Simply the BEST & FASTEST customer service every received in my entire life. Lisa gave me a call while I was processing the reservation to ask if I was having any troubles and to reassure me that I could call back at any time in case it would have happened. The booking got declined as a large group placed a reservation just a half second before me so the price of the flight went up. Lisa clearly explained me what happened and showed me a genuine understanding for my frustration as I had practically already gone through the booking and just at the moment of the payment the deal changed. She went ABOVE and BEYOND and checked if, although the deal I had agreed was not longer available, she could match the price I saw in the first place. I am TRULY blown away by the efficiency and the professionalism with which Lisa has helped me to get through the booking without paying a penny more than I had previously agreed.
