I was at your facility today & had a very interesting experience that I think the owner & managers should know about.
While we were waiting for our sales rep. I was moosing around looking at different cars. While doing this there were two of your service techs and a salesman right near me. The service techs approach the salesman & says something to the effect of you been taking people today. Guy goes no, Benny only does that in sales not service that's where we get to rip people off. I was astounded
