I recently moved and had my car sitting at the Port of Honolulu waiting to be shipped out when I received a call that they couldn t load it as it wouldn t start. I was already off island and had to contact Cutter Service Department to see if they could help since I was not physically there. They turned a very stressful situation into an easy one. Excellent communication the whole way through! Highly recommend!
