Plenty of parking space, a large selection of white goods as well as cameras, tablets, TV, laptops, etc used to be curry's /pc world so you should have a good idea of the range of goods, staff fairly helpful wouldn't say they are all willing to look after the customer and offer best possible service but they do try

To start with the positive: thank you to the nice member of staff who helped us buy a printer today and gave us our options.
However the rest staff/managers that we could see were arguing and bickering at times and you could tell the staff had had enough and were Very unhelpful.
I saw a manager put a member of staff down in front of customers and the lady ended up crying which I found disgusting as he shouted at her, he also kept wearing his face mask down, charging about scouling. The other manager seemed to be in a huff also.
Customers and staff wearing their face masks round their chins or under their nose which helps no one during a pandemic and no one seemed to care or regulate this.
Really appaled at the entire experience and will be letting head office know.
I love the idea of click and collect via your phone. It can take while before you you get your stuff but at least you get your item straight into the boot. Staffs are helpful and friendly
Ordered both a tumble dryer and washing machine on line, the guys that delivered the tumble dryer were excellent, pity can't say the same for the ones who delivered the washing machine. We paid for install and take away and they did neither. The take away wasn't on his paperwork, and they wouldn't install the new one as they couldn't find the isolation valve (surely they do this day in, day out) so we ended up getting a plumber to do that (which took him 10 minutes) and ended up paying for the council to take the old machine away. We were told to contact the customer service to get a refund and after doing so were told we would be contacted within 72 hours......a week later still no contact, so we called today. The guy on the phone never even apologised...Sorry Currys, your customer service is woeful....10/10 for the first crew....0/10 for the second and 0/10 for your subsequent customer service.
The know how desk is always busy and understaffed. Use click and collect and they always end up going on the floor and getting the product ive ordered. easier to just go and get what you want and pay at the till.
Maybe it was because of black friday sales but both, the vacuum cleaner I wanted (and the website confirmed was in stock in store) and the Echo Dot, were not in store.
Walked in first thing in the morning needing a laptop, loads of assistants kicking around but no-one seemed to have been trained in customer service and avoided me.....why? Because the computer assistant was late in. Shoddy!
Faultless customer service . Had trouble with a Fitbit but could not find receipt . Manager found it from our address and sorted replacement . MANY THANKS
Ordered items click and collect, took 4 visits with nil stock to finally not get and cancel all items. I will only ever buy an item at PCWorld that I can physically touch, as their stock, sales system and web sites are shockingly bad.
Terrible customer service! The staff look like bored zombies with no interest in helping or selling to the customers. I went to buy a laptop and the staff didn't know the password on the display model to allow me to test it. 3 members of staff and none of them knew it. The tech team also couldn't answer a simple question about a chromebook (2 different staff members) and neither seemed interested in looking it up to find out. Never experienced service like it. I'd suggest you go to John Lewis.
Smashed my laptop in transit. Sent away for repair. Returned it after refitting the broken plastic casing. Refused to fit new casing. Looks like I'm going to have to take them to the County Court.
My online order says go in and go to the desk, the desk shouted rudely and said stand over there, the sign in store says wait outside. They have no idea what they are doing. Just making customers angry
Rude staff that "refuse" to serve customers and poor customer service. Ridiculous..
Staff walking around ignoring customers and managers busy taking cigarette breaks. Staff members standing around in groups laughing /talking and leaning on boxes containing stock in front of customers on the shop floor.
This store is a prime example of mediocre and is obviously run by clueless untrained people.
We went here to get a washing machine STAFF not helpful at all standing around chatting with one another. Finally STAFF member just walked of not his department will send someone over, stood here still no one give this shop a miss there not interested in your custome.
Poorly informed staff went in for a 4k tv staff member saying this one is the latest when i knew it was not then started to try and blind me with science i had already done my homework i knew what i wanted but they were unwilling to drop the price or include extras for tv's that are over a year out of date if you go there please go in prepared
Feel sorry for the staff, so few of them and so many customers. The whole point of going to the store for me was to listen to a sound bar before buying but as you can't touch anything to interact and listen I just spent a long time waiting. So, rather than but something and risk not being able to return it as I'd have to open it to listen, ended up ordering from Amazon knowing the return process is easy. I did try to support and actual shop. Clean store, very well organised and an excellent variety of things on display to see.
It was ok. Mixed feelings. I went to get a washing machine and it was delivered the next day...so customer service from that aspect was great. However the person who served us really annoyed me. He argued about the price and where did I see the wm I wanted.
Both my visits to this store have been failures. First time the item I reserved they had given the last one of to someone else, second time they weren't open although the hours they have provided Google said they were. Not sure I'll give them a third chance.
SHOUT OUT TO RICKY IN THE REPAIR AND SUPPORT DEPARTMENT in store. He did his very best to help me sort out the issue I was having with my VAX who were not really of any help directly. He managed to sort it all out for me with a smile on his face. Great service!
Went there for an exchange and was helped by teamknowhow expert..really professional with his responsibilities and also engaged well with us through out exchange process.
Shop staff are what I would term "busy doing nothing" people, a bit like buses never one when you need one but then 3 turn up at once. Delivery drivers nice and helpful.
Never really liked these shops. Bought something in there once, took it to the counter and was charged a different price. Turns out they'd put the wrong stock under the item I wanted. Their excuse was "they look very similar". No, really? Have bought from then online but would only go in there to look at something I may want to buy.
I'm very disappointed about the situation staff and manager put me through today.
(Milton Keynes currys). I had my jacket on my arm do to the weathar, manager of the store and his staff followed me around the store just to make sure I dent put anything under my jacket.
I dent know till one of the customer pointed at me.

If it was possible to give zero star I would. Terrible and slow service at their Team Knowhow service centre. Long queue which I ve been in for 30 minuets. Two staff. One who knows something and the other not a clue always interrupting the other
I don t even want to rate 1 * as I m so annoyed . I ordered a printer yesterday and it said that I could collect it from Milton Keynes today .
Today I receive an email saying that it will be delayed and one one will call me to discuss my options but they have not .
I spent a hour holding onto a call centre number then the man said they are out of stock . I asked why did the website let me order and say I could collect today . He said he didn t know and would put me through to another department . I ve held for 35 minutes and have just been cut off !! I m fuming and I would like my money returned immediately . I will not shop at Curry s anymore !
Has pretty much anything you need . Apart from customer service from certain members of staff , on one occasion I popped in to get an external hard drive I found one for about 50 quid which was fine the lady helped me and she carried it to the till . I got to the till she never told me the price because I knew it already and agreed the 50 quid one was perfect .... when I got in the car and saw the receipt she picked up a more expensive one !!
Awful customer service, just want your money then don t want to know when you have a problem even if it s within its warranty.... manager wouldn t even bother speaking to us, sent the new girl back and forth embarrassingly over and over again. Having spent several thousands in here over the last few years, I certainly won t be going back!
The service is always appalling when I go there. One visit a member of staff did not know what an Xbox One is. Most visits, i visit weekly, I always have to go and find a member of staff. Staff members see me looking for help but they just stand there ignoring me. Other times they are standing around talking.
I do feel sorry for some staff who seem to be the only ones responsible for a large section.
It may just be that I visit on bad days but this happens far too often.
Ordered online ...went to currys to pick it up...parked up give someone waiting outside the order number and within 5 minutes it was in our boot and we was away ....quick and friendly service ...
