After a slightly shaky start before being shown to our booked table the service was very attentive along with good food. Left feeling absolutely stuffed! Was good to see staff from our favourite place (Spago) working in Cut during Spago's closure due to Covid-19.

Eaten steak all over the world and can t say I ve had a better one than in here. Immense rib eyes still rare but had a lovely flavoursome char, the Yukon gold mash was sublime and the creamed spinach was perfect - can t fault it.

Thank you

Came here for drinks and love their whisky range especially with Hibiki Harmony. A cocktail is priced around $26. Love the ambience and you can even get a table with seats for around 6-8pax. Apparently their onion rings are good but kitchen was closed by the time I reached.

Everything from the service to the food exemplified fine dining. Attentive service from a friendly but not intrusive staff, an amazing bread selection, a great selection of wine (I went with a Chiliean), a wagyu that was just the right amount of fatty and falls apart in my mouth, and Aerosmith playing over my apple crumble. I can't imagine anything else making this steak experience better. Its been a highlight of my trip to Singapore.

Impeccable service front start to end.

Impeccable service front start to end.
Wagyu beef was beyond earthly. Every bite was going to heaven.
45 day aged beef well seasoned and surprisingly juicy at every piece. I reckon the cut had alot of fatty striations.
Would recommend steaks to share. Couldn't even finish one on my own and we had to doggy bag It.
Beef tartar melted like butter, combination with the bread they served.
Please eat the bread spread, that was simply amazing. It really complimented our whole meal.

Very descent restaurant, high quality meat, fine wine, but too expensive. Somewhat overrated for the value you get. Staff is good, but not excellent. Don't get me wrong, you will have a very proper dinner with CUT.

Exceptional food and price is actually reasonable for what you get. Obviously the steak is fantastic but most impressive were the sides. Much effort is put in to make them delicious and to complement the steak. Service is very good and everyone is well trained. Wine selection is good but very pricey.

Food, service and ambiance is incredible. This place is expensive though so more for a special occasion. Go on a Tuesday around 6pm for half price on their signature cocktail the Rough Love . Easily one of the most delicious cocktails on the island. Their bar snacks are delicious too. Their French fries are sinful but so yummy!

Our RM bought us dinner. It was our first visit to Cut. The crab cake starter was delicious. It deserved 5 stars. Having tasted all the top beef in Japan, I must say that the wagyu beef at Cut was just above average and over priced. The MAC More

Great food, ambiance, cocktails and service. But the price is a bit outrageous by even Singapore standards. However, it does not seem to stop them from filling the tables. Had a wonderful evening with friends.

That was really expensive, but if you look at the magnificent ambience, the huge steaks of the highest quality and the friendly, fast service, then the prices are more than relativized. It was a cheap evening, the money was well spent.

Really blessed with their level of service and attention to details to your needs. We celebrated our anniversary here and they staff took the extra time to sign an anniversary card for us. We are also offered a cool desert for it. The food was prepared exceptionally well. From starters to mains to deserts
Spent around S$200 for this awesome dining experience was totally worth it

Had dinner here for my birthday celebration. Really impressed by the level of service, attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. Also really appreciate them taking the time to sign the card with well-wishes inside. The steak was excellent (at medium rare), the wine was delicious, and the Tuna Tartare is a recommended appetizer. Unforgettable experience.

I do love this place. Elegant and luxurious atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. This is the best place to experience real steak in Singapore. It deserves to get Michellin one star.

To access the top 55th floor where puck is, one ha...

To access the top 55th floor where puck is, one has to switch lifts from the ground floor. A minor inconvenience. The other bit of a turn-off depending on your mood, time of day and the crowd present, is one has to pass the breath-taking elevated pool perched atop tower 1/2/3 of marina bay sands hotel. I am not sure how keen one is to have their fine dining experience constantly distracted by peeps showing off (or hiding) their bods in/by the pool. It is also home to a huge (you guessed it) roof top garden terrace, open to public (at a cost), free for hotel guests.

Puck s offerings, the ones we sampled, had asian, spanish, amuricano n italian influences. I am not sophisticated enough to verify authenticities, what i lack thereof, i try to make use of my faculties.

We got: tuna roll 3.25/5, a 180 deg twist (much like the view of spore skyline from here) of what we expected. Instead of seaweed wrapping the roll, the ingredients (google it) were ensconced by caramelized (?) honeycomb of sort. Very creative n worked well indeed.

Chook laksa spring roll 3/5, banish your pre-depositions towards po piah n dig into this. Another twist you might enjoy.

Grilled pork 3.25/5, the most beaut presentation on the day. This is where i must put a disclaimer . I had this when it was turning cold, not the fault of puck (more on this later). To me it was quite dry though i enjoyed the mushrooms tucked underneath. The score here was based on my other 2 dining companions who enjoyed it.

Angus beef burg 3/5, this was a well made burg w the patty done as we wanted it med. The fries which came with the burg actually took the limelight, probably because we expected more (erringly) from a simple burg trying to make it in a fine dining setting.

panna cotta 2.75/5, what fails this pretty looking dessert was not the taste, but texture n the ratio between toppings n the actual blobby gelatin n cream. There was too much toppings to enjoy the smoothness of the blob.

Smokers beware: this is not a smoker friendly outlet as i have had to go all the way to ground floor to tower no 2, find an appropriate spot (which added another 5-10 min walk from the lifts), then transport myself back up to 55th floor. By which time my porky had turned lukewarm.

Puck offers a unique experience for those who may not be familiar with wolfy puck n the location offers a 2X 180 deg uninterrupted view of awesome singapore. Service was un-intimidating, courteous n helpful.

I loved the food. Cuts were well seasoned, sides were super tasty. My guests and I had a fun and delicious experience but the music could be a little softer so diners do not have to shout across the table.

Fantastic visit this week. Service was warm, polite and attentive. Great off-menu recommendations by Angel & Christine of a Grass-Fed USDA cut which was well-cooked. A little over-seasoned and too salty, but overall very good.

The sides we had - Creamed Spinach, Brussels and black truffle were exceptional. I only wish my stomach was bigger!

The birthday cake dessert and card from the team signed by all of the staff was a lovely final touch to our meal.

We would come again.

Thank you to all of the Team at CUT!

Really nice ambiance and wonderful service. But the steaks weren't good. We had the Japanese Wagyu and the Porterhouse Steak. They weren't superb unfortunately. The quality of meats at CUT in LA for example is far superior.

The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. I ordered the most expensive steak, but it was too much so I left 1/3 of it. (Three people) The wine was good, and the wine display was good. Friendly staff. It's good to come with a reservation, and even if you don't, you can come in if the time is right. The price is expensive, but considering the atmosphere and food prices, I think it is worth paying for.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck is amazing! From great service to great food. Second time dining there and it was just as good as the first. The presentation of everything the restaurant itself to the way food and drinks are presented.

This was my first time at the renowned steakhouse, CUT by Wolfgang Puck.

The ambience was cool and dark, with candles on the ceiling, which the staff has to light and extinguish every evening.

Menu was a bit daunting but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

As I was hoping to try a bit of everything, I chose the early CUTS, which comes with starters, main course of steak and desserts. But it is only available from 5pm to 630pmm

The starters, of Maryland Blue Crab Cake, came highly recommended by the staff and it was very good. I could taste the freshness of the crab plus all the other ingredients, and it almost melts in the mouth.

The USDA Prime, New York Sirloin Steak, comes in 170g, medium rare and with Hand Cut French Fries and Greens. It was nice and juicy but it did not strike me as divine, possibly due to my higher expectations .

Dessert was good, and came in the form of Warm Butterscotch Apple Crumble (piping hot) & Tahitian Vanilla Ice Cream .

It was a good and memorable experience overall and we enjoyed our evening immensely at CUT by Wolfgang Puck! But it doesn't come cheap

If I could curate my last meal, including ambience and experience, this place may have already have the set menu. The eulogy would be the wine list.

My idea of heaven is every sense met with things I love. As I walked in, Jimi Hendrix was playing me to my table, which stood like a theater set with just the spot light on my zone.

What preseded was excellent food, a considered wine list and a sound track that you would give your children as an education in rebellion, love and sex.

And I just came for a steak...

Perfection! Attention into detail. The food was amazing and their staff really made sure that we had an extraordinary time. The service was excellent, from the host to the bartender and the Sommelier.

Definitely not the last time. Now this is one of our favourite restaurants in the world.

Oddly enough the best crab cake I have ever tasted!! Definitely get this as a starter. The rib eye (Pittsburgh style) was great, normally prefer bone in but for $99 this was amazing. Used to be a loyal Morton's fan though will be coming back here to try more food next time!

I barely give any restaurant a full five star, but CUT, I think it deserves.

Firstly, the steak here is absolutely gorgeous and no matter how much you paid for it, you will feel worthwhile. I am very particular with steak and usually don't bother dining out but rather cook myself, but when I tried their steak here, especially their Japan wagyu, I completely surrender.

Secondly, a big credit to their service. I truly felt that they service their customer with their warm heart.

All in all, I really enjoy both the food and service here and will definitely come back again.

1 Michelin star with reasonable price for steak. Love the bun selection for the pre course and lovely ambience. The service is great and the staffs are warm and friendly. If you want to experience a Michelin star restaurant a brand from a world class chef but not too cut throat on the bill, I would recommend this place. And behind each menu, there's a protrait shot of a Hollywood celebrity. Which gives a slight higher notch of status to your dining experience.

Boyfriend took me her for our anniversary. My bf and I had the eye of Rib steak and new york sirloin. Both good steaks but the Eye od Rib just really stands out with it's texture and taste. Also ordered the lobster which was also great. For a side dish please try the Patatas Bravas. I know everybody has been ordering the onion rings but the Patatas Bravas is the real star of the side dishes. Try it! For drinks I had the cocktail Sail Away with me which is nicely done. It's more on the citrusy kind of drink. For dessert, we had the Chocolate Souffle is to die for . Perfectly light and warm and chocolatey. Honestly amazing food. Add Philip's superb service and it was a great dining experience. Wish I could give more stars

Not sure about the beef since I don t eat meat. Vegetarian options available (namely
One salad and some sides). No fish options sadly. Probably my first and last time due to limited options. Had the scallops and crab cake which were done well, and some avocado lettuce salad. Ambience is great. Not really a place for vegetarians or pescetarians- meant for meat eaters. They might consider adding a greater variety of options in their menu (fish options specifically, especially for people with shell fish allergies).

I think me & my wife had the best steak ever, it was very tender and delicious. Their steak sauce (sorry I can t recall the name) was nice, although eating the steak with simple salt and pepper was also recommended. The staffs recommended sweet corn for sides, which became terrific additions. Oh and their service was outstanding.

The beef here is simply awesome, from the dry aged to the USDA prime ribeye, just take your pick and I believe you cannot go wrong. The best way for the meat to be cooked is still medium rare. Among all the sides I highly recommend, die die must try the pee wee potatoes, they are simply to die for. The bread selection at the start of the meal with the special butter is also amazingly delicious. If you are a wine lover, there is also a good assortment to pick from, although if you are driving try not to drink. The ambience is good for dates although soft whispering might be a little hard haha. Try to make your reservations in advance so as to get a table, and it will be a memorable experience, that you would want to come back to again and again

Disappointment. Overcooked two 330 SGD ribeyes. Very impersonal and frankly rude service. When I arrived 15 minutes early, the hostess told us 'we could come back later'. The mustard was thrown on the table without any explanation. Same with bread and butter. Then the meat was overcooked and served in 2 pieces. We ordered 330 SGD ribeyes and 2 tiny pieces came out. Cut of beef was okay. Felt like they gave us side cuts or trimmings. I have had much better A5 elsewhere. I have eaten at 100s of Michelin restaurants and this is the only one that disappointed. I feel they will be losing the star soon.

This was our third time eating at CUT. Is was spectacular. Great, friendly service. And the foot is awesome. I had the USDA Prime Rib Eye Steak with small garlic potatoes. Wow wow wow. So good. Loved every bite. My wife had the baby chicken with a side of mushrooms and mashed potatoes. I kept hearing her say wow. She loved it also. I cannot recommend enough. Best Steakhouse in Singapore! Wish I could give six stars.!!

Dry aged longhorn and the japanese wagyu were excellent. Souffle is good if you re a serious chocolate lover but the baked alaskan kaya is definitely the killer !

Would have give them a 5/5 if they had more staff serving and them not appearing to be in a rush. They seemed overwhelmed.

This place is more of a nice restaurant than a romantic intimate fine dining in my opinion.

Servers are very friendly as expected and they take great pictures !

Regardless, a great dining experince and we re glad to be spending our 5th year anniversary at CUT.
