being able to deposit here everything that is supposed to be recyclable (toner cartridges, old printers ...)

Visit to the store this Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017 around 3:30 p.m. to pick up a package. As soon as you enter you are almost attacked by the "charming" security man and once inside it is even worse. Unpleasant staff who hide themselves to not help you. When picking up my package, the young man made me understand that I had the wrong store before finally looking for and finding my package, which had been received in this store. Without a thank you or a goodbye he puts my package down and leaves to chat with his colleague! I was shocked and left this place very angry about this very bad experience - I don't want to set foot there again.

I got the answer to all my questions about buying a TV by a young salesman and more friendly and efficient.

I spent Sunday December 2 at Darty at around 6pm to buy a Huawei phone. There were not a lot of customers but a lot of vendors: all very busy, but not to advise the guests. Some of them were talking to each other, others were looking at the internet on the store's PCs and in the telephone department, a salesman was more busy looking at his phone and sending SMS than advising the customer. I waited 5 minutes and as nobody paid attention to me, I left without anybody from the store saying hello, goodbye or asked if I needed any information.
In the end, I got the information I needed on the internet and I ordered my phone on Gearbest which is a Chinese site
