I called him in a Panic as I was Pretty Sure I had a Virus on my Lap-Top Computer. I wasn t sure WHAT Was going in.

He answered the Phone RIGHT AWAY - & explained that he was W/a Client on location. He asked me to Text the details & my Phone Number.

He PROMPTLY called me back & instructed me to try a FREE NEW Virus Protection Scan/Software that he recommended to see if that would Help. It DID!

He actually called me back @ 10:00 @ Night To Check & Make-sure my problem was Taken Care Of!

Hi, I recently bought MacBook Pro Mid 2015 15" model thru Craigslist but the guy didn't mention me about the problem. When I slightly move The whole MacBook to the left side, screen goes black. I was so worried. After little search on Yelp, I stumbled upon Binh. I sent a message to him yesterday around 1am since I couldn t sleep because of this issue.

I explained my problem to him, When I move MacBook body left side of my laptop stand, screen goes black or sometimes when I tilt also screen goes black. I have tried SMC, PRAM reset but didn't help. It came with Catalina Version but I also tried to downgrade it to Mojave to see whether it helps or not but didn't help it at all.

Binh asked a little picture from me to understand the problem better, I send a video and pictures. After that he asked me whether there are any magnets around my Macbook, so I have checked my laptop lap desk and found 8 pcs little magnets on my lap desk storage compartment. I removed those magnets and also tried on different surface, voila problem solved without even going to the his place, he helped me in the middle of the night. Hats off to him. I really respect his job and experience. He is now my computer guy for this kind of problems.

I also asked him how much I owed to him. He asked very reasonable price, I paid him thru Zelle. Since he also fix my sleep problem so I paid him more than what he asked. He deserves more than that.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My laptop would not boot up - AT ALL - and I had all my photos, etc. on it. Binh was able to retrieve everything from my hard drive, replace it with a new drive all with a super reasonable price and nearly immediate service. This is a five star business all the way! Fair and honest guy who is extremely knowledgeable!

Binh is the real deal, he's fair, has great prices and is a good guy.

I spoke with Binh on the phone with some questions about networking some computers at work and he spent about 15 minutes on the phone asking me questions about the problem and basically told me what I had to do to fix my problem. I was so surprised that he would patiently talk me through my issue and try to help me resolve the problem with no guarantee that I would ever come in to use his service.. I can count with one hand the times I have encountered such a selfless individual. I have brought a couple of computers to him and he gets them up and running within a day... He is really a rare gem...It's hard to find amazing people like Binh!

Quick, knowledgeable and reasonable. Binh is very thorough and knows what he is doing. After going to 3 places, I got quick, accurate solution to my ASUS hing repair from Binh. Definitely recommend this place :-)

Splash! I literally poured an entire bottle of water onto the desk and spilled side way into my almost new 15" inch mac, which was on at the time! N I heard some spark noise, then it went dark. I was so upset and about to accept the fact that $2000 was gone. Luckily my friend told me to look for a local fixing guy. N I found Binh via yelp - highest rated near my office.
After initial opening up n dry the parts, it still shuts down half way booting - at least it attempt to boot now. Some hope! So Binh patiently cleaned every piece very thoroughly, moment of truth~ it finally booted!!! I was so happy to see it revived!
While waiting n watching Bihn work on it, I asked him whole bunch questions, he was very patient and seem very knowledgeable about what he is doing. Highly recommended!

VERY FEXIBLE, CHEAP, FAST, AND HONEST

This man is a life saver! And honestly needs more google reviews! I was sceptial at first because he only had 20 reviews but checked his yelp and he has 300+ on there.

The hindge of my msi laptop opened at 9 pm. Ofc during corna and curfew hours. I couldnt close my laptop without it totally snapping in half. I was in such a panic. There was no way I could afford a 1600$ laptop during corna with my hours being cut at work and for me to have to transfer all my data. (2 years+ of data and for me to redownload all the applications I had on there). Lucky for me, I found Binh online. He answered my questions at 9 pm and gave me very cheap prices. He also took the time to explain the different options I choose from. Not only that he fixed my laptop the next day but within an hour! How great is that? Immediate service and fast. I would have been charged 2x the amount at Best Buy. Best Buy would have had to ship my laptop out to be fixed which would have taken 5 days at least. Binh also went the extra mile saying he would fix my laptop if it were to break in the next year for free and answer any other questions that I may have. I also live far and he took the time to wrap my laptop for travel. To top it off he blew dust out of my laptop free of charge.

Just opened my laptop. Wow this guy thought of everything! He wrapped my laptop in tape and even made little flaps so it would be easy for me to open! Not only that he placed special paper tape on the bottom of my laptop where fabric was. (Plastic tape would have messed up my fabric.)

To boot he texted me the next day to make sure everything was great! Such great customer service!
