I humbly request that you remove Crystal Travel (LLC 575, New York) from your flight offerings.
On the July 14th, I made a flight ticket purchase order at ~8:49AM on Momondo (re-directed to Crystal Travel), for a 13:15PM flight on the same day. Usually when such order is made, it shouldn't take long for the order/booking to be confirmed.

I arrived at the airport early, and only found out that nothing was registered, i.e. the airline didn't have a record of me purchasing the said ticket. I was warned that I would not be able to check-in my luggage if I fail to produce my itinerary by 12:50PM, Crystal Travel informed me of the cancellation at 12:49PM! I have sufficient information to file a formal complaint against your company (We too have carried out our own examination).

Looking back at the 4hr delay, I could have easily purchased another ticket if I was given the news earlier. I was advised by the airline to purchase a new ticket, but hesitated given that Crystal Travel did not get back to me until 12:49PM. By the time I received the news, it was already too late to get on the same flight; I had to get on to the next flight, money and time lost. Notwithstanding, Crystal Travel adamantly told me that (upon their examination) the tickets were sold-out, which was a blatant lie (I have email correspondence and witnesses/airline evidence).

To Crystal Travel: Had I been told an hour earlier (still a 3hr delay due to your incompetency), I would have been able to purchase a ticket of the SAME flight! That is a direct damage/loss caused by Crystal Travel. Alas, your irresponsibility caused me to delay my flight further.
