Worst experience! Went to purchase a laptop was told I needed to buy Microsoft and memory stick otherwise it wouldn't be guaranteed and there was no point!... I ended up walking out in the end! Way too complicated... they obviously think your stupid the way the try sell you things you definitely do not need! RUBBISH
