The male staff are so kind and handled all delivery.

It is very convenient to have a Madeleine Darty. By cons gift packaging to do by yourself outside the holidays I do not find it commercial especially when the product is a beautiful amount and voluminous.

But then really the salesman is incompetent, no, no, no. And access to the store do not talk about it !!!

Hello, faulty video projector bought a few days ago. The technical department of the store tells me that it works well, without testing it in front of me. Refusal to exchange it, refusal of a voucher and no other explanation apart from telling me to contact the claims department. It's been 3 days that a Sav manager has had to call me back; i think can still 3 months. Where is the customer service? I request a refund for this defective product.

Darty's big scam the worst nightmare I have ever experienced. I am not delivered despite the relaunch and the passage in store to claim. I am given an appointment at the weekend I leave my commitments to wait for this imaginary delivery I have never been contacted.
I want to give 0 point, no professionalism, it's been over a month that I placed an order I paid for a delivery between 19:00 and 21:00. I have not been delivered.
I do not recommend this store that does not welcome customers either.

A very friendly team, especially the technical team

You have to be careful with the price labels because if I hadn't been careful I would have paid 15 more.
They are very helpful when you have to sell, even too aggressive that way of wanting to sell, on the other hand when it is them who make a mistake it will not go so quickly to reimburse nor the way to treat you.

The DARTY salespeople, as usual, still talking to each other. There was not a cat in this DARTY but strangely they continued their discussion 'in the greatest calm, without worrying about me (I insist on the fact that I was the only customer of the department during my visit) I had to "interrupt" them.

During a recent purchase and some problems encountered following a delivery of a Samsung fridge I can say that the after-sales service was really there. I give a special mention to the seller of the Darty Madeleine Alexandre as well as to Dominique in the delivery service. Thank you to the Darty team for a real After-Sales Service service !!!

Bcp of choice in this Courson-Monteloup store with prices identical to other stores. Tidy. Sellers well and in sufficient numbers. It only took me a few minutes to find my product !! It is a good electronics store that I recommend. A good high tech store on Hermeray, like all those in the same store brand. The prices are average compared to other stores and the internet, there is everything, and even accessories, and the sellers are very excellent.

I had given this establishment 5 stars, but I correct my opinion because it's been twice for a year the sellers (apparently commissioned on the sale of useful services i) resort to falsehoods and prohibited sales techniques.
First time I signed up for smartphone insurance saying that I can cancel it without problems, which is impossible afterwards.
