They profile people based on looks. Been profiled twice at the whole foods on kamakee in Honolulu. Once followed into the bathroom and asked for a receipt for my own water bottle. Another time being accused of stealing a wine bottle and stopped by security at the exit when i don't even drink nor would serve it to my brothers or sisters.

Whomever it is - p polo guy - who has been working the night shift around midnight over at Waimalu shopping center lately, is very rude and should be educated/trained to better interact with the local population that are not chronics or people with mental problems. I have always appreciated the security who patrol here and never had problems with any of them. They have always been respectful, while still doing their jobs. But this guy was the opposite. Please take note, management.
Extremely unprofessional towed my car from Mccully shopping center lied and said that I was not a customer. Sign says 4 hour limit came back to my car 45 mins later and it was gone asked the security guard if she towed my car and she said you can t park for more then 30 mins. I told her the sign says 4 hours and she tried to intimidate me by yelling at me and threatening to call the cops. So I called her supervisor and was on hold for 1hr she then got on the phone and said it s my responsibility to get my car out of the tow yard and she wouldn t give me her supervisors number.
A female guard by the name of Sharon that gets to ride in a pick up truck has harassed me three times inappropriately without merit, and has rudely order me around and told me what to do. THE COMPANY IS NEGLIGENT IN PROPER SECURITY PRACTICE AND CONDUCT. They invite themselves to lawsuits. I have witnesses and I see other post on Google. Thanks Alphabet.
There is a lady that works the mini mall next Texaco in Kapolei. This lady thinks she is the law , a lot of people have been towed because of her. She continues to harass my other half that works in the complex everyday. She parks in their designated parking stall for her job and this rent a cop likes leave notes on our car or truck with threats of towing. This lady has no life amd the complex is losing business everyday. Legal action is being taken upon the harassing individual and the company as well......

There are many great people to work with at interesting locations. It's like family but more strict. However, if you are good at your job, you should not have too much to worry about. What I see as an issue is basically the dragged out over night gigs. The work is simple and requires common sense. Just be able to fight the overnight war between job duties and desperation for sleep. I worked with them years ago. It was a cakewalk.
