Don't rate and don't like but unless you go online where else is there!
It was awful it's normal to wait however if you wanted to speak to a technical person the wait was longer. after waiting for an hour and not moving forward I lost the will and decided to try to fix it myself. Staff explained that 50% we're still on furlough which seemed ridiculous as the demand was there.
Huge Currys warehouse with plenty of staff. If you like Currys, this is definitely one to go to.
I went in to trade my laptop and asked to speak to someone. The lady said she will have to call the guy who is already dealing with the customer because he's the only one that can deal with the problem? One the managers team lady had come and told a collegue that someone is waiting to be served (me) no one came although he said I'll get someone... eventually the guy finished with the other customer and tried to help me not realising that he knowhow usb do not work! And I was not able to get a quote for my laptop. The guy asked other colleagues if there is any other usbs that are working and one of the managers said "I only just came back from holiday". Is that a response to give if she is a manager? Infront of the customer. Awfull service apart from the guy bless him, he tried his best. It looked like they are very low staffed and the guy who helped me was doing other people's jobs for them . I then went over to the ipads a lady approached me and asked if I needed help and I asked her if she had a keyboard for the iPad she instantly said they are 150 pounds as if I am not able to afford it, i looked at her and said yes that is fine then she carried on looking for the keyboard for me. She looked as if she did not want to be there and as a matter of fact while she judged me, she needs lessons on how to fill eyebrows in because they were dreadfull. There was also a couple that was making a complaint over the phone because of the way staff behaved towards them. Eventually I went to purchase something and the tills went down over all Currys customer service is so poor I would get better customer service is aldi.
Very clean, organised and well designed store. Layout it easy to follow. Friendly staff. It's a shame people prefer to buy online, as these large stores may be a thing of the past (for obvious reasons)
The staff are super friendly and helpful here and the prices are unbeatable.

A good shop selling household electrical goods as well as computers, gaming accessories and smart devices. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy online. One of the few shops left of its kind in central Milton Keynes
Staff very helpful. Little bit upset my Dyson was faulty but they offered an exchange straight away.

Went to pick up a TV, stood in a queue for about 30mins, staff did not seem to know what they were doing, some staff walked from behind the counter even though they could see that there was along queue, so a second journey to get said TV. Have only given it one star, what a joke.
Bought a budget fridge to take away in my van , quick service , but the assistant was very keen to sell a particular model & sell an extended warranty... on direct debit .,.still if you are firm with the sales assistant ...you get what you want and in 5 minutes a friendly assistant pops it in your vehicle
Sales assistant when you don't need them. No sales assistants when you do need them. This store is especially bad. Shop on Amazon.
One word for the people in this store.... slow!!!! 2 people at customer service counter close to Christmas and 30 minutes wait to drop something off using DPD... funny thing is here are loads of people walking around with their thumbs up their.... anyway won t be here again
I went to buy some speakers. They were on display. The manager would not plug them in so i could test the sound. Aparently there's no sockets at this end of the shop. Why display speakers if you can't try them. Tvs were all switched on. Sound bars were on. Absolute non sense and a waste of time. I might as well have just ordered on line. Never stepping foot in there again.
Slow service. Very unorganized. I had a nice chap serve me but his colleague was panicky which didnt help. Lots of unhappy customers as I was leaving

Today I went to pick up my new laptop that I silly ordered online to pick up in the store.
A super rude cashier told me to go and queuing. I asked her why, where I'm standing is clearly listed as pick up order area.
She told me doesn't matter, I need to stand in the line. I said no, otherwise I would just buy in the shop my product.
She turned her back and called the next customer..
I asked her name as I wanted to make an official complaint, she said not telling me !
I asked why is that? She said not have to. So I made a picture from her, when she start yelling at me and said I have no right's to do that. I told her she is supposed to wear a name badge or tell me her name. (as she is not working for the secret service)
That was my first and last time when I buy anything from Curry's.
And if any of the managers read this or anyone from head office I recommend give a proper training for your staff as it's totally unacceptable!
Not sure why in Argos the fast track shop assistant are able to smile, greeting and quickly serving costumes... Is it so difficult to do here in Curry's???

The staff are helpful and knowledgeable but the range of certain items is a bit limited. We wanted a small frost free freezer but they only had one.

Staff are clueless and do not know any answers to any questions but will when hard sell damage cover and premium HDMI cables. Long waits to collect reserved items and parking us terrible at peak times
Massive shop with great selection of goods. Knowledge of the staff is also good and they are comfortable to make recommendations. Only negatives are that if you are going to see the customer service desk then leave your self plenty of time as they usually on have 1 or 2 people on the desk meaning you could b waiting well over an hour to be seen. Also when purchasing an item they can be quite pushy with the after sales items like insurance and warranties. Had to say no a few times before they gave up.
I came in here the weekend and was disappointed with the level of service. Granted it was busy but I had to wait ages to speak to someone regarding laptops. Eventually once served I was told they didn't have any in stock- I asked him to check other stores they also had zero stock. He said to order online but I explained I had vouchers to spend. I asked if I could order in store and pay with my vouchers. He advised me not to order as their delivery system is rubbish and you'll never get it. He said he'll sell me the display model instead. However, I had to come back in during the week as the guy who dismantled them didn't work weekends. So alas, we go back today and found we could order in store and it should take 7 days. Complete waste of time as we could have done that originally. Not impressed. Staff are clueless and require training to be able to serve efficiently and correctly. Wouldn't bother going back to be honest.

PC components are still priced over and above, but good value on peripherals. Staff are friendly and helpful, if a little bit overkeen. Home stuff is great. Surprisingly pleasant place to be, always airy and clean!

Know How team on the rude side, particularly unhelpful. Also tried to buy an Alexa, was sent on a wild goose chase around the store to find a till with stock. No help, was just passed between disinterested staff members. Visits like this highlight why retail is struggling, I left the store without a purchase or leaving my existing tech with the KnowHow team for repair.
Great choices for most items and free parking a rarety
Bad service ,need more training for the young staff ,less customer skill,bad attitude,they don't know what to do.
Worst shopping experience.....had to hunt one of the clerk..or people standing around to not only be told that he is on another department..ok fair enough I was referred to someone else...but I had wait 15min so that the other individual would come and help me......overall I was going to by a fridge and I know its not exiting as a new tv or new gadget.
Nice showroom and plenty of great deals for black Friday, the staff are very knowledgeable about there stock and give you the best deal they can all very good
We got all we wanted here... great size store, we had help from a very nice man from
the LG concession group he was helpful and very knowledgeable and sold us a jvc tv funnily which didn't matter to him he was just wanted to help which he did.... however the rest of the currys staff are below par on helping.... I actually wanted an echo dot and seemed very reluctant to price match John lewis which I wasn't very happy about so I actually took my purchase elsewhere.... despite their price match promise their loss!!!
Good big shop with a great big large area to view a lot of their TV range I ordered a TV on the website the UI was very good and collected at the store.
Went in to buy a large screen tv, curry's introduced me to a LG specialist who took us through all the features. Got s good deal as offered a further discount on top of the large reduction already on show
Worst experience in a long time delivery didn't happen and we are left without a washing machine despite paying extra for express they're rubbish at Aylesbury depot
Extremely disappointed travelled from Northampton to MK because online it said you had what I wanted in stock and on display when I arrived they couldn't find any in store, this is extremely inconvenient. Looks really bad for Curry's and I will not be wasting my time with any if your stores again.

Way too complicated... they obviously think your stupid the way the try sell you things you definitely do not need! RUBBISH
Mixed feelings, ordered an item online but they were unable to deliver it to a close store so had to drive 80 miles, went into the store lined up in the wrong place like a number of other customers due to misleading signing, eventually got served to be told my item had wasn't there due to a stock keeping error after about 30 minutes of being mucked around someone else come to assist and found my items in the reserved area where they had been all the time, very rarely have a happy experience in PC World.

I t looks like currys is changing for the better less focus on targets and more on helping the customer choose. Plus with the bunker in service it is going to change the gaming landscape. Congrats on not being the first but doing it right. Hopefully pricing would make this place a must visit.

In this time of Covid, a store with stock, and click and collect who come put the goods in your car with no contact is a real help.

Didn't have the product that was displayed as in stock. Unable to transfer stock between stores which is ridiculous and in this instance cost them a sale.

Manager there was awful he was so rude to me and my father in law, we had purchased a washing machine that had been dropped from a height we took it back to return it and he flat out told us to leave and that he is not responsible for it, we called up customer services and they then made him swap it awful man so rude and horrible
Service is getting better in here, currys is never a great customer service experience wherever you go but been much better recently. Does seem you get a much better service of you a business customer, cant really fault the business team recently.
Good customer service but historically not outstanding. Obviously a huge chain, so well stocked and range is extensive. Store is MASSIVE.
Really busy store! Customer service was good though, really helpful and gave good honest views on a TV I was purchasing.
No contactless payments, staff avoid customers with questions, items aren't in logical places (e.g. TVs all the way at the back but Chromecast all the way at the front).

rude staff! they lie to you about who the manager is to avoid being found out how bad their customer service is! no manners and can't crack a smile! this was the experience i had with the staff i had to deal with. quick to sell u something but after care disgusting. even had a comment from another customer telling me that was unacceptable behaviour on their part and unnecessary!
