Awesome place. Huge humidor with Everything. Great customer service and plenty of spots to enjoy cigar while there. Hand rolled cigars are very good too.

I placed an order and paid for it through my credit card . I ordered 2 items but only received half of the order.I left a message with my order number. Never received a call back. I e- mailed them, no response. I called back and was on hold till I finally gave up. Do yourself a favor- don t use this company.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by several people, everyone was very nice and offered their time to give me a quick tour of the place. I tried an in house made cigar, a Cuban style espresso and needles to say I left with a bag FULL of goodies to bring back back home.

If you're a cigar lover and your visiting Miami then look no further, this place has it all, plus my wife and I greatly enjoyed they're lounge areas where she comfortably read her book while I smoked my cigar. Oh yeah, there's a guy outside selling fresh coconut and ice cold coconut water, my wife really enjoyed that part with her book. So gents, I think you now see the game plan here if you're planning on bringing your lady . Enjoy!

The lady greeting is very nice and helpful.. cute place overall.. but the girl at the register.. FULL OF HERSELF... sees me standing there over 15 minutes never acknowledges me just keeps playing with a lighter... I have to go ask the greeting lady who's supposed to check me out so she goes to the register and tells the girl that I'm ready... she still never makes eye contact...we pay.. my husband says thank you she just stares at him... ummmmmm.. excuse you ma'am...YOU'RE NOT EVEN CUTE...HELLOOO!!

Blown Away! We found a new cigar home in Miami! Upon entering we were greeted by the owner with a smiling face and shot of Cuban espresso. As we walked around the shop to get a feeling of the place, we were approached by a lovely Brazilian lady named Christi. She led us into a supermarket sized humidor with at least seven aisles of cigars. She introduced us to one of their house sticks, a Cuban seed with a Nicaraguan filler. A very dark full bodied Maduro blend. We purchased one, found a nice spot in the lounge and fired up! It was delicious from the first third to the last! Christi found us again and poured us another shot of Cuban espresso. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS PAIRING! Feeling buzzed and satisfied, the locals kept us entertained and engaged with their conversation. We met "El Chocolate" the resident personality at Cuban Crafters Cigar. He gave us great recommendations for Cuban food in the area. Tony Pichs, owner of Fuera De Serie Cigars, introduced us to his brand. He was such a down to earth and welcoming guy we bought one of his sticks too. Summing it all up, Cuban Crafters Cigars is a five star locale with excellent prices, friendly service and welcoming locals.

Man. Great place. I m a new cigar smoker and me and my girl were trying new places on our visit to Miami. This place is great. When we walked in we were greeted with a free sample of the Cuban coffee ( strong and delicious) then we just roamed around without being hassled. But when it was time the guy was very helpful and walked us though what everything ;which was very helpful. Once we pick our cigars they have a very comfortable place to sit and smoke. The locals very friendly and were more than happy to recommend the good and bad cigars. Even gave use the perfect to eat after. If you are in Miami this is a must visit spot.

One of my favorite places to buy cigars in the whole world very good people very kind people very knowledgeable people very nice people very well-kept cigars this is a true Jewel of cigar magnificence. A one-stop-shop for every need you may have with some of the best prices in the world. I love this place every time I go over there I have a ritual Beginning by having Cuban coffee right away lighting a cigar then doing a lot of talking and smoking while I'm picking out cigars to buy and take home to Greece with me. I've been coming here for 6 years and I love it when I discovered it there's nowhere else I would go while I'm in Miami to buy cigars.

Great place for a cigar. Many experienced sales person that are very helpful in choosing the right cigar for you. Also I found many deals of incredible prices on bundled cigars that I normally pay three to four dollars per per cigar I found them extremely cheap with extremely high quality bundles great place to get all your cigars need. Also you can sit and smoke and make believe you're in Cuba.

Been to a bunch of different cigar shops...by far the absolutely most stocked places I've been too...massive place with what seems like every stick out there!!

Should've read the reviews before ordering. I'm not sure who provided the positive reviews but they must be fabricated by the company! I ordered cigars that should've shipped within two days and after 7 days the order still showed waiting to be fulfilled. I sent two emails and received no response. I called the website phone number which turned out to be someone's cell phone because the message said the voicemail box was full. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and will NEVER do business with this company again!!

BAD! BAD! BAD!
Bought their new 80 ring gauge perfect cutter used the cutter for 6 months, one day cutter fell apart in my hands mailed the cutter back to use the LIFE TIME WARRANTY, with registered mail signature required upon delivery, someone signed for it and I have not received a replacement, I have tried to reach out to them via email through their website and the company phone number
NO REPLY through any of these lines of communication very disappointing

Excellent atmosphere! Tremendous variety of cigars. I bought 2 good cigarettes. Being there they gave me a good Cuban coffee. I recommend it.

I have never seen anyone do business like these people!! Never return phone calls, they don't ship the products when promised even though they have taken your payment and when asked for a refund because they've failed to ship the products, no refund received. Always blame the shipping department for their pathetic service!! If you plan on doing business with them, please know you will be screwed!!

First time. Greeted at the door, got the complete tour. Coffee. I even got a hair cut, shave and facial for $20. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered 2 boxes of La Caya, Cameroon Churchills before I left the country in August. I have stored the cigars in a temperature controlled humidor. I have found these cigars to be of poor quality. Out of 48 cigars, more than 75% have been dried out and come apart. I have sent two emails to the company and have yet to receive any type of response so I decided to post a review here. Based on the "quick response" from their customer service. I do not recommend doing business with Cuban Crafters in the future. If I hear back then my comment may be open for modification.

Great cigar store with great prices, allow me to update my post:
I love visiting the store, as it has great atmosphere and great selection of cigars and FREE Cuban Coffee.... you can not go wrong. BUT ordering via the website is a hit or miss thing, it takes much longer than any website i have ordered from and if there is a problem its not an easy thing to get fixed. So I recommend visit this fine cigar store in person.

Excellent selection, outstanding customer service & great place to spend the afternoon! You can enjoy complimentary Cuban coffee to go along with your complimentary cigar as your cruise the aisles shopping for a good stick or any of their large selection of accessories... or a bottle of wine. They even have a old time barbershop inside and a domino room where you can play or just watch and eavesdrop on the political debates.

If you ever have time to kill waiting on a connecting flight at MIA, it's worth the cab ride.

SAM or other lady ( didn't get her name-second time phone call) promise to get my refund 10 days ago, still waiting for credit back to card.
I sign up on their website you get special deals. So got one of those email for special priced cigar. I placed the order same day when I got email.& I chose 2 day shipping so I can get the cigars fast. Week goes by still didn't get my cigars, so I decided to call & check the status. SAM on the phone said that they don't have the these cigars that's why they didn't send it. Here is my few question to you Cuban Crafter's staff.
1. If you don't have the cigars, why do you charge my credit card?
2. why do you advertise something & waste my time, when you don't have the product.?
3. I asked for refund twice already, where is my refund it's been over 2 weeks.

Horrible customer service. You lost a customer.

Outstanding in every aspect! They really made me feel like I was a v.i.p. The selection is impressive. I really recommend the house rolled cigars. Overall, a great experience & I would recommend Cuban Crafters to anyone who enjoys cigars.

Went in on a Sunday, very nice, very friendly & knowledgeable about stogies & what goes well with them. They have a wide variety of cigars. I will certainly be visiting more often when I'm in Miami.

Before I return to Nairobi Kenya I ordered 4 boxes of cigars. Two of the boxes were La Canya , Churchills. I have been smoking these cigars over the last few months along with the others I ordered. I have been keeping them in my humidor with 75 %.
I want you to know these cigars disappointed me. They have not been smoking evenly and have been unraveling. I
am down to the last few cigars and out of 48 cigars more than 75% of the La Caya have a problem. My earlier order of these cigars were fine which was ordered earlier in the year.
I wanted you to know the quality. I thought this is a better route than posting comments.
I will be returning to the US at the end of January.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! Im just getting into cigars and the humidors they make are amazing! Such quality craftsmanship and the one I bought comes with a hydrometer and a humidifier! I paid $54 shipped to Oregon and the shipping was done within a week! Great job and highly recommend!

Amazing if your a walk in. But there online ordering service is a Disaster .I ve been patiently waiting for almost 3 weeks now for my order too be fulfilled, mind you I haven t stopped calling them. So at the end of the day I still don t have my order. And now it s saying I have too go pick it up. Sorry but I won t be buying again from them.

I don't know what else you could want from a cigar store. The staff is knowledgeable and the selection is among the best you will find. They have a wide array of cigars ranging from $2 a stick through tens of dollars a stick. There is an excellent selection of accessories also ranging in quality from made in China and affordable to handmade elsewhere and very expensive.

A wide selection. Superior quality although locally (as in literally in-shop crafted) rolled. Very reasonable prices. Extremely friendly and super knowledgeable staff - ask for Luis, great guy.

I highly recommend this place where I got to "try" a cigar for free and got my own tour. The Nicaraguan puro they have tasted much better than many Cuban Cohibas I have had before.

Love this place. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They can direct you in the right direction. Enjoy a free cup of Cuban coffee or a game of dominoes while you smoke. What could be better?

Finally made it there again. And again off by a little time for the 420 Tokes. Got coffee and went with a Corona in house stick (rolled on premises) and was very please, wrap, color, burn draw. Thanks to Aldo, only if I gotten more, but if I knew it was good. Will get more plus the 420 and my everywhere picks. Thanks Aldo for the hospitality.

I am rating the company not the cigars.

I bought the 12 cigar sampler and specifically wrote a note at check out to confirm that the cigars pictured are the cigars that will be sent. After a week I called to check the status of this shipment and was told that the reason for the delay is that they didn't have all the cigars brands in stock and, according to my note, they were waiting until all cigars are in stock and then promptly ship. After almost 2 weeks I get the package and, surprise, most of the cigars that I was expecting were substituted for other brands. No Cupido, no Medina 1959, no La Carolina. The ones that I was looking for the most, absent!! Shame, shame, shame!!!! Never again! Will see if they send the return label as they promised...
