I had a terrible experience. First they were supposed to take my personalized plates off of the vehicle that I traded in. They did not and shipped it off to California with my personal plates on there. Following week i got a recall notice and I was told to come in at a certain time on a certain date. After arranging for a ride back to work I was then told that they actually didn t have the replacement part for the recall item and I would need to make another appointment in the future. Then about seven months into my lease I needed to bring it in for an oil change that was supposed to be covered by the lease. They charged me and then I had to ask for a manager even though I had paperwork with me that showed it was covered. There is been no part of this experience that has been pleasant .

Our family had been vehicle shopping around the island for about a month before we stopped at Cutter based on a recommendation. The #1 thing I loved is that the salesmen are warm, friendly and informative but not pushy and aggressive. Our guy was Paul Borset. I am very pleased with his professionalism and patience as he listened as I told him exactly what my expectations and limitations were. He also drove myself and my 5 yr old twin sons around ALL day for 6 hours to ALL the cutter dealerships until I had found exactly the vehicle I was looking for. He's a trooper and I can't sing enough praises about him and this establishment. Even when it came to pricing, they gave my husband and I a fair deal on our trade and catered to all my nitpicking about what I wanted done to the vehicle before I'd sign. Finance also put is in contact with several different banks to help us achieve the lowest possible interest rate and we ended up with the payment I had originally asked for. Bravo Cutter. Definitely deserves 5 stars in all departments; service, management, finance and sales. Each team offered superior, friendly customer service which contributed to a great overall experience. Donald D. is a super salesman!!! Understood and listened to our requirements, provided us with trustworthy car insight and specifications while allowing us the space to make our own decisions. Last Sunday, I asked my wife if she wanted to look at cars. We weren't ready to buy one just yet. Just wanted to get a feel for the Jeeps. However, once we started test-driving, our curiosity started to peak. Then we were passed to Danny Weston, who asked us what they could do to have us leave the lot with a new car. He couldn't have been more approachable. Danny made us feel comfortable and valued, even though my wife was adamant that we would not budge from our asking price. Danny could have let us walk out of the door. Instead, he went back and forth to see if the dealer's price could be brought down. In the end, his hard work paid off, and by Tuesday, we left the lot with a new Jeep Compass. If it wasn't for Danny's honest, down-to-earth approach, we would have left. Danny Weston is a pro. Thank you, Danny! We'll be back.

I purchased my new Fiat 500 two weeks ago and it was the best car buying experience ever. So much so that I decided to write my first ever review. Danielle was my sales person who I met with on two separate occasions to test drive a couple of different Fiats. She was incredible informative and so NOT like other cars sales people (you know, the type: pushy and sleezy). She's a wonderful person and it was such a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend buying from her.

The only issue was that when I finally purchased the car and was ready to go home, the detailing crew didn't do the greatest job of cleaning up the car (the front tires were a little low and there were a few spots they missed and gunk was left on the window from the stickers). Granted it was late at night that we finally finished the sale, but I brought it in the next day and they took care of it right away!

What is it with this island and terrible customer service? Don t waste your money here! Bought a car on the mainland and had it shipped back here for $3k less than what they wanted to charge here even before taxes. Then the service department wanted to charge us for extra parts during a service that were not quoted on or even asked about. After standing my ground and insisting we weren t going to pay the extra charges after we received the bill, they backed down and reduced the price to the quote they gave us. Overall, i have not been impressed with any businesses here on island, but this was by far the worst experience I've had yet.

I had the best truck buying experience in my 20 years of buying vehicles here at Cutter Dodge Honolulu. TJ, DJ and Matt really took care of me. I got a great deal on the truck I wanted, no hassles, left feeling good about the purchase, and no buyers remorse the next morning. A big Mahalo to the Cutter Dodge Honolulu Team. Highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Marlon Gante was a great salesperson to work with, he helped me find the new Ram which fit my requirements and even my wish list of options. When I said I had to also consider and test drive a Ford pickup at another dealer there was no resistance or pressure, I was encouraged to shop around and find the best fit for me and my family. When I ultimately came back he and the sales manager (can't remember his name unfortunately) worked with me to reach a fair price without resorting to any pressuring or sleazy tactics I've encountered at other dealers in the past. I took delivery within hours and was happily on my way. Their service department is great too, I have used them 3 times now and have been impressed with the hustle and helpfulness I received. Shawn (hope I spelled that right) has really gone out of his way to make sure I'm informed through the process of servicing and the other employees there have been great to deal with as well. This is overall a top notch dealer and service center, I'll be going back as long as I live here.

Never buy or lease a car from here. While they are nice up front, they are rude and unwilling to work. I have had a simple problem for the past two months and no one is helping me. I am being passed from manager to manager. They were rude when negotiating a price. While they give you a card to call whenever there is a problem, no one picks up. I wish we didn't lease a car from here. They are making it more complicated, frustrating, and annoying than it should be.

So I'm currently in the market for the new Jeep Wrangler JL. After doing a fair amount of research I knew that the model I want is not in stock and the color wouldn't even manufactured until the end of June. I priced it out. And it came to about 55k. Dealers make money in multiple ways. As they should its a business. I completely understand that everyone needs to make money But lets be real here. Anyone who pays MSRP got a horrible deal. So I go into Cutter Honolulu knowing that 51-52k is where I'd make the deal. I sat down with the sales guy. Very nice fella. Got the order sheets out and he asked where I wanted to be on it. I responded with 49k. Of course I know this is a low ball price but this is car sales. Its what you expect from a dealer while buying a car. The salesman goes back to the manager. He comes out about 2 mins later. Big ol smile on his face shakes my hand and says..... We are not going to sell below MSRP. Making up some lie that the Jeep JL is something special and there wont be more. Mean while Jeep sold 191 thousand jeep wranglers in 2017 alone! So if the " Manager" Isnt willing to wheel and deal on Jeeps most sold model I can only imagine how he treats the sale of something rare or numbered. Sooo If you wanna pay top dollar for an Auto ... Go to cutter Honolulu! That manager has no business running an ice cream shop. Never mind a Multi-Million dollar dealership. There wasn't even an attempt to save the sale. We simply shook hands again and said have a great day. Best part is They potentially had two sales. My wife's lease is up soon and she has been eye balling the new Grand Cherokee.

I Bought a brand New 2016 Rubicon, Jeep VIN: 1C4HJWFG4GL241494 at Cutter Jeep in Honolulu, Hawaii, approximately Three to Five Days the Engine Light & the Gas Light keep coming on, bring it back to Cutter Jeep in Honolulu about 6 to 10 times, however they keep telling me don't worry about it that will not stop the Jeep from running and it will not lose any Power. Sometime they said it is fix, however on my way home or a few days later the same problems keep coming up. I finally got very Angry about the situation and was planning to go direct to the CEO of Chrysler Company.

Made contact with Mr. Chip Lowman a Sales Man from Cutter Jeep in Honolulu, and he informed me that he can resolved the problem by putting me into a brand New Jeep MOAB, Three Days Later I drove off in my New MOAB Jeep. I commended Mr. Chip Lowman for handling the situation in a Professional Manner.

So, I felt a little stressed after going through a purchase with Cutter but the next day the Sales manager called me and told me that he found a to work with me and help me get a better price. This shows that the sales people at Cutter Dodge are not out to get you. They could have left me paying more but instead, took the time to let me know that they would give me more for my trade and lower my payment. Amazing service and a great sales team. Thank you Cutter crew!!!

Had good experience with the Lease of a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica back in 2017. I am Active Duty military and will military orders qualified for the SCRA and turned in my vehicle May 15th 2019 they said they would forward all the paperwork and odometer reading to Ally(who they secured the lease through). I recently applied for a home loan and found out the paperwork was never sent and now I have a past due amount of 24 days for almost $700 since paperwork was failed to be sent in to Ally for SCRA. They assigned a Rookie to me for my turn-in and apparently his trainer failed at training him. Don't say you will take care of it a fail to do what you say you will. Even the sales manager came out and said I had nothing to worry about.... apparently I did.

I went in to pre-order a new Jeep only to be told there would be a 20 percent mark up. Cutter Jeep wanted 54k for a jeep with an MSRP of 40k ish that wasn't even on their lot. When I mentioned I could get one cheaper, I was told even if you purchase one on mainland you will pay the markup there as well. So pretty much.... "We mark it up because we know we can make the money". Save your money and purchase on the main land and have it shipped. I am a pretty brand loyal person and wont be purchasing a jeep at all now as it's surprising that a Jeep dealership is even allowed to sell vehicles at such a high price.

Staff is horrible here. Attitude completely shifts once the sale is made. We bought a used Jeep Patriot early May, and was told the registration would be mailed in around 4-6 weeks (They also forgot to give us a temporary registration). It is now close to August and we still have not gotten the registration. None of the staff tried to reach out to update us on whats going on. It wasn't until we called them and found out that because the safety expired in May they need to do a failed safety check for us to get the registration. So now it's going to take another 4 weeks till we get the registration, then we have to go in again and get the actual safety.

They make things way harder than it needs to be.

TLDR: staff is not helpful once they make the sale. You're better off going somewhere else or buying off of Craigslist or Marketplace for used vehicles.

Nothing I wanted to see. He said ok let me get my manager, she didn't want to let us walk out... Even though they didn't have anything I even was interested in test driving. The salesman was doing his job but the manager... I won't be back.

Absolute worst customer service ever. No one answers the phone or returns messages. They owed me a detail job so I took off work and spent $60 in uber rides back and forth only to find out that all they did was vacuum it out. Then 2 months after buying the car the check engine light came on and one of the cylinders is misfiring. Also took them 2 months to get my plates and registration. Highly recommend to go anywhere else. Lose money

My car buying experience at this dealership was incredible. From Marlon the sales person to Joe the finance guy, and everyone in-between, the overall experience could not have been better. My son and I were treated with patience, respect, and appreciation for the entire visit. Finance guy, Joe, even helped with insurance.

The bar is set pretty high as far as competition for this group of people. Just a bunch of people trying to help customers out. As stressful as buying a car can be, trying to answer all kinds of questions, this delearship employs great people that smile and answer questions. What price? Buy or lease? What mileage? How much down? So many decisions. Wouldn t want to make them anywhere else.

I have never been more insulted in my entire life ...

I have never been more insulted in my entire life by a dealership. I'm new to the island, first experience here went south real fast. I have a truck I bought 10 months ago. It was 50k MSRP. 2015. Needed to trade it in because it's really inconvenient to have here. I talked to a guy named Ryan and a guy named troy and was told that the deal I wanted probably couldn't happen. Get a call 5 mintues later saying the deal can happen, come in tomorrow. Show up, half way into the process Ryan ups and leaves me at the desk for good. I get a new guy, have to start the entire process over. They have a mark up on every vehicle down to the dart. SRT'S 10k, everything else like 4k, just when they couldn't get greedy enough they show the most insulting disrespectful number I've even seen out of my 8 cars I've had in the past 7 years, (I've done a lot of trading.) 27k trade for a truck 10 months ago brand new was 50, has 6700 miles now. Perfect condition. 8k lower than blue book and black book value, this has been a huge waste of my time, bad customer service, greedy dealership like I've never seen before, and the most horrible first time experience for a military member like myself coming to this island, makes me wonder if racism was involved and not professionalism. Horrible!!

Ended up not buying our new car through this dealership. We started out pretty well with the first gentleman, and test drove a couple of styles of Dodge Durango to get a feel for what vehicle would be right for our family. We were handed off to another sales person, and this is where it kind of fell apart. High pressure, and a bit over the top with the "common ground" type of stuff (e.g. Sports teams, background...) It was late, and we decided to cut the visit short to get the family supper and home for bed...to which the sales person kept trying to extend our visit. He promised figures to my wife and I, to help us decide whether Lease or Buy was the right choice, but never actually go to them. I had to finally send the family out to the car, and told the sales person we were done. Left feeling very uncomfortable with the whole transaction, so we are now shopping elsewhere.

I read a lot of great reviews so took my Jeep in for service and was fairly disappointed for the following reasons:

1) I asked them to replace my tire hub nuts. They dealership called and told me they were the wrong size even though the packaging clearly stated a thread size of 20 (which is a JKU). When I inspected the hub nuts a bunch of them had collapsed threads which is why they wouldn't go on. Not sure if they used an impact gun to put them on and that's what caused the damage.
2) Paid for a diagnostic on ABS and the dealership failed to mention the stored code for the check engine light that came on some time after I dropped it off.
3) Paid to have a TPMS sensor replaced. On the way home the sensor stopped working. When I called Keith to ask how they rotated my tires (to see if it was the new sensor) I was told the back wheels went forward which would be normal for a 4WD EXCEPT my front left tire had been plugged and is now in the back left position. I believe they used a FWD rotation pattern and then TPMS that isn't working is the one they replaced.

Long story short I am an aircraft mechanic that took my jeep in for some work to save me time over the holidays at the auto hobby shop. Big waste of time and money on my part. It's cheaper to buy a programmer to turn off TPMS than have them "fix" another one.

Bought. Used 2016 Fiat 500X the day before and wanted an inspection, a recalled part replaced and a replacement part for the driver door handle and Rey Piano was terrific. I wasn't sure if I needed an oil change and he checked all the fluids and let me know I was good for another 2000 miles. Excellent service, so happy, thank you!!

made a deal to purchase a car from salesman David Cade both agreed on price , but before going to appointment to pay cash for car he called me said he had to take his kid to doctor at that time, and we set time for next day 10 am at 9am next day he calls and says car sold that night , when I asked that the car was on hold for me he said oh I did not sign DUH is it not his fault for not being there to sign, I own a auto repair shop and was helping a long time older customer get a another car I can not believe the way they do business I would never recommend anyone to do business with them either buying a new or used car, they have no creditability on their word.

I have had the worst experience. Made an appointment for 830am and it took 3 hours to even get to my car, and within 2 days the same problem came back and had to go back to the same horrible dealership. Once I was there the car was taken and I was given an estimated time of 15 minutes because of it not being fixed the first time. Gave my number to Shawn and told him to call me when the service was finished. I had to call back an hour and 30 minutes later to a line that knew nothing of what I was talking about. They didn't know about my car. I went back and Shawn said he passed my information off to someone else when it was already a sensitive issue. Please save your self the time and hassle. Unless you would like to make an appointment and wait 3 hrs later and then come back a day later to actually, supposedly complete your service, please don't waste your time. Sorry to be negative nancy but, this is my first bad review, and it has to be said. They have terrible manners and bad customer service.

I have been in the process of relocating my family...

I have been in the process of relocating my family from Seoul South Korea, back to the islands and was finally able to free up some time and head over to Cutter Jeep to test drive the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. Fortunately for me, Minji, their top sales representative was available for consultation and helped to educate me on the specs of the car. She was patient, kind, informative and offered several different options to meet my budget. In the end, I feel like she worked really hard with the management/finance team to get me the best deal possible. In fact, it was so good, I ended up buying two cars, instead of one. The sales team was even kind enough to save me a trip and help deliver the cars to downtown Waikiki that same evening. Incredible service and now a friend for life! Thanks Minji and Matt.

Whoa where to start these guys are total morons. F...

Whoa where to start these guys are total morons. From the salesman (Uncle Bernie) to the finance person (Lance Rivera) to the general manger (Jarrod Cutter).

These idiots can even fill out the paperwork correctly then they tried to raise the price after we signed everything claiming that they had filled out the paperwork incorrectly.

They would not return my down payment check after they could not close the deal. Even the general manager couldn't solve the issue.

Buyer beware they don't like anything via email since this could be use against them later. all of them refuses to communicate via email, only would call me to discuss. Funny how they will call you and then later say we never said that?? Yeah email is awesome, but these guys will refuse to reply via email.

Finally returned my check after about 3 months after me threatening to go to the RICO( regulated industries complaint office) .Yeah they sent my check ASAP once I said I was going to RICO. They sent just my check no apology, no sorry we had this problem nothing just my check in an envelope, really classy guys.

These guys are incompetent! Ended up purchasing 2 dodge vehicles on the mainland for a much lower price even after shipping them over. Saved about 6k by buying on the mainland even after shipping.

Avoid these guy whatever you do. My experience was in 2013 and it was absolutely awful, the worst experience ever at any car dealer ever!

I brought in my wifes car because of a damaged tire. The vehicle was purchased new on July this year and has now reached 900 miles. Once I spoke with the service dept and mentioned that the vehicle was purchased new several months ago, they reduced the price of the tire from 180$ to 30$ installed. Everyone was extremely friendly and I even joked with the workers there. I WILL BUY Another vehicle from this place in a heart beat.

Everyone here has wonderful customer service. I just don t understand why it took 2 hours for quick battery diagnostic, oil, and filter change when having an appointment. Had I known I would ve just done express lane without making an appointment since all those people finished before me. Also, invoice claims I declined tire rotation which I was not informed at all was an option. Your mind isn t entirely there when service isn t done in timely manor but that s my fault for not reading over the invoice entirely before signing and leaving. Although, tire rotation is included in the Ram Care so it should have been done anyways.

Our dealer name John and his manager are very helpful to me and my husband, they dont only want our money but they find whats fits and afordable for our family, they made an awsome deal that we would walk out on that day with our 2013 KIA SOUL which we did. its pre-owned viecle but still look brand new and everything. so thank u guys so much we appreciate it and lucky to be on board:-)

My boyfriend and I decided to get a car that he's seen at work (since he works here). We checked it out and we both really liked it. It was a 2006 BMW 330i, in extremely good condition! This was an offer we couldn't pass up.

Soon after we got our car, we put it through service. It came out looking brand new! The inside might be a tad bit outdated, but it is still nice. The dealership did a really good job on cleaning the car.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to answer questions. While I was waiting for the car to be cleaned, the staff would often come up to me and start a conversation. Their waiting area has very comfortable couches.

If you're looking to get a brand new or used car, you should see Drevis. I have referred many of my friends and family to him. They told me he was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the car they wanted. My brother is in love with his Jeep Grand Cherokee.

The car had damage on the rear, which they promised to fix and ship us the car within 3-4 days. That did not happen, and of course our Salesman, Kaleo Perry, never answered our calls! Neither did the manager Jarad. We finally got the car after telling them we were canceling the sale unless they could provide a shipping date. It s now been 6 weeks, and we have no title, no registration, and no plates. NO one there answers the phone. You are either transferred to voice mail or hung up on during the transfer.

After numerous calls today, we were finally told that they FORGOT to have us sign the paperwork for our plates! Now are saying they will mail us the paperwork, we have to mail it back, and I guess wait another couple months or who knows how long for our title, registration and plates!

Of course, we cannot reach the finance manager. It was his job to have us sign all the appropriate paperwork.

This dealership has been a nightmare since we wrote them our check! If I had it to do over, I would have bought the car on the mainland and had it shipped. No idea when we will get our title, registration or license plates. Hopefully before the temporary expires next week! We will be filing a complaint with the BBB of Hawaii. This dealership should not sell cars if they don t know how to properly do the paperwork.

Service department is horrible. A little after a month of getting a car from cutter, hadn't even paid my first payment I got a check engine light. Took it in and they told me it would take 7 days to fix the problem on my car. 7 days rolls by dont hear anything from them. Go down there on day 10 they hadn't even started working on it. I talk to sales about taking it back and putting me in something new they say they can't do that with out Chrysler permission. That was monday told me it would be done by friday. Come friday i hear nothing. So i call Chrysler they tell me there is nothing they can do that's up to the dealership, of course. Chrysler calls cutter they tall Chrysler it will be done by Saturday. Ready for pick up no later than Monday morning. Come Monday I call them because of course I hear nothing from them. They tell me they just finished up the car at 4pm and I have to be there by 430pm to pick it up. Worst service ever.

Through all this they lied and told me the extensive coverage plan I got didn't cover the initial diagnostics or the engine or a rental car. Come to find out after going in there and talking to someone I covered all of it. But they never got me a rental.

I would never recommend them to anyone!! I have made a point of letting everyone know in our Charger club to never go here to get service or a new/used vehicle. They have poor sales practices, customer service and delayed completion of repairs. All around horrible work ethic and you can never get anyone of the phone. They have a lot of excuses for their poor business but do not do anything to win you over. They are good at standing around that's about it. It's worth the drive to Jerry V Windward Dodge.

Armando greeted us immediately and we soon found ourselves test driving a new 2014 Jeep. After looking at several options, used and new, Armando found the perfect Jeep for us. Its pretty much true what people say about the selection here. It is impressively diverse. Not only are there plenty of incredible new fiats but their used car selection is the best I have seen yet in Honolulu. Personally, I don't like going from car lot to car lot and dealing with hungry salespeople everywhere. I would much rather choose a lot to buy from that I know has a good selection. Cutter Fiat is the place to go if you don't want to spend months haggling around with different dealerships only to find out the car you wanted to look at by the time you got there was just sold. Ugh I hate that.

He helped my wife and I find the car that exactly met our needs and exceeded our expectations on how much car we could afford. I'm a returning customer having purchased a number of new cars from Cutter. I was going to buy a used Dodge Ram pickup but instead opted for a new 2019 Dodge Ram Longhorn Laramie. I was already pre-qualified for a car loan from Bank of America. All we had to do was settle on an out-the-door price with the sales group. 20 minutes and we were shaking hands. Very nice truck. I'm happy.

This place is just horrible. I bought my vehicle here and got it serviced here as well since i bought the vehicle. The last time i got the car serviced here they told me i had to purchase 4 tires becaus all of my tires were worn out. They had no explanation on why the tires why my tires wore out so quickly and the SERVICE MANAGER suggested it was my tire rating because the the alignment looked good. So i changed the tire rating and purchased the tires he suggested. Fast forward to today ONLY 6 months later my front two tires are worn out and they are telling me now i need to do my alignment. So now that im here asking for them to take responsibility for their advice, they tell me they cant do anything for me. Now im stuck with a UNNECESSARY $900 bill. I will never come back here for any vehicle services nor purchases. TO ALL reading this... your better off going to WINDWARD DODGE...

I went to Cutter Dodge to see about trading my Dodge Charger for a newer model and I received some of the best service while buying a vehicle. Khoi was my salesman and he was amazingly patient with me. I ended up buying two cars in four days because they listened to my needs for my family. My husband and I bought a Dodge and a Mazda. They will not sell you a car that you cannot afford. I'd recommend them to my junior Soldiers because I know they won't try to sell them an overpriced vehicle that they can't afford. Go see Khoi and join the Dodge family!

They have had my Jeep for 50 days and keep saying they are ordering parts. It has cause my wife not to be able to earn extra money for the holidays because the loaner is not a 4-door vehicle which she needs, oh and its a loaner vehicle which is not allowed. The person in charge of my vehicle can't even keep his stories straight of what is going on, so yes they are LYING to customers about their vehicles. Needless to say my letter to Jeep has gone out today for the Lemon Law. It is sad that they can't even communicate honestly with customers. I have left messages for the manager to call two weeks in a row with no response. The only good thing is it is under the original manufacture warranty and less than 2-years since the purchase date.

Made an apt. but was told I must wait in the service line. Explained that I had to be at work asap they moved me to the front and got me out of there. Called me later that day and told me the part that they was suppose to replace was not in Stock. Keep in mind, when I scheduled my apt. the day before they checked for availability of the part before confirming my apt. This is typical non-communitive behavior among employees in all departments at this cutter. Not the best service but not the worst. Just have a mentality that that they are busy and if they lose a customer it's not gonna hurt them.

My experience and time at this dealer ship was a complete unneeded waste of time. Me and Tim Corwin made a deal that if i had the funds when i test drive the vehicle i wanted to buy it was for 17k out the door. During mid part of the test drive he told me that 17k was a "what if i could get You that price". So basically him and his manager lied to my face. I was never going to buy that car in the first place and the only price they want was 25k. It comes to show they will say anything to the customer for there own gain. Be careful if you choose this dealer ship im sure not all of them are the same, but do your research on the car first.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler brand new 2013. I have only taken my Jeep to get services at a Jeep dealership. I've never had any major issues until this place changed my oil and didn't do it correctly causing the oil to leak and my Jeep to smoke. Had a horrible experience with the service department but at the end they said they fixed my oil changed and they even fixed my suspension for me for free but I now have a radiator problem. we were told by Tom in the service department now our radiator is broken we should fix it in the future, another manager in the service department I forgot his name said I don't know what Tom told you but the radiator is not broken, and the mechanic said the radiator was leaking. O don't even know what's wrong with my radiator because I got 3 different people telling me 3 different things. I told them if something is wrong with the radiator it's probably because it overworked itself because we were driving the car without oil because they did not do my oil change correctly. We got the Jeep back and one week later guess what our oil change light comes on again so we call speak with Tom and Tom
Tells us oh there's no way for us to see if the oil change light is on so we probably didn't reset it. He said just push the gas peddle 4 times after turning on the car without starting the engine. OMG!!! To top it off one of the manager told us, " I hope you know we are not giving you a new car" we said we understand that we just want you to fix our car. Then he proceeds to say " I'm glad we both understand that.. we are a big company so fixing that for us is nothing....." I have been a loyal customer to cutter honolulu for 4 years and they can't even change my oil correctly. Now I have to find another place to get my car checked and spend more money. I strongly advise you to not come to this place. You will end up spending more money for there mistakes. To be a huge company you would think you would get better service but instead you get attitudes from

Don t waste your time like they will on you. We called parts to make sure they had what we were looking for in stock. They said yes and would take about a hour to install. We called service to see when they would be able to be able to add the parts needed. They said come in between now and 30 min and you ll be good. TWO HOURS LATER OF WAITING OUTSIDE WITH A 4 MONTH OLD BABY, the service advisor said oh parts thought you meant floor mats not mud flaps, I said oh so you would charge a hour of work to add floor mats. This place is a joke. Don t bother with them for anything service or parts related.

after buying my Dodge mini van ( grand caravan) the transmission would all of a sudden
