My husband and i had a great experience while buying at this awesome place.
People who work here are very friendly and attentive, they offered us a sample of Cuban coffee which was great!
Over all is great.

Sent a cutter in for a lifetime warranty claim. Did as instructed and sent a prepaid large envelope with the damaged cutter. It has been a month since the defective cutter was delivered to them. They Don t answer the phone. They do not replay to emails. Return tracking states label created but not in system yet so it hasn t been returned.

I feel I just got ripped off. I will not recommend this company to anyone again.

If I get my new cutter I will update my review, but I have little hope as of right now.

This was the best place I experienced while I was in Florida. I feel scammed by some of the other places I visited while I was in Florida. I wish I had revisited Cuban Crafters instead. Please give these great people more business! They give honest and accurate advice to tourists looking to enjoy a nice cigar while in town.

Wonderful customer service quick tour cool experience

Terrible shipping and customer service. I ordered some cigars and believed that they would be shipped within 48 hours like their policy states. It took a week to ship my items! They were a gift and were not delivered in time. I sent two emails and never received an answer. I called their number twice and was told nothing could be done. The second call I asked for a refund of shipping. The lady I was talking to said she had to talk to her boss and would call me back. I have heard nothing since. Will not be ordering from this company again.

While I wrote a very negative review that was accurate in its assessment of Cuban Crafters at the time, based on my interactions/ business dealings, I'm compelled to update the same. I received a call from Manny Rodriguez who learned on my disappointment not only with the humidor, but with his staff. Manny went out of his way to rectify this matter as well as wanting to earn back my business with Cuban Crafters. I must say that Manny demonstrated himself to be highly professional and customer centric--he even provided me with his mobile and requested that I only deal with him on future transactions. Manny is a man of his word and want to recognize his effort to rectify the situation.

Worst customer service ever, I order a navy cigar package to give my husband for making chief and still haven't recieved this package. I ordered 08/04/2019, I even paid $16.99 for faster shipping. Now it's 09/14/2019 and still have never recieved it. I have called and I have emailed a ton of times and no one will respond back to me. Thanks for ruining this once in a lifetime experience for me, all I wanted to do was give him this amazing cigar box as a gift right after his pinning ceremony, nope that did not happen.

Phenomenal place. I was helped by Ady young lady salesperson. She was courteous very knowledgeable very nice very traditional I will always buy all my cigars for all my customers at this store. If you're looking for a good service, good people, and professionalism this is your store.

Very good cigars at really good prices and their inventory is always stocked

Ordered a couple of cutters rather than buying from my local because they had a type I prefer and my local cigar shop didn't. They said they could get it for me, but I was impatient and so I ordered it from Cuban Crafters because they had it in stock and standard shipping was Priority Mail from USPS.

What I didn't realize is that Priority Mail doesn't mean Priority handling and it's not one-day priority or even 2-day priority. There's no urgency to get the product out the door and the website seems to infer a quick delivery when they have no intention of delivering the same.

Friendly service, great Cuban coffee for free, great selection of cigars, and fun watching cigars rolled and pressed on site. It's a great experience.

I ordered cigars from their website over a month ago and still didn't receive everything that I've ordered, I try to contact them numerous times and when finally got in contact with someone I've been told that the cigars would be shipped otherwise i will get a refund, none of this things happened.
Very very shady, I don't recommend stay away from them!!!!!

This place is a cigar aficianado's dream. Huge selection of cigars and you can watch you expert rollers at work. I come here on Saturday's to smoke a cigar, rock in one of the chairs and watch a game on tv in their lounge. Extremely friendly staff. Everyone I see walk in the door their eyes light up and they spend nearly and hour just. Now they have food, open bar and wine on Saturdays. Easily the best cigar lounge in Miami.

Visiting Miami for the first time and wanted to smoke a cigar when lounging with friends. Google led me to cuban crafters. I smoke a pipe and don't have experience with cigars. The staff was VERY helpful and attentive and made you feel like family (shared some homemade Cuban coffee). Did not judge on my lack of experience with cigars and even helped me pick some out. Cashier included some matches and a cigar cutter and I was on my way. Would recommend!

Excellent Place to buy and have a cigar, play dominos or just have Cuban coffee.

Placed an order over15 days ago, they dont respond to emails and their mailbox is FULL. Filed a complaint with BBB since they took my $110 and ran. Dont buy from them, buy instead from CC Crafters. Very similar web page but different online company. I placed an order and was able to pick it up in doral.

What a disaster. I ordered an electronic humidifier for my humidor 3 months ago. After waiting a month without receiving my order, I called them, only to be informed that the item was out of stock - they weren't sure when they could send it. So I asked for a refund to my credit card. After 2 months, 3 phone calls and 5 emails (to Amanda Alvarez), I still haven't received a refund. Half the time, no one answers the phone even during normal business hours. If you're looking to purchase on-line, I'd look elsewhere.

One of the guys took the time to show me how to pick a good cigar. Very good customer. When ever I'm back in Miami I will make sure to visit.

I have been trying to get a refund on part of my order that was never shipped. I have called 4 times over the last 3 weeks, and each time they say they will relay it to accounting and still nothing has happened. This is the first and LAST time I will order from this company.

Now this is Miami hospitality at it's best. Rumor had it I was here for a musical festival.

It felt like a family get together.

Johan (Joe-han) showed me around the place in less than 5 minutes after walking in the door.

Unlike any other humidors, the place is well ventilated. The customers were just as hospitable.

Coffee flows from the espresso machine like water and there was Sangria for the occassion.

The home rolled cigars are a must have. They're very proud of their heritage with rollers having been rollers since childhood into their 80s. Most "home rolled" cigar brands are always risky to me because of the way the cigar is rolled and you always wind up with a half burning cigar. Not these. They burn even right to the last puff.

To nub or not to nub. Nub, you won't regret it.

The rocking chairs are very comfortable and if you can't find what you're looking for here, you need to stop smoking cigars.

Stop here, wait no, stay here for half an evening and you'll wind up there all night. I literally felt like I was in Havana, started there at 6, and didn't leave until almost 11.

Bought 95 cigars earlier this month. I ve bought these same cigars several times. Half of them came incorrect so I called to let them know they sent the wrong thing. After I was told they would call me back the following business day, they didn t. I called back the day after that and explained my situation once more and she said hold for one minute, 22 minutes later I hung up. I called back only for her to answer again and I asked why I was on hold for so long and she replied with your order was correct, the cigar company changed the cigars and you have what replaced them . NO! I just want what I asked for and they would not comply with that. They could have easily gave me a return/refund or simply told me prior to shipping that they aren t what they used to be. The cigars didn t have any labeling what so ever for brand or size. The previous orders I ve gotten all were package labeled. It s clear they are Churchill 7x50 of who knows what brand instead of the perilla 6 1/2 x56 I paid for. I tried to comply with the change And smoke them anyways since I m stuck with them but these cigars are terrible, they don t taste even close nor will they stay lit without relighting 2-3 times.

Friendly service. Cubano coffee, watch the torridor roll his magic, sit down and enjoy your smoke. The selection is awesome, from handmade on site to name brands. Did I mention the coffee?
