Great Support and help on the phone by Aaron(Customer Service) to complete the booking. 5 Star for him. I am giving 4star only because they didn't give the price quoted in the Kayak website and I had to complete the same by phone at slightly higher price. Over all happy!

If i could of given this company 0 stars i would of. This is the worst experience i have EVER had with a travel company. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH CRYSTAL TRAVEL AS THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

I had booked a trip to Thailand for me and my partner for his 25th Birthday in June 2020. Unfortunately due to COVID 19 this was not possible which was fine.

Crystal Travel then emailed me to let me know that my flights were cancelled, so i called them to ask for a refund. I have in writing that they refused to give me a refund and said that i am not entitled to one and if i do not take a travel voucher that i do not have any other options.

After seeking advice elsewhere i realised i was definatley entitled to my money back, it took Crystal Travel almost 2 months to tell me that they would process this for me. but i would have to wait 6-8 weeks for the money. Please bare in mind, the only way i got them to give me a refund was contacting Emirates and getting proof from them that i am allowed a refund.

I now should of had my money back from Crystal Travel last week and when i called for an update on my situation from William Turner (Escalation Desk) told me that the airline have told them i am not entitled to a refund... after a very stressful day i finally got Crystal Travel to accept my refund and am now having to wait ANOTHER 6-8 weeks for my refund. I am doubtful i will receive this and its absolute disgusting behaviour!

This whole situation has caused me a great deal of stress and on top their customer service just dont know what they are doing, shout at you on the phone and arrange call backs which DO NOT HAPPEN!

I will be reporting this company to the police for withholding my money from me and to the CAA for being a scam!

SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried to get in touch with them regarding my flight to Canada I booked and paid online for last January. Everything had went well until the last few weeks when I have been trying to contact them about a visa I need and just to confirm that everything is ok. I have sent emails and no one has replied I'm not flying until end of July but as it's a first for years I just want everything to go smoothly and know how to get ticket etc. I really do hope in the end I can give them 5 star experience.

Website advertises "FAKE FLIGHTS"!! I selected a couple of flights and completed check out... get all the way to the end and you get "Booking Declined - shortly followed by a call or email saying that these flights have now been sold and try and sell you different flights at a higher price - AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

Excellent service by Kathy once I'd decided on my flight. I found the initial call a little heavy sales pitch which was a bit off putting even though she was offering a good deal.

Service was very effective with Mr Rob I got all I needed within no time at all.i am happy and will definitely book with Crystal soon..Thanks Rob for taking away my fears.

Staff at Crystal were friendly and helpful but sadly listed me as a 9mth old infant travelling alone which caused a certain amount of issues when actually getting to fly. Also would have been useful to know not to book short connection times in the US as this caused a days delay. Overall a good company but too many errors for 5 stars

Still awaiting a refund for our flights that were cancelled on 22nd March. We've had very little information or contact, always us chasing them instead of them being proactive. We were told on 23rd March our refund would take 6-8 weeks and we heard nothing from them until 5th June when they only offered a partial refund and we still haven't received even that despite being told it would take 10 working days. Will never use this company again.

Crystal travel helped us book some recent flights. The airline themselves were considerably more expensive booking direct. There was an issue that none of my bank cards could be accepted for payment, but "Kathy" was a delight sorting everything out.

I am soo pleased with how my flight inquiries was dealt by Aaron ( at Crystal travel) although my reserved flight was unfound, he was very helpful in sorting out the flight i was looking for. He was patient with me over the phone, i DIDN'T pressured as if it is the last seat or , that prices will differ in the next hour, or that sort, instead he was polite, the very travel agent i was hoping coming from a night shift. many many thanks Aaron.

don't even bother booking a flight with them. they only want your money! so responsive and willing to wait when deciding to book a flight but hey they go missing when you actually need help! emailed them so many times regarding a refund and surprise surprise still no response! I RECOMMEND YOU TO JUST BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS DIRECTLY TO AIRLINE AS YOU CAN GET HELP WHEN THINGS GO DOWNHILL NOT TO CRYSTAL TRAVEL!
