The new buildings are ok, but old they are dirty they need to renew it

I went in the hope of being in contact with a social worker since my mother is 62 years old, sick and has 15 points. In the front They offered to visit the apartments several times and she always accepted all that we offered. But each time, more immediately !!!. Are they going to offer her an apartment when she's old enough to go home? It is now that she needs this apartment because with her 900 and a rent of 650, + electrabel 150 , her medical costs 50 = 850 . Rest 50 to eat, transport ... it is not possible.
I have set 2 stars just for the staff who remain calm and polite in the face of the anger and dismay of the people who passed before us.
We did not see a social worker because they only receive people who already have a social apartment.
In short I am disappointed and sad for my mother because she does not manage and I cannot really help her.

The Brussels home is good and I think you have to look at the buildings a little. A little cleaning will do good for the tenants of any social housing.
