I made a purchase at Darty Market Place. After I get billed I am told the sale is handled by Enter Web. It turns out that the purchase never happened. I tried to contact Darty, they referred me to Enter Web. Enter Web tells me that is not their problem and to address me to Darty: "Hello, your request is forwarded to the MARKETPLACE DARTY team". I recontact Darty who said to me: "We sent your message to the seller who is solely responsible for the proper execution of the sale. Sincerely, Sylviane Customer Relations Department DARTY GRAND EST". After that I spent hours and hours trying to get my money back without success. In conclusion, Marketplace sellers can be complete con artists (or completely incompetent, hard to decide in my case). And the Darty platform instead of arbitrating the problem and protecting the customer clears itself of any responsibility.
