I have had the worst experience ever with this travel agent. I would advise everyone to stay away from them. They are dodgy, unreliable and unprofessional. I got in trouble with them while I was abroad had to ring them for 5 consecutive days and each call costed me 30 pounds. They didn't have the courtesy to call me back for the mistake made on their behalf. I am going to make official complaint against them.
Not to forget the staff speaks to you in Indian accent hiding behind English names. Bunch of imposters.
