Rude customer representatives - I wanted to know if they could help me with buying a ticket and they would keep telling me to check the website or do it myself when I was redirected by their own phone line to their department. I had trouble speaking with them because the phoneline goes to an Indian call centre EVERY TIME and speaking to them, even as an Indian myself, is a nightmare.

I also had to call on behalf of a relative about cancelling a ticket and they would keep referring me to a different phone number that never picked up (its message line was full) so there was no way I could cancel a flight, but they would not understand.
