UNAUTHORIZED HARD PULL on my husband and my credit, LYING to us that it was a SOFT PULL!!!! I specifically told our salesperson Bryson we were not there to buy a car that day and we did not want a hard pull. He assured (and lied) to us that it was only a soft pull to find out pricing details. Now we are disputing the hard pull on both of our credit accounts (See below for full story)
My husband and I walked in since we are in the market for a new car. This is the first dealership we have visited so far. Salesperson Bryson showed us some cars and we test drove a fiat. After we got back, he started talking about pricing if the car, asking for personal information. Hindsight, we should've declined, but he said it was to get accurate pricing details. At that time I specifically told him we did not want a hard pull (inquiry) on our account and were not ready to buy the car yet since this was only the first dealership we went to. Bryson assured us that it would only be a soft pull (inquiry) and would not affect our credit scores.
That was a big lie - the next day, my husband got an alert from Credit Karma about the recent hard inquiry. I checked my account and there it was - a hard inquiry from Cutter Chrystler. We are now both disputing this unauthorized hard inquiry through the credit bureaus. Needless to say - we will not be purchasing any cars from Cutter, ever.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! BOUGHT A USED CAR HERE WITH LESS THAN 28K ON IT AND IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 3 TIMES IN THE 3 MONTHS IVE HAD IT. THE CAR IS A PIECE OF JUNK AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH IT. THE DEALER SIDE IS USELESS. CALLED ME TO COME GET MY PLATES AND TOOK THEM AN HOUR TO FIND THEM AFTER I SHOWED UP. IF YOU SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE SIDE YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES TO A HOUR TO BE SEEN. THEY ARE A SHAM OF A DEALER. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY HERE AND DO NOT GET SERVICED HERE!!!
Excellent service by Tom in the Service Department helping me with recalls and warranty service on my Ram 2500. It's a rare vehicle on the island and he made sure all concerns were addressed and taken care of in just a few hours for what Windward told me would take all day. Thanks for helping me take care of my truck.
After going through all the paperwork and trying to get the best numbers we could we moved on to the finance part. This is where our experience turned compeletly negative. The guy who we signed papers with (Anthony I believe his name was) had us in the office signing all the papers. When we got to the contract agreement where it shows how much we'd pay and who we financed through he told us that the price on the document was THE HIGHEST we would have to pay. He said he would keep calling around for a lower rate, however the document we signed would be the highest our payment would get. We agreed and signed. He said he would get back with us by Monday (it was Friday when we bought it) to tell us whether we needed to come in to sign for a lower price. I called on Monday no answer. My husband called on Tuesday no answer. I went up to the dealership Wednesday and he told me to call other banks myself to see if I could get better rates (which I believe is HIS job not mine) and he will call me back with a set answer on Friday. At this point we decided to call the bank that was listed on our contract to see when our payment would be due... the bank said that we have no loan through them. Therefore we have been driving this car with no loan attatched to us. My husband went to the dealership Thursday to tell them about the loan and they say no there is no loan and they still needed to do that. But he will give us a call tomorrow with the information to come in and if not then we can bring the car back. That day comes he doesn't call. We call Saturday and he says he tried calling my husband and couldn't get to him. (Remind you he had BOTH of our numbers. My number was the primary to call) We go into the dealership to sign the final paper with our true loan and the price we are signing for is over $30 more that what was told would be "the highest we would be paying". When I ask why it is higher than what he said to begin with he got an attitude and said that he never said those words and I was attacking him. We finally just say whatever because we were tired of the attitude and we had our 2 babies and sign for the more expensive price. 2 weeks later we still haven't received anything saying when our bill is due so we call the bank. Once again no loan is there with them. The bank said they see our name but the dealership never sent over our paperwork. So once again I call the dealership and they make up some sorry excuse saying they've sent the paperwork they just needed me to sign a membership form. Why that wasn't done when we signed all the papers idk. So I had to go up to the dealership once again to sign this paper. By the time we finally got all this information done and I call the bank it was when my payment was due. So cutter skewed us on that part. Other things I'd like to complain about. They only had 1 key fob for our car. When we asked where the other key was they said the previous owner never turned it in so we only had 1. When we asked for them to reprogram the key given that we do not know who has the other key they said they couldn't and gave us a huge run around until finally they just gave us 2 new keys. Another thing, the tires on the car were basically bald. When I asked if they'd replace them they said no because it was a used car and the tires had some grip so it passed safety. When I left the dealership the night we bought it there was only 1/4 a tank of gas. When I asked why they hadn't filled up the tank as any other dealership I've been to when buying a car you leave with a full tank of gas, they said since it's used they don't fill up the tank. And now the issue I'm dealing with is they said I would receive my registration in about a week... 2 months have passed now and I have yet to receive my registration. I called the dealership and they don't know where it is. I would NEVER buy another car from here again. This was the biggest headache and pain in my butt that is still continuing months after buying the car. I loved our sells person, but the guy in finance and their "used car" rules are horrible.
The vehicle we purchased about a year ago that is quickly showing multiple electrical issues is of no concern to anyone I spoke to. I can sit around with no vehicle and no way to even get home let alone get anywhere else for however long y all want to/need to keep it. Or I can continue driving the potentially unsafe vehicle for for at least 10 days until an appointment is available. Both employees told me that wasn t your problem to leave me in an unsafe vehicle or vehicleless.
I've been a customer of cutters for almost 4 years but the most that time pass the least that I want to go back, the last 3 visits had been very stressful.
I get to cutters at 8:40 am I leave my car for an oil change and car wash and I request a shuttle to go they never pick me up so I stick around waiting, it was 12:20 pm the car wasn't ready so I go and ask for it the employe tell me do you want to take the car like that without the car wash and I say yes because I been waiting for while so I did.
Going home people staring to tell me that my car is smoking while I drive so I pull over and the car was leaking a lot of oil.
I was close to home and I call them and they don't even ask is everything ok? I told about the situation and they just tell me do you want to make an appointment ?? Like really, very upset about this and they told me that I gonna have to pay for them to tow my car !!!! I say I don't pay for you guys mistake, so they say ok we pay for it call the tow company this the number, they pick the car like 3 hours later and next day nobody calls me no info, at 12:30 pm I call and they don't have info about my car, they call me back later and they say "o your car is ready to pick up" I say you guys tell me yesterday you'll pay for the tow and the lady say who tell you that I say one of the employes, she says if you don't give me a name I can't trust just what you say so. I ask to speak with the manager, and they say they can't transfer me to the manager that the manager is gonna call me back I'm still waiting.
One star because you can't choose zero. If you're white and don t mind being treated like a p.o.s then this is the place for you. (Servicing) because ofcourse if I'm looking to purchase I'm going to get a good acting job.
The employees are very down to earth and helpful. Customer service is on the spot. They go the extra mile to help out the customer.
The waiting room is nice and clean. There are message chairs, coffee machine, water fountain and a vending machine with snacks and drinks. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. They also have a TV to keep the kids occupied.
The only thing bad is the parking. But it is understandable considering the location. At least it is walking distance to places to eat and drink.
To bad that there is no shorter way in financing a vehicle. Just a heads up, it my take longer then 2 hours and make sure that you are able to get in touch with your insurance company. Lucky for us we had that information on email.
I would recommend Cutter Dodge to family and friends. Just because of their great customer service.

I have never felt more disgusted by a business before. After talking the price to our budget and getting a rebate, we informed them of our cash down their entire mood changed. Went from trying to help us trying to get over on us. Literally would not show us why we were paying a current amount, then we asking about extended coverage wrote on a piece of paper our options. So upset we were using our own finance people. Would never recommend anyone to go there.

It's been a few months now so I can do my review wholeheartedly. Customer service was great! James was our sales rep and he took care of us. We went just to take a look at their stock and left with 2 cars and no regrets : ). Had a mishap later down the road and they took accountability. People don't take accountability anymore so that was shocking, sadly. They followed up and followed through and that's what makes them amazing!
Going to a car dealer and working with a salesperson to buy a used or new car is rarely a pleasant experience. But I was fortunate enough to connect with Mr. Donald Johnson at Cutter Chrysler Jeep on my most recent car purchase and I can truly say, I had one of those rare experiences. Don listened to my needs, showed me a few vehicles but never pushed me one way or the other. He was courteous, professional and patient, answered all my questions and gave me time to make up my mind without constant badgering. After I decided on my purchase, he spent time with me to review the features on the vehicle and followed up a few times after I drove off the lot.
I came in contact with other Cutter resources in finance and in their service department and everyone was easy to work with and very attentive.

I recently moved and had my car sitting at the Port of Honolulu waiting to be shipped out when I received a call that they couldn t load it as it wouldn t start. I was already off island and had to contact Cutter Service Department to see if they could help since I was not physically there. They turned a very stressful situation into an easy one. I needed some service work done that was covered by an extended warranty. They got me checked in, provided a loaner car and handled the warranty claim from begining to end. They were very helpful and explained everything that was going on. I would highly recommend them for any service needs. I will be buying my next car here.

I see other people's reviews about waiting so long for their new vehicle's scratches to be repaired..... etc... You can't really blame the Dealership... Cuz they send the vehicles out to other body shops, so they have to work around the body shop schedule. I always make sure that i do my part by calling my Sales person to check up on the status. I was at your facility today & had a very interesting experience that I think the owner & managers should know about.
While we were waiting for our sales rep. I was moosing around looking at different cars. While doing this there were two of your service techs and a salesman right near me. The service techs approach the salesman & says something to the effect of you been taking people today. Guy goes no, Benny only does that in sales not service that's where we get to rip people off. I was astounded
I took my car there for service many times for several problems on a 2017 Chrysler 200 that they either can't find the problems for or they misdiagnose. The work done on one obvious problem (replacing back seat cover) was shoddy at best. Their remedy? They thought I should trade it in on a new car and lose more money. They didn't stand up for me with Chrysler so I take my business to Windward Dodge where they are honest and professional. I will never do business with Cutter again. I don't recommend you do either.

Worst service possible. Needed to bring my car in for a mandated recall (a "free and necessary service" mind you). Staff was short and rude at arrival. A simple service at 830am turned into an all day affair. While waiting for a shuttle back home (again a "free service") I was told to take the bus instead. By 3pm service center called with extra diagnostic offer (at the tune of $150-250). I refused. Told me they would call when the car was ready. I called again at 530pm only to find they had closed for the day. Next day, still no call and a $140 fee for service I refused. Absolutely scam of a business.
I just wanted to say it's been a super long time since I reviewed a dealership. But, these guys deserve a gold star in book.

Due to my schedule I had to drop my car off after hours with keys in box, and give brief description of problem.
Got a quick response from service department next morning. One particular guy, named Tom. He gave me detailed messages explaining everything that happened, and his number to get a hold of him.
Tom is a life life saver!

We needed a vehicle for a deployment to Hawaii ready when we arrived on orders and the Cutter Internet Sales Department were very good and easy to work with! We had found the vehicle online we wanted, contacted them online, and they called the next day. Within a few hours we had secured the vehicle we had chosen with a deposit all from Kansas City, Missouri. They even picked us up at the airport upon or mid day arrival. Exceptional customer service, kudos to all who were part of the process.

After reading some of the reviews I was very taken back. I had a great experience. Walked in off the street with a backpack and a plain t shirt and they treated me well. Took a test drive in a 2007 Wangler and drove great. They worked with me and got me a good interest rate with a local bank (they were competing with my credit union and I have good credit but none the less worked hard to get me into the car that I wanted). Drevis was helpful and took me on the test drive. Took about 3 hours but I walked in and drove away in a nice car. No problems with financing. Underwritters from the bank called me right away confirmed my background and pushed it through on a Saturday. Paid realistic value of the car. Sometimes you have to pay face value for something.

I purchased a vehicle here yesterday. I originally left 2 stars. I upgraded the review to four stars. I felt that some of the process was shady, only letting us glance at the listed values of the vehicle for just split seconds, offering no confirmation the correct vehicle was listed. I wouldn't buy a car before checking its value, but sadly my phone was dying and I couldn't check myself. After purchasing the vehicle, my phone must have been listening, I received advertisements about the exact VIN I purchased after I got home. It indicated that I was lied to and was shown false values on KBB. The exact vehicle was also listed lower online. However, after speaking with a manager of the store, his name was Ty, he answered many questions about the vehicle that I had. I discovered something he called KBB Karpower? Basically an individual price per vehicle and I received a fair value as this vehicle has been impeccably taken car of. Has this been explained previously, I would have been happy to pay the price I did. But it wasn't, and I was angry and felt taken advantage of and lied to. I am happy to have spoken to the manager and cleared it up. It has given me some peace of mind in knowing that the specific vehicle I purchased was worth what I paid (even if it is worth more than the average make/model of its year). When I client comes in, I feel they expect us to be ignorant of car values. So ask about the values, ask about their Karpower, do your own research. I think the sales staff could benefit from some transparency training. At first it was a poor experience, but overall it got better. It would have been a perfect experience had the true value of my car been explained and not just flashed and turned away.
Don t ever buy a car from this dealership! Both managers and salesman, Johnny Sparks were rude and dishonest! Avoid at all cost!

I had an estimate done and asked how long it would it take for repairs, after getting the information and dropping off my vehicle I was happy when I got the call at the promised and even happier once the bill came through and it was the price agreed upon. They didn't try to drop any random hidden charges on me so I'll use them again for sure.
I want to thank the finance department for running my credit 13 times during the buying process. I verified before signing anything and was assured it would only be pulled once. Now I have 13 hard inquiries on my history. This dealer is by far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Number games and time wasting, I will make sure none of the people I work with buy a vehicle from this dealer. I really have nothing good to say about this dealer. Steer clear of this place at all costs.
This dealership has a great location and is right by the other Cutter store Dodge/Chrysler. I was impressed with the overall inventory, and with the assistance that i received. I chose Cutter because a few friends of mine often use the service department, and i felt equally impressed with the sales help. I am going back in to test drive the Fiat that im planning on buying later this week!

*My Experience:
Wife and I stopped by prior to closing. Fell in love with a LandRover LR4. Made an offer on the vehicle (to take off approximately half the cost equivalent of the state tax, off the price of the sticker).
After them trying to persuade me to come inside, claiming it would take only 20 min - I declines, saying I needed to get my family home and we came to a verbal agreement on price and the 1500 or so I wanted off the sticker and that I'd return the next day.
The very next day I show up after work... USAA approved, ready to print out the USAA check... the 20 minute process turned into 30 min of filling out paperwork and questionnaires, waiting around for 10-15 minutes, then finally the paperwork is placed in front of me without the money taken off as discussed the night before, plus literally 5-6 thousands of other fees, and useless warranties... so the dealership games had begun!
After the salesman goes back and forth speaking to the GM... they finally just tell me they can't go that low in price. I simply wanted what we discussed the night prior and without the added warranties. I was dropped off and wanted to get in and out before traffic. Instead I waisted two hours of my life and ended up getting an uber and going home sitting in traffic for an hour and a half.
That story isn't simply my biggest disappointment. After I left, the dealership maintained communication with me via text. Finally when I was ready to accept their price, the response was we received a better offer from another guy. I thanked them for their time and I found a different LR4 the next day and bought it.
So the DISHONESTY of this dealership is really seen here...
I happen to drive by the cutter dealership in Pearl City and to my surprise the same exact LandRover with the same license plate (MBC 1) has been moved to another lot and market WAY up in price!
They could've simply told me "no thank you" regarding the price and not wasted my time with dealership games and then lying about selling the vehicle. What was their to gain from that? ...besides a bad reputation.
I dodged a bullet by this deal falling through.

The risk with buying from a dishonest dealership is usually the relationship isn't over once you buy the vehicle, especially if you have to go there for service. I'd stay away from this place. Plenty of other places on island.

My wife and I had the best salesman ever. His name is Jeremy Merritt and I can say that working with him as a salesman was the best experience that I have ever had when buying a car. He was genuine and up front with everything. He kept us informed on the process of financing as best he could. He took time to go and find the vehichle that we wanted and was willing to take as much time as needed to find the right one. He knew where mostly everything was located. When I bought my new Jeep one of the owners was there and I can say they made me a sweet deal. They paid my trade vehicle almost completely off and gave me some incentives on top of that. All in all I can say it was a very positive experience and maybe the best for me when buying a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this store over the Pearl City Store any day. We went to the Pearl City Store first and had a horrible experience. It was all worth giving the Ala Moana store a try though, we walked away with two brand new Jeeps, so can not complain one bit.
DON JOHNSON is the best salesman! Not pushy. Friendly and comfortable to work with. Very knowledgeable about the FIAT. Buying a new car has never been an easy task for me. Don asked me what I wanted in my FIAT. Got everything I wanted at a good price. He took good care of it being shipped over to it's new home. Mahalo Don!
Would hands down avoid dodge cutter. Both sales and managers are only looking to leech off every penny from customers. Sat down with a Jonny sparks and was given false information and lost $1500 due to lack of communication then spoke to a mediocre manager *donald cade* which had little to no knowledge of running any car sales floor as well as being extremely unprofessional. Although there were some decent people most of the managers there are completely incompetent.
They want 15% over MSRP. Do not go here. There are two other dealerships on the Island give them a try. If they won't even work with you at MSRP with all their bullshit dealer cost not included then they are just a scam. These are the dealerships you read about. And the other dealerships are probably the same you are better off just shipping from off the island. It starts with the consumer. The consumer has the power to force them to lower the prices so don't pay them. Just ship from off the island so they have to close down or lower their prices. Thanks.
We came to this dealer 2.5 years ago to look at Jeeps. They ran our credit (hard inquiry), took our information and approved us, but the salesman was so pushy that we ended up going elsewhere for a car and never returned. Fast forward two years to today, doing my monthly July accounting, I saw that I was charged almost $100 by this dealer last month. That's June of 2019 (?!). We have not been to this dealership since our first and last appointment in 2016. Working to get this sorted now, alarmed that they kept my card on file and *charged* me years after I set foot in their dealership. Beware and avoid.
Emmy made my experience buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara the very best car purchase of my life! Since I am retired and in my 60s, that is saying quite a lot! She was super friendly, mixing her personal rapport and social skills with her thorough knowledge of the car buying process. Along with her manager Katie, they succeeded in getting me my dream car at a price well within my desired range! I cannot be effusive enough in praise of Emmy and Katie, and their ability to combine superb professional skills with an ability to listen to the needs of their customer. Five star experience!

Bought my Durango here, which was a pleasant experience. They made sure I was well taken care of, and the haggling wasn't too bad. Taken the car in for service a couple times, which has been a mixed experience. The service on the vehicle is always great, but getting the car checked in has been the lower point. They don't seem to keep track of who comes in first, and they hide behind their computers a lot without looking up to see who's there, and acknowledge them (mind you, there can be three guys all behind computers paying no attention to anyone). Either way, they get around to you and assist as needed.
Watch your receipts. They tend to charge bogus fees and pass them off as required. Complaint filed with corporate.
Do NOT buy your new vehicle here! They will scam you and short you out of what you should expect. After months of waiting due to a faulty NEW transmission for a NEW car, they offer to replace it with a reconstructed one? Are you serious? This place will take NO accountability and run behind a warantee while they smile at you. They sure are quick to sell you on something. If you advertise a new car that includes a new transmission of all things, follow through.
Do not waste your time or money with this business. There are PLENTY of other dealerships that will not clown around on you. If you do go with this dealership you are rolling the dice. I know we did.

I take my car in Aril 2019 for a noise I hear when turning my steering wheel.. I get charged a diagnostic test for them to tell me that they don t hear the noise?? Driving home I turn into my driveway and I can still hear the noise so I called them back and after weeks of back-and-forth and asking questions we finally get my car in.. The appointment is made two weeks in advance so on the day I drop off the car 7am) I get a call saying that they were too backed up and couldn t get to my car that day so they hope to get to it the next morning.. ok I understand that it can be busy..
The next morning at 10am I get a call saying that it s my knuckle and ball joint and it will cost 1100 to fix.. I said ok get my car ready and I ll just pick it up and again I get charge the diagnostic fee.. smh.. So I have my car looked at from two other shops and they both say that the noise isn t frequent and most of the time can t hear it and they don t think it s my ball joints or knuckle because everything looks good down there so they recommend me to just drive it and see if noise changes or gets louder and that s even if we hear it...
I just wish the dealership was just honest and said that they really didn t know what it was instead of saying it was something to get me to pay money.. I thought it was stupid to pay those diagnoses with no good information to give me.. smh.. never going there again..

Upon moving to Oahu we needed to find a reliable place for auto service on our aging Jeep Liberty. After having the same part replaced at one of those national chain garages we were left with the option of taking it to the dealer service center. I wish we had done that at the very beginning. We were very lucky to be paired with Craig Siry at the Cutter Service Center who has since then made our service needs painless and affordable. Service is always first class and done in a timely manner. Tires, brakes, and all those other unforeseen repairs have been handles with professionalism and respect from the entire Cutter crew. The shuttle service always takes me to the office in a timely manner and my wife never has any problems when picking up the vehicle. Cutter Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Honolulu has made dealing with our auto service needs a painless process. Mahalo for all that you have done.

Bought my Fiat at Cutter Honolulu a few months ago from Danny Weston. He was not only very knowledgeable on the car, but was able to help me through the process of buying a new car, as well as maintenance the next few weeks when I was hit by someone and had a flat tire repair (both accidents and were not caused by me or the Fiat). Danny was able to get me back on the road and driving in no time. Very thoughtful and look forward to working with him again soon!

If you like the technicians fixing things you didn't want fixed and charging you 170 bucks to tighten some bolts you will love this place. I just know I'm never going back.

Danny Weston provided me with excellent service when I went in to purchase a new fiat 500 POP. He wasn't pushy, he took the time to explain everything to me , which I really appreciated. It s amazing how different two dealerships can be, especially when the same company owns them. I started my car buying process at the Cutter Dodge Honolulu location and unfortunately I will never get that full day of wasted life back. After spending eight hours going through every possible option I had, it was decided that the vehicle I wanted was In Transit and I would have to wait for it. During this time my wife had joined me and had settled on a new purchase as well. They were pretty quick to close the deal on her purchase, but for some reason, didn t have the time to answer the few remaining financing questions I had. That should have been the sign, but I was exhausted at that point anyway and was ready to go. I was told that I would be called the following day to discuss those financing options and that I would be called to finalize the vehicle arrival date on Monday. Unfortunately, neither of those things happened.
After I made a few attempts through calls to the dealership over the next ten days, I decided to email an acquaintance that worked for the company to explain what happened in hopes of getting a response and maybe a resolution. I quickly received a call from the general manager with multiple apologies and was again assured that I would be called back to finalize the deal. Anyone want to guess what didn t happen?
I finally decided to attempt to complete my purchase through another dealership on the island only to find out that getting the vehicle I wanted was only going to happen with the cutter company.
I took the time to read a few reviews on Google and thanks to other users, I was directed to go see Elizabeth Browning (Liz) at the Pearl City location. I decided to go see if there was any way of actually purchasing this car and closing this deal. To my disappointment, Liz had recently been promoted from sales and was now a sales manager, so she set me up with one of the members from her sales team, Randolph. We filled out paperwork, finalized the numbers and closed the deal in just over an hour. It was a simple in and out process.
If you want quality customer service and professionalism, go see Liz and her sales team at the Cutter Dodge Pearl City. If you are looking to get the run around and waste your time, I would stick with the Honolulu location. I wish I started at Pearl City instead of wasting my time and life in Honolulu. Liz and Randolph were able to answer my questions, complete my paperwork and close on a deal quickly, without ripping me off.

Yep, me too. I took my cruiser in to be repaired and because they had sold me the Extended Warranty I was not too worried. They fixed everything they could thing of and charged me $1039 (GE Capitol covered some small portion). Its still not right and now of course they say they won't cover the repair and I have a $7000 paperweight. WTH! Thanks Cutter!

I had a great experience with the 3 cars I bought from Cutter. But something changed. Cost of Business in Hawaii extortion took over. Sad.
We Arrived, Were Greeted by the Sales staff, Picked our Car and the Color and the Trim , Sales was going smooth until they inflated the price on their car by 10.000 Our Trade was paid off , a fairly new Car 3 Years old and they wanted to us out of 4400 More .
Honestly. I respect the sales person that has to face people everyday
and try to make it work. I don't respect Sales managers or Stores who inflate their prices to rip people off to take their hard earned dollars.
I wouldn't recommend any of these Cutter Dodge Dealerships, we ended up at King Nissan where we got a vehicle for the price listed on the window plus we got the money for the trade.

I came in for an oil change for the first time at a dealership, well Cutter Dodge to be exact. I went to the express lane and was so amazed with the customer service by Bee or Benny. He welcomed me into dodge and showed much mahalo, showing me what services are provided. Best of all, after the service was done he showed me a multipoint inspection and told me exactly what I needed to know about my car. What a great business.
Second time buyer and still happy with my experience. If you need a good car and good saleman please ask for David. He'll take "good" care of you. Trust me. Fast, easy, affordable, no pressure and understandable.

I bought a new Fiat on Oct 12. Although the car has visible damage on rear bumper, the sales persons promised me that they will fix it like a new one within a week (actually earliest time they mentioned was just a couple of days).
But, there was no update for my car's repair status until promised date. So, I had to reach them first. So, they gave me another date for repair. It's around 10 more days.
Now, 17 days passed, but I don't have my car yet. I called them today. They said there is no guaranteed date to pick up the car because the part is on back-order status.
In sum, I paid for the car 17 days ago, but I couldn't have the car yet. More importantly I don't know when I can pick up my new car.
After reading other reviews, I found out that there was exactly same case with me. Acutually, it took over 6 weeks in this case.
People in cutter are quite kind and nice but still beware of this dealership when they promise that they can fix it.
Been looking for a new car for over a week and stopped at 4 other dealerships before coming here! My husband and I have time only on the weekend to really look at cars. We went on a Saturday night so we'd miss the morning and afternoon crowds. The dealership was able to address us as soon as we got out of our car which was very nice and convenient. Our salesman was Kaiea "Kai". He directed us and narrow our path to the car we were looking for. It was out of price but he spoke with the manager and it was dropped to our asking price (which was reasonable, we didn't haggle for 50% off a Camero). Finance went well too as this was not our first car buying experience and Paul knew his facts on all the packages and warranties. I'm elated with the car and pleased we went Cutter. Save yourself the pain I experienced and come here first!
We went to Honolulu Cutter Jeep on Saturday. Did the usual, you know, negotiation about price. We came prepared and the dealership was great. We worked with Marlon, Donald and Shane. We drove our 2015 2 door Jeep Rubicon off the lot and was excited we came. The experience was great and I recommend anyone who wants a new vehicle and excellent service to go here.
So, from Saturday to Monday, our situation changed. We were called by a social worker telling us they need an emergency home for a family of 3 children. Let me tell you how GREAT the people at Honolulu Cutter Jeep are. I emailed Shane in Financing and explained our situation, saying that we will need a bigger vehicle to fit these children. Shane called me back immediately, on his day off, to tell me come in and he will help us find what we needed. My husband and I went in on Wed. and in no time, traded for a bigger Jeep. After we chose the vehicle, Shane understood our situation and said it was OK for us to leave, pick up our children and come back to finish paperwork. We did just that. Our paperwork took less than a half hour.
Not only were they Great, they were compassionate about our extended family and that was comforting to know. Its good to know that NOT all dealerships are money hungry and want you to sign the dotted line to close the deal. The people here at Honolulu Cutter treats you like family.

They are great about finding the issue with your vehicle and fixing it. But parts do usually take weeks to come in if ordered. So my car repairs take between a week to a month sometimes.
Great service for some air conditioner warranty work. They had to replace both evaporator on our Caravan due to leaks. They were very professional and diligent updating us on the vehicle's status throughout the process. Great work!
I had a great experience at Cutter Chrysler jeep dodge from the very moment I walked in. I was referred by Sean Davis and he told me my family and I would get treated like family.
