The "double Americano" is the best coffee you will ever drink. No kidding. Gonna go ahead and say the same thing for the pastries. European style, quality ingredients and carefully thought out varieties.

The "chocolate almond" croissant is a must try as well. Grab a loaf the multigrain bread as well on your way out. You'll thank me later ;-) You want to impress a guest? Take it there for an early breakfast.

Barista was on a bad day, kept sighing loudly to show how unhappy she was when serving my friend and I, she basically threw our cups of espresso on to the table, made sure to do the same with our pastry plate especially when I said I was going to share. She seemed more interested in going back to her laptop than helping us, the only customers in the premises.

Best bread in Toronto...maybe the world.

Best bread in Toronto...maybe the world.
Best deep fried European donuts.....I kid you not...these are what donuts dream of being...little pillows of delight.

Fantastic sourdough breads....

The associate was kurt and unwelcoming at the Summerhill location. It seemed she was eager to complete the transaction despite the store being empty. The pretzel I bought was stale and chewy.

Ex employee at the bakery for about 3 years and was easily the worst experience of my life I seen stuff that should never be accepted in the food industry couple examples are picking up dropped muffins and breads and packing them to hotels and other stores, bakers smoking cigarettes and other substances while baking goods and worst of all had rat infestation in the same storage room where they kept boxes to send to hotels and stores would recommend to stay away

Like the place for what they sell. Have never Much liked sitting and having coffee there as that space is an afterthought but their breads and pastry are very good indeed. The service is just okay, but the server must be lonely as it is only person there working.

My first time at Petite Thuet (very close to Summerhill station) and bought a Galette des Rois for Ephiphany today and I must say, it was one of the best cakes I have ever eaten! Not sweet at all and so fresh and flaky and the "almond paste" (?) was so, so, sooooooooooooooooo good! I was able to cut the cake into 8 generous sized portions for $28 and everyone in my family enjoyed it! I would highly recommend this bakery!

A good but not spectacular croissant. The apricot pistachio tart was lovely. They had some bacon fudge that was fun but holy was it pricey $6 for a 2" cube. Ages ago when they had a location at Yonge and King, this was my favorite croissant in all the land. Now it's just ok. Service was civilized. I'm sure they do well by the locals.
