I went in to get a part changed for recal. They are very busy. I needed some other things done but I wanted am estimate so they put me to the back of the line again for wait lost and I couldn't get Nyrhing else done. The saving grace was the young man that helped me at service counter named TOSH. He went above and beyond to help me and make me feel appreciated and understood. Thank you Tosh

This place is amazing. Every time I come to Honolulu now I have to stop into this lot just to take a look at their inventory of cars. I will never get over it. Whoever is in charge of inventory here really knows their stuff and on top of it, it's like I can't stump the staff even when throwing out a few annoying curve balls usually only car enthusiasts would know. Great staff. GREAT cars. Wish I lived in Honolulu! Thanks again for the visit, guys!
They scratched the left side of my Jeep from the front left quarter panel,. the driver's door, all the way to the left rear quarter panel. I only noticed it this morning in the sunlight. I called the number listed on Google, and the receptionist told me that the service department is closed today, and to call at 0700 Monday morning. Very rude and not helpful at all. After they fix the damages, I will never come back here for any service needs.
got my safety check and oil changed the other day and Janice was so helpful. Amazing worker with such a great attitude. Gonna tell all my friends to go there.
I went there a few days ago. I had to replace the bulb. About two hours later the staff asked me. Is the replacement cost $ 300, okay? Oh my gosh. I just wanted to change one bulb. He told me that because of the need to dismantle all of the front bumper to change the light bulb. Really? You only have to open the hood! That's it. Anyway I said I do not want to repair. Then I was able to get out of there again in two hours. I could not change the light bulb, and the basic charge was 80 dollars, and I wasted 4 hours in total. What do you think?
I had excellent service buying my new Fiat. Danny Weston was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and was very nice and professional. I will send any one who is interested in a Fiat to him. Thanks Danny!!!!
On Ala Moana Street Easy to understand location Because the car dealer is solidified Convenient for wind shopping Because there is also used handling, it is versatile You can see the car.

Shout out to Jean! Kinda late im doing this due to being busy with work but she is really a down to earth person the second you shake her hand. Best experience ever. Also shout out to N.G and Shane #twincar
Worst car buying experience me or my husband has had. They are very unprofessional and lied to us. They ran our credit multiple times when we had agreed to one bank. They lied to us and refused to pay off an amount that was left in our trade eventhough they said they had. Very pushy and inconsiderate of our goals. Stay away from this place. We regret going to them and do not recommend it to anyone.
I had been shopping around for a long as soon as I started considering that it was time that I let go of my '97 Nissan. I hadn't found anything that I fell in love with until I got to Cutter Dodge. When looking around on the lot, I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't immediately pounced on by a hungry car salesman. I was greeted, however by a salesman who was interested in finding out what I was looking for in a car. He listened to all my criteria and was able to translate it into the car I eventually drove away happy with on the first try. I guess I just needed to find a dealership that wanted to sell me what I wanted instead of what they wanted. I was dreading the negotiation process but it was a cinch. I can't stop smiling at my pretty new car. If you want a dealership interested in what youre looking for and not trying to sell you something, definitely go here.
I purchased my Chrysler 200 from this dealership four years ago and have had great experiences for the most part. I recently had to get my hood replaced and repainted due to corrosion. Chrysler paid for the work to be done, but I was left with a two week car rental payment to pay myself. That was bad on Chrysler. Cutter has always been good to me overall. Thank you for the friendly service!
If you are looking to get fair prices unlike most others on this island this is the spot. I spent a little while here negotiating but by the time I left I was extremely happy.
Just communicated with a Tylor Duarte via email. After following up on my interest for a new Jeep. I kindly explained I had no interest in buying from a dealer that marked up $10,000 or more over invoice, and that marked up $6200 over MSRP.
He became hostile via email and unprofessional.
Wouldn t buy from these guys even if they offered a Jeep at cost.
Stay away. Unprofessionalism seems to run rampantly through the organization.
Upon purchasing my Jeep Wrangler used my documents stated that it had new brakes and rotors. After driving it home and having it for two days I noticed squeaking. I looked at my jeep and the front rotors were worn and we're not new as stated on my documents. So I drive up to the service department and they said it didn't need fixed since it still had life left.. The next day they tried scheduling me to have the repair done but it would have to be at my cost? Won't go here again.
I recently purchased a used vehicles from Cutter dodge and I must say that at the end of the battle with the finance/sales managers, we're happy with their "Do whatever we can to earn your business" attitude. They really do want your business because after 3 days of CORN HOLING each other back and forth they finally came up with something that made me and my buddy comfortable.
I wanted to thank Farick(Sorry if i spelled your name wrong,we're lost in the heads). I commend him for dealing with the two of us giving them hell! hahaha! but needless to say that if anyone wants a vehicle at cutter dodge, Go see Farick because this guy doesn't have a typical salesman attitude(I work in sales) where all they care about is just making a sale and at the very end of the day they'll give you a pineapple and tell you to go f*** yourselves. lol.
I also wanted to thank George the Greek guy for dealing with us clowns. I have to say that Mr. Cutter needs to do a better job with hiring more good looking guys because we were a little disappointed when George showed up to the interrogation cubical!
Shout out to Katie who we really felt sorry for on the second day because she was thrown to us wolves by her staff and wasn't expecting our less than professional style. But she did her very best!
Last but not least, Matt the finance guy. He did a great job with everything! He was very professional, Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut in his position and the money that he's paying him, he needs to buy better dress shoes! hahaha..
Working with Salesman Kai Bosgra is a solid plus - ask for him if you're even thinking about getting a Jeep. He actually contributed to the process (instead of giving me any hustle or hassle.) Highly recommended.
We recently decided to get a car because mine had broken down and I was tired of dealing with clunkers. So we had gone down to cutter to see what kind of vehicles we could get into. Being as picky as I am and at the same time always looking for the best deal, we eventually found exactly what we wanted. They were able to get us as close to exactly what we wanted as possible and we fit everything into our budget. They worked with us diligently to get us a price that we could afford and although we still spent a little more than originally slated for it was way worth it in the end. Drevis our salesman was patient and had really worked as the first man in the door to getting the price we wanted. Craig the sales manager and Shane our finance guy were helpful and everyone made our first brand new car purchase comfortable, fun and exciting! Thanks everyone at cutter! Go check Drevis and the guys out and theyll make it happen for you!
My wife went in and we saw Donald Dela Pena. He was the best sales guy we have ever dealt with. He's patient and listened to what we had to say to give us the best suggested car we would love and my wife got a car she loves! If your in the market for a new or even used car go down and see these guys, ask for Donald Dela Pena!
My salesman was Scot Lucas, and he was great to deal with! My wife knew exactly what she wanted and he was able to meet our every expectation. We left out of there feeling like we made a great deal, instead of feeling rushed or pressured! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend their sales department.
"I was nervous because my Audi was making a sputtering sound and sort of hiccupping whenever I would drive slowly. I thought it HAD to be the transmission and with my last car, the dealership I took it to totally tried to screw me. This time I decided to take it to Cutter Dodge because my best friend's girfriend actually works there. Not only did they not charge me tons of fees for "diagnosing" whatever was wrong with the car, but they said its nothing serious, its just a cracked pump but that it doesn't need to be changed any time soon. I was shocked. They told me the transmission was fine and if I wanted to do some minor repairs they could do it but it wasn't necessary to drive the vehicle. To me, this was AMAZING. I have never gotten this sort of honesty from a dealership and I don't think I will be looking anywhere other than Cutter Dodge when my car needs that tube fixed. I was so relieved and thankful for their honesty.
Came in with my new Durango on a wed morning. They offer two free oil changes and so I came in to do my first around 730 am. First come first service basis. Staff was polite and friendly with much aloha
Had a decent experience with purchasing my vehicle from here. Friendly staff and sales people. My sales person was awesome (Jamal) and willing to work with my budget as well as the sales manager who helped crunch the numbers. Ultimately they helped me get into the vehicle I wanted and come to an agreement on pricing and payments. My only issue was when it came to finalizing the paperwork. I had to come back to meet the finance manager only to find out that the payments I agreed to, they weren t able to honor. So in order for it to work I had to put $1400 more down. This was a big shock to me and unexpected. That would be my only complaint other than that the staff are very friendly and they are one of the more affordable dealers on the island in my opinion.
Cutter Fiat has a great selection of new cars. We came in over the weekend and had a surprisingly easy time finding what we wanted, and getting the entire sales process completed. The team was on top of financing options and everything that needed to be in place to make this affordable for us, and drive off the lot happy that same day. Thanks!
My husband and I went into this dealership about 2 years ago just to look around (more so, to look at a few Durangos.) We ended up leaving happily with a new one. The sales man was one of the best I ve ever encountered off the main land and on.
Fast forward to 2019. My husband made an appointment with the service department last week because our dodge was making a clicking sound when you turned it on after it sitting for awhile and when you push on the gas. The appointment was for yesterday (Monday, February 11th.) Our appointment was at 9am. I get there 15-20 minutes prior to our appointment time, get checked in and proceeded to get put on the shuttle list. I was there no more than 30 minutes before the shuttle took my children and I home. The older gentleman that I had checked in with informed me they will be done around noon time, maybe a little bit longer than that. My husband was told when making the appointment that the shuttle stopped running at 2pm. So, around 1:15 I called the dealship back to get put on the shuttle list once again to get picked up. I asked the shuttle driver are we his last passengers and he stated No, he will be transporting more passengers until about 5. Once I arrived at the dealership around 2:00pm my Durango was just then getting pulled into the garage. My kids and I sat there until 4:00pm, just for them to tell me they didn t hear any clicking noise. I don t understand why did we make an appointment just for our SUV to be pulled into the garage 5 hours after our appointment time! Our car sat at the dealership for 7 hours total for nothing. Very displeased with the service department.
