I was so happy I did because everything worked out very well. Kathy was super helpful and very prompt in coordinating my travel. I will definitely use Crystal Travel in the future.

Excellent service from DEAN! Received great price and very quick and efficient service from DEAN with my flight booking. He even helped book the right seats which was important for me as only a few seats were left on that flight. I can now travel with peace. Highly recommend!!!

I have had the worst experience ever with this travel agent. I would advise everyone to stay away from them. They are dodgy, unreliable and unprofessional. I got in trouble with them while I was abroad had to ring them for 5 consecutive days and each call costed me 30 pounds. They didn't have the courtesy to call me back for the mistake made on their behalf. I am going to make official complaint against them.
Not to forget the staff speaks to you in Indian accent hiding behind English names. Bunch of imposters.

My booking was originally declined due to the dynamic nature of seats availability, however one phone call later to Philip in the customer care team and all flights were successfully booked. First class service!

I was a little cautious due to the lowest advertised fare found online. Researched the company, read lots of reviews. After a great deal of hesitation, i called up. I was surprised by the service and the speed in which everything was handled. Great service by Bratt. Great ticket price found and i was able to pay a security deposit. Good communication, phone calls were recieved about my ticket updates. I asked lots of questions, regarding ATOL, refunds, etc. Received my e-ticket and being the skeptic that i am, i proceeded to log into my booking with the airline. Tickets booked, seats selected and a big sigh of relief.
Questions were answered confidently and put me at ease. Will definitely use again. Thank you...

Simply the BEST & FASTEST customer service every received in my entire life. Lisa gave me a call while I was processing the reservation to ask if I was having any troubles and to reassure me that I could call back at any time in case it would have happened. The booking got declined as a large group placed a reservation just a half second before me so the price of the flight went up. Lisa clearly explained me what happened and showed me a genuine understanding for my frustration as I had practically already gone through the booking and just at the moment of the payment the deal changed. She went ABOVE and BEYOND and checked if, although the deal I had agreed was not longer available, she could match the price I saw in the first place. I am TRULY blown away by the efficiency and the professionalism with which Lisa has helped me to get through the booking without paying a penny more than I had previously agreed. I have had bad experience with online travel agents before but had a great customer service from these people.

Christy was extremely helpful and polite when helping me book my flights. The issue I had was that flights were advertised on another website when they weren't actually available. I don't understand why if they know this, they can't update it more often. However, Christy was very nice and kind, including helping me sort my problem. And she was very thorough to ensure all of the details were correct. Will most likely book through here again:)

MY FLIGHT WAS CANCLED DUE TO COVID19. CRYSTAL TRAVEL AGENT CALLED ME AND TRIED TO FORCE ME WITH HER WORDS TO ACCEPT THE REBOOKING/VOUCHER OPTION AND I TOLD HER REPEATEDLY THAT I DO NOT WANT THE VOUCHER OPTION AS I WILL NOT BE FLYING OUT FOR THE NEXT 2YRS.

SO I DID NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITION WHICH SHE HAD EMAILED ME, THAT SAID ABOUT ACCEPTING THE (1YRVOUCHER)OPTION BECAUSE IF I ACCEPT I WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY THE INSTALLMENTS TO (FLYNOWPAYLATER) I DID NOT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN I WANTED COMPLETE CANCELLATION.

Might be fine if you go straight through them, but don't bother if you see flights from them on SkyScanner or Momondo etc. They leave up promotional priced seats that they no longer have or never had in the first place then try to get you to buy same price seats on worse airlines. Just a bait and switch sales scam.

Ticket was issued with in 15 minutes of making a payment and I was notified over the phone, in addtion to the confirmatory email. I would personally suggest to ask for him in return for a great customer service!!

Crystal Travel wants to sell their tickets only. They don't care about their customers after the ticket sale. I sent many emails to get more information about my booking. But they didn't bother to reply me. They will give you promises and make you feel comfortable by talking to you. But they don't deliver Anything.

Aaron was a lovely agent to deal with. He was happy to assist with my request's and make changes where necessary. His gentle manner made my trip easy to book.

I humbly request that you remove Crystal Travel (LLC 575, New York) from your flight offerings.
On the July 14th, I made a flight ticket purchase order at ~8:49AM on Momondo (re-directed to Crystal Travel), for a 13:15PM flight on the same day. Usually when such order is made, it shouldn't take long for the order/booking to be confirmed.

I arrived at the airport early, and only found out that nothing was registered, i.e. the airline didn't have a record of me purchasing the said ticket. I was warned that I would not be able to check-in my luggage if I fail to produce my itinerary by 12:50PM, Crystal Travel informed me of the cancellation at 12:49PM! I have sufficient information to file a formal complaint against your company (We too have carried out our own examination).

Looking back at the 4hr delay, I could have easily purchased another ticket if I was given the news earlier. I was advised by the airline to purchase a new ticket, but hesitated given that Crystal Travel did not get back to me until 12:49PM. By the time I received the news, it was already too late to get on the same flight; I had to get on to the next flight, money and time lost. Notwithstanding, Crystal Travel adamantly told me that (upon their examination) the tickets were sold-out, which was a blatant lie (I have email correspondence and witnesses/airline evidence).

To Crystal Travel: Had I been told an hour earlier (still a 3hr delay due to your incompetency), I would have been able to purchase a ticket of the SAME flight! That is a direct damage/loss caused by Crystal Travel. Alas, your irresponsibility caused me to delay my flight further.

It was a straight forward booking.thanks for the help of adviser Glenn.it was the second time I used this travel agency and I am pleased,I highly recommend it.

Rude customer representatives - I wanted to know if they could help me with buying a ticket and they would keep telling me to check the website or do it myself when I was redirected by their own phone line to their department. I had trouble speaking with them because the phoneline goes to an Indian call centre EVERY TIME and speaking to them, even as an Indian myself, is a nightmare.

I also had to call on behalf of a relative about cancelling a ticket and they would keep referring me to a different phone number that never picked up (its message line was full) so there was no way I could cancel a flight, but they would not understand.

The service and help provided was excellent by Ethan. I had some issues with the bank payment but he solved it within a few minutes. Thanks again for the excellent service provided

E mailed crystal travel twice and no response. Made more than ten calls to them over 2 days did not get through to anyone.

I called Crystal Travel after I found them on the internet. Within minutes a guy called Mike found me the best and cheapest flight and offered me tons of useful advice. I called him again recently to find me another flight and again he found me the best flight much cheaper than what anyone else offered. I am also impressed that they close very late and they are such a committed team to be helpful and to deliver the best flights to customers. I will be booking my next flight with them again and I strongly recommend them.

Very simple and easy transaction. I was having trouble booking one return and one single way international tickets in one transaction. Very difficult payment process. Took hours to simply book a flight. Tried to put the price up because that seat price had suddenly 'sold out' when I said I would book elsewhere the lower price was suddenly available again. Just trying to get as much money as possible out of customers.
