Staff try their best, but there is to few of them for such a big store. Good range of products.

Ralph and the team have been fantastic today helping me with my purchase.
Great place to buy new electrical goods, but staff lack product knowledge.
Went today to purchase a TV. The sales staff were completely unmotivated. At the till, the sales assistant left the previous customer's direct debit instruction - complete with personal details - on the counter for anyone to see. He even left them unattended after completing our purchase. While we waited at the front of the store for them to bring our TV out of the store room, we watched the staff member bounce the box on the floor as he walked through the shop - only picking it up when he saw us watching him. Awful service.
Ordered a food processor online. 'Delivered' by DPD by throwing it over a 6'6" high gate and left in rain as we were out. Tried calling Currys. After 37 minutes of being told how important my call was I gave up and chose the 'wait 5 days for a reply to an email' option. Told to return it to a store for a refund. Chose Milton Keynes. Refused to refund and told to get in touch wiith DPD. Avoid Currys at all costs although with Customer service like this I cant see them surviving much longer.
Excellent service, needed an exchange and no hassle very pleased
Worst experience off my life staff was so rude will never go back
Some of their staff are rude. They have no proper knowledge of what they re selling. Saying whatever just to make you buy their product.
Make sure to do your own research of a product before going to buy and don t let them just persuade you to buy something you re not willing to.
Plenty of space for social distancing, and everyone followed the rules including use of masks
Been in twice now to try and buy a vacuum. Both time been left standing around waiting for an hour first time, 30 mins second while they try and find a "vacuum expert" all I want is to look at a vacuum before I buy. Both times I've left empty handed and with no advice or vacuum expert showing up.
Staff were very friendly and helpful however items were not in the right place and when they went to check the warehouse they spent ages looking to simply tell me they could not find the item.
Unfortunately I have had a bad experience at this place. Always enjoyed shopping here until today my shark hoover is under warranty and still they are avoid repairing it as it will cost the store a surcharge. Unbelievable! My hoover is a fire hazard, lead issue and sparks smoke and doesn't work how it should. yet in the land of PC World it works 'fine' in store the manager ' Billy king'Avoid this place don't shop here go to Argos.
Wasted an hour trying explain to a so called professional how great this fire hazard hoover is.
Don't shop here GO to Argos!
Called to check printer cartridges too expensive deciced to buy on line.
Long winded laborious experience arrogant "techs" upselling without discounts tbh worst shopping experiance ever
Have to say there was nothing great about the visit I had to this store today, from dealing with three different staff members, one who didn't know the company policies for the return of items to another branch, one who had no product More
Lots to see. Free parking. Helpful staff. Busy at weekends.
Easy parking and large spacious store, helpful staff.
Total waste of time. Went there to buy something off the shelf and the staff are so rude I decided to go elsewhere. I spoke to a few of the staff there and all were rude. Also one of them had very bad body odour. I ended up going to another shop and spent loads in there Instead.
Well organised in these covid times good flow system in place
They do not sell politically correct curry but it good if tou want a new cooker or laptop.
