Raven was very helpful in finding the best deal. It was a pleasure booking the ticket through Crystal Travels and next time while booking tickets I will surely call them.

Jerry was really helpful in getting all our flights checked in and getting an earlier flight so we wouldnt have to wait in JFK too long. Great stuff!

I've been using this travel agency (in particular Louise) for my travel to far east for about 4 years now and I will never go back to website for my flights. She's great at helping me with finding the best flights for my itinerary and always manages to do it cheaper than the online websites anyway! If you value choice over the times you leave/return/stopover then I would say use these guys! Also, a whole new world of stopover city breaks opened up when I started using these guys. Why go to one destination when you can transit somewhere on the way and experience a snapshot of another destination without it costing more?

Really grateful for the great service Raymond gave us in our US plans. Answered my questions, sorted us out a discount and quickly responded when I had further questions. We feel well supported and what could have been a stressful experience has been very easy and at a very good price. Haven t heard any of our wedding party getting better deal. I booked for my daughter to travel the following day, after they received my money from the bank and sent me a confirmation e mail, they cancelled the flight without informing me even with an e mail, when I was told there is no booking at the airport, I contacted them..... on the call I received the worse-ever customer service, first they said yes money is collected and it can be refund in 2 weeks due to that cancellation, then when I asked why you cancelled my flight although you send me an e mail confirmation; they claim money wasn't collected, when I told them that I have a proof from the bank and your self confirmed that money at your side, the lady replied that it was cancelled because there was a difference between the payee name and traveller name, when I told her you have the booking showing that the traveller is a young traveller and on the booking there is a birthdate registered confirming that the traveller is young, so how you want the young traveller to pay for her self?...... And even so, why you didn't sent me an e mail or text message to alarm with the cancellation in order to save the trouble of travelling to airport? she had no answer to reply
I asked the lady to send me an e mail apologising for that mistake, she never did.
I can't give any rate for that business, I do not know how they are still stand in the market!
Would like to sincerely advise any traveller not to get carried away by the slim difference in price they are offering, my experience showed that I paid far more than any other offer.

Haven't done the trip yet, but I'm immensely impressed with the contact centre quality. Particularly Chris, who was professional, detail focussed, and went above and beyond to get the dates and departures that we wanted in a busy season.

Twinkle Wilson was one of the most professional, engaging and knowledgeable agents I have come across. I've booked 4 flights through her over the past 2 months and at ALL times her service was impeccable. I spoke with an agent called Austin on the night of 20th Sept 2018, who helped me to book a direct flight at very short notice(the next day) to the USA, at a very reasonable price.

My grandmother died before my trip to Italy and I tried to cancel my hotel bookings with this company and their telling me that the hotel is non refundable. My god a person has died where's the sympathy remember, we all have to go one day and the money will forever stay.

He was so understanding and had so much patience to deal with my booking and made sure he called me back when he saide he did. Had an issue confirming the booking with my credit card on the website, so called. However, I was initially worried that it was a scam and was going to cancel the booking and book on a more expensive website. But was reassured by Raymond, who called back twice, and was brilliant and all my flights, at the price advertised, were confirmed and paid for with no issues. I've used Crystal before this occasion and would use them again.

Booked my ticket in Jan for flight in April. The airline cancelled but I still haven't heard from Crystal. Nobody answers the phone or respond to 5 emails I have sent. Managed to use contact someone on live chat who said they will refund it immediately that was 2 months ago.

Bratt waz a brilliant help and excellent advice, for helping me book my flight, Top Marks! Well recommend!

I called Rob at crystal travel this afternoon as the system had a hiccup paying for the ticket on the web site.
On calling I was very very upset and confused due to the fact that I had just been advised I had terminal cancer.
Rob took me through the booking explained everything ie flight times terminals used, baggage, visa requirements etc.
he was very patient and very professional with me and after the booking was completed he even messaged me to confirm the e-ticket was also completed.
The guy is a credit to your company and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Jerry was extremely helpful with assisting me in purchasing my ticket. He was extremely patient with dealing with issue and demonstrated respect and understanding. Truly an excellent employee. The experience was very smooth and he was quick to think of alternative methods in making sure that the transaction would go through.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of Aryan Hobbs. In particular he was able to find me the flights to and from Gatwick that suited my requirements.

The service team was really good. Had a good experience overall during and post purchase. Still yet to fly though, hoping everything turns out well.

Aaron was very helpful on the phone- I was booking a ticket online and bank declined payment for verification reasons. Contacted aaron and he guided me step by step until the flight was booked- process took 10 mins total and he even called back to let me know of flight confirmation. Good experience so far!

Would give negative stars if possible, overcharged and then no support in changing my flight even though I chose to go through an agency so I could get a flexible ticket now I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket because they basically don't care after they take your money. Don't use!

Terrible customer service. If and when an issue arises, the staff are useless, they do not wish to help resolve the issue.
After a week of back and forth emails and phone calls, I eventually demanded to contact the airline directly to get my issue resolved, bypassing the agency, essentially doing their job for them.

Avoid this company.
