Sent a cutter in for a lifetime warranty claim. D...

Sent a cutter in for a lifetime warranty claim. Did as instructed and sent a prepaid large envelope with the damaged cutter. It has been a month since the defective cutter was delivered to them. They Don t answer the phone. They do not replay to emails. Return tracking states label created but not in system yet so it hasn t been returned.

I feel I just got ripped off. I will not recommend this company to anyone again.

If I get my new cutter I will update my review, but I have little hope as of right now.
