Liars and typical bad broker that doesn t work good on issues when it happens and yeah by the way tried second time did load for them giving them a chance but still liars,appointment are fake load not ready, people have no clue what they talking like they never before worked on trucking industry! STAY AWAy

Avoid this company, you will be money ahead by doing so.
About a Month after my original review of K & L they called me and threatened to give a Freight Guard against my company for giving them 1 Star on Google, I decided to give them 2 Stars.

It's very easy as a driver to bash a company but one need to understand that nothing is perfect in the trucking industry, my experience with this particular company was nothing more than how they handled payroll via comcheck it was extremely difficult for me to pay my bills since my bank would not accept them as a deposit but otherwise it was not a horrible place to work if things were different I would still be there with my 31 years of experience

Had to call 3 times to get through to customer service. RYAN, the agent I was dispatched by could not receive messages because his mailbox was full. I was called 3 times in an hour and a half wanting eta to shipper. Received another call Sunday night at 1040 wanting eta to consignee for a load showing open window from 530-1300. Arrive at 615 am to find out i have a 1230 appt

I booked a load with Joe Zwolinski aka Manager of this fleet and brokerage company, I told him my driver is going to be running late because it was my misunderstanding that he moved up by Bartlett, TN he told me to keep him rolling and they will wait. When we go to the pickup shipper did not want to load us and on top he is hang up the phone and told us he will report us on carrier411 ... we have over 100 trucks on our fleet and this is the last time I will put any of my truck on your loads...

Very rude dispatchers. Hanging up on you with no reason

Edit: Have another bad experience with these guys. This time I spoke with Nick Komarica and AGAIN the guy hang up on me for no reason.

Great place work...employees are valued and rewarded for doing good work...they provide snacks, breakfast items and have a very laid back environment...It is a fun place to work and great room to grow within this company...You will learn a lot in a short amount of time and have a great time while doing it...This is a very strong company that continually grows in both staff and revenue quarter after quarter...

Work with them for years now. I can recommend them. Never had a problem on their loads. Great communication. Keep up with great work!

I had a load yesterday 12/05 from Morris, IL to Brooklynpark, MN. I checked the costumer at 10:00 for appointment at 11:30 and out 17:00. Now when I make the delivery they rejected my detention. So carriers and drivers please stay away this company.

Do not work for this company!!!! Do not haul for this company!!!!! Run. Very bias and will steal from you. They lied about delivery and appointment times. They lied and said we broke the seal. They lied and said we would get detention. These malicious brokers are ruining the trucking industry. I have spoken to other carriers and employees that are disgusted with KLFM!!! Let's see how long they last. Driver waited days without pay.

Very helpful in getting our trucks moving, pleasure doing business with them.

Never pay detention. Always promise everything. Did couple time loads for them, always lies about times. " keep time in and out"
And month later....sorry customer not approved detention ((((

He need some anger managment+truck driving classes before he kills some one on the road

Very friendly, always help us with loads, Nick always helpfull, if you need help they always understand and help...
GOOD BROKERS >>>

checked- in 0745 for an 0800 pickup appointment and was let go at 1600. Delivery took another 3 hours. Called the broker to request detention to no avail. The broker was so disrespectful and basically told me to screw myself. STAY AWAY drivers, your time is not free.

Great company, especially Nick with whom we are working for many years. Warmly recommended.

LIED ABOUT DELIVERY TIME, NOW DRIVER IS WASTING 3 DAYS DOING NOTHING

booked a load with Ryan Hickok a sales menager at K & L FREIGHT MENAGMENT. the load was picking up out od cargill in gainesville, ga. on the confirmation it says open pick up between noon - 5pm. the driver got there at 1pm and they are by appointment only. my driver called and talked to Stefany from K & L FREIGHT MENAGEMENT and asked her for a pick up # starting with 2.... she told him to stay tight and she would give it to him. 30 min later we didn't get any pu# and i called Ryan Hickok , he didn't answer and i emailed him to take us off the load. 30 min later Stefany called my driver to give him the pu# and he told he already left. than she called in the office and started screaming and threatening to post us on freight guard. K & L FREIGHT MANEGEMENT is too much headace to deal with

Dispatchers are a bunch of punks with nothing better to do than play games. I told my agent what my ETA was at 08:30 and started getting calls from different punks from KL logistics.4 calls in 3 hrs. Wanting to know my ETA. I told the first two and refused to tell the second two. I talked to my agent and KL upon arrival and told both I was done talking to KL. I received 3 phone calls back to back after my agent sent my departure time, they wanted to know what my departure time was. I received a call waking me up. I didn't answer so they left a voicemail and the sent a text wanting to know what time I departed. I responded to the text that I was asleep and they were to talk to my agent." short version" Then received another text saying" soooooooo when did you get loaded? So I took the time to block the two numbers I had for them and finally got back to sleep about an hour and a half later. I WILL NOT HAUL ANOTHER LOAD FOR SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY.

One of the most horrible and unprofessional companies we have ever encountered.Bear in mind their service is horrible! They take no responsibility for their services. This is a crooked business practice.This business is not BBB Accredited.Shady in my opinion!!! Never again
