What a disaster. I ordered an electronic humidifier for my humidor 3 months ago. After waiting a month without receiving my order, I called them, only to be informed that the item was out of stock - they weren't sure when they could send it. So I asked for a refund to my credit card. After 2 months, 3 phone calls and 5 emails (to Amanda Alvarez), I still haven't received a refund. Half the time, no one answers the phone even during normal business hours. If you're looking to purchase on-line, I'd look elsewhere.
