We have had our water system for over a year now, has been a great investment for my families health and for my home. There is a major improvement in water since installation, did not realize how much contaminants were in our water until having them removed! Crystal clear has been very informative, just had our system assessed by technician and was impressed by the professionalism and upfront information he provided on how our system was performing. They seem very dedicated in continuing to provide quality customer service and maintaining our system to the highest standards. I would highly recommend Crystal Clear!

We purchased are Crystal Clear Concepts 4 years ago and love are system. We just had our system serviced a few days ago and the service was excellent! Omg! The water tastes so much better. I love that they will also test your water and explain everything as you go. Definitely happy to be in the Crystal Clear family.

Writing this review from my email for my grandparents. We never knew there was a problem with our water. Sure, it taste funny, but it always has. So when we got our water tested and saw the alarming amounts of chemicals in it, we were mortified. My family has been in our home for 50 years and we have been poisoning ourselves with this unsafe water forever. Many of the conditions that having hard water could cause, my grandpa had been experiencing. It s been about a month of clean water and we can honestly say that our skin has been moisturized without the use of topical creams and lotions. The water has a better taste overall, and our flowers and plants have been thriving. Amazing! Thank you so much Crystal Clear Concepts!

This company sells water filtration systems presumably. But, their marketing tactics is to send out lying mail to all Dallas area residents saying, "Sorry we missed you! PACKAGE DELIVERY NOTIFICATION." Then they have a couple of check-boxes that say "Final Notice" and "Parcel Delivery." All of this is lying. Even the check-marks, that are supposed to look like magic marker, are actually printed as part of the scam mailer. I beg everyone reading this, don't give your business to a company who will lie to get you to call them. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

I think they are out of business. I requested a service call a week ago. They were to come out to my house this past Sunday but never showed up. I've tried to call every day since and at different times to only be able to leave a message. I've left a message and have not heard back yet. I've also attempted to reach someone in sales but again, no return phone call.

They perform a free water test. Very professional.

I can say they have great customer service BUT what a mistake I made by going with them. They start with the 50 dollar gift card and say it s going to be an hour and guy was here for about 4 hours plus. Everything sounds good painted in picture but they don t care about the customer . Just want to make a sale. There s a lot of things they don t tell you. Then the installers were several guys and took them several days to complete job and made mess in my front lawn . Next day after they finished all my faucets were claugged . They sent out some guys which were nice and replaced my faucets and toilet pumps because everything got claugged with dirt when they installed the system . Then couple days later later I start smelling a smell. My pipes are busted . First I was like maybe just coincidence but where it busted there was pile of dirt . I feel like my water heater is not the same either afterwards which was new when I moved in the house . I wish I would have never got the water system . In progress of sueing since they have cost me thousands of dollars in repairs after they I installed . This company sucks and I wouldn t recommend to anybody . If I could I would give no stars

The system is ok, it's the financing that is crazy. 60 in interest when the minimum payment is 120. Might as well try to transfer the balance to a credit card. Plus they charge you interest even well before your first payment is due. The coupons are rediculous, very little selection.

We have loved our Crystal Clear Concepts system. Besides making clean drinkable water, the system softens the water and makes cleaning a breeze... no hard water deposits. No need to buy bottled water, either. Definitely, worth the investment!

Tim Newkirk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly courteous and took us through the process very professionally. Glad we made the decision to get the filtration system. I recommend this company to everyone I talk to.

I ve had my filter for almost a year and a half and it s really good well worth it! The people at the company are really sweet and offer a lot of deferent services to help different individuals

Decided to have a filtration/softener system installed and worked with Crystal Clear Concepts to do so. So Far, So Good. System was installed by Jason and John, who were both polite and congenial while here. They introduced themselves on arrival and then walked me thru the install process, including how they would be tapping into the water line and answered some questions clearly and without getting annoyed. The Install took about 4.5 hours all told. Once they had it up and running, we did follow on water tests in the kitchen to determine the hardness and that flow was OK. Also saved an empty bag from the salt to show us which type to purchase in the future. Provided the owners manual, added a sticker with the company name/phone and picked up a couple of small rocks that were leftover from the trench they dug. Sod was replaced on the trench and watered down. Water coming out of the tap is clear and odor free. I would work with the Company again.

I purchased a great product from Crystal Clear Concepts however I ve tried calling them for service for the past 7 days and no one will call me back. I contacted Aqua Fina there finance company to see if Crystal Clear was still in business. I was assured they were and they gave me a hint on how to contact them ..... if they don t respond soon, I feel Crystal Clear Concepts might be out of business.

Clayton and Mason did a fine job installing our outdoor unit. They performed the work in a timely manner, including quite a bit of trenching.

Clayton and Chris did an exceptional job installing our unit and remained very professional and courteous. We are excited about the new change to our water and the benefits that come with it.

The installers Eldridge and Jason were very prompt and polite. The job was professionally done. They took the time to explain their process before and afterward. We are satisfied with their work.

Jason, the service tech did a great job of not only getting the work done properly, but also explaining what he was doing. One thing I do appreciate is that they are updating the slightly older systems, ours is 1 1/2 years old with their updated products in the tank.
Only real issue that I have is the communication between the office , techs, and customers. We had an 8 AM to noon window. Our tech got here at 11:58, so he was really here from then till about 1:30, clearly not in the 8 to noon window. Guessing he got here as late as he did because they probably work from the home office out and we are about as far out as they probably come. We had them bring salt out since that kept us from having to make a trip out. He had the salt, but didn't know if we had paid for it or not. I didn't set up the appointment so I didn't know. He had to call the office to find out. A minor inconvenience that could have been easily alleviated with better communication.

This companies customer service is top notch. Everyone I speak with or come in contact with, especially Josh, are very professional and make sure my needs and concerns are fulfilled. Nevertheless we love our water filter!!!

Received a post card type piece of paper in the mail stating package delivery notification for a parcel and it was the Final Notice . I called the number and found from the agent at a call center that they were contracted by Crystal Clear Concepts. When the first piece of information is intended to mislead or misrepresent, I won t be interested in doing any business with you.

This company performed a free water test for me and it was very informative and really just opened my eyes. I recommended my friends and family to get their water test as well.

Poor customer service. I was lied to about the financing of the water equipment. I was also promised that Crystal Clear Concepts would come out and complete some uncompleted installment work. I scheduled an appointment and they never showed. They do not answer their phones. Once they have installed your equipment, you are left hanging.

They were quick to provide the product but hard to coordinate follow up appointments with. Am not getting the soaps that are supposed to be delivered annually, which they are supposed to supply for free. The unit itself is great.

Clayton Trev and Josiah did a great job on the install and were very friendly. I am glad to have clean water. They were able to come out and get everything done quickly and cleanly.

We have had crystal clear concepts for a year now. The quality of water is definitely improved. We finally got away from buying water at the store in bottles and can drink right from the tap. Our cloths are much more vibrant after a wash. We are happy with the service and the quality.

I love my water purification system. I cant live without it. I had a annul routine service call yesterday and they fixed me right up. Be sure to get the warranty. It's so worth it. If you care about what goes in and on your families body you need Crystal Clear Concepts.

Love the system! Absolutely HATE the company!! Seriously go buy a system from literally anywhere else. Everytime I call their office it goes to voicemail. Some came out to our house today to do what I assumed was service called since we have the monthly service plane.....no he proceeded to waste almost an hour of my husband's time trying to sell him a new system and service plan (WHICH WE ALREADY HAVE). I've left 2 voicemails so hopefully they will call me back soon to fix this but honestly I'm not very hopeful

Mason & Dave did my install move today and I am highly satisfied with their work and professionalism. They did an absolutely outstanding job and I highly recommend the service and the company!!!!

If this is not THE most deceptive flyer I have ever received, I am not sure what is. Horrible idea. I am sure it works 90+% of the time but not a good way to build trust. I would never buy a system from these guys. The sad thing is that I would love to have a water test and I think that most people would too. Try that next time.

We like this company but recently I have been calling but no response. Please respond to calls. I am willing to change my review if I get a response.

After two full days of trying to reach customer service, they finally called me with unbelievable information. First they promised at the time of testing that services including moving the system to another location is free. Now they say they will charge $80+ for that. Secondly, they claim that there is a lifetime warranty on the system. Lies, lies, lies lies. The media and carbon are the main system and that is not covered by warranty. What that means is that if the media and carbon wears out which they will, your system is useless unless you replace it. Guess what? the media and carbon is not covered by the warranty.

You are forewarned.

We have had Crystal Clear Concepts for over a year now and love it. We sold our house that we had it at and moved to a rental in another town. We purchased with Crystal Clear Concepts two years ago and haven t regretted it. We just had our system serviced and once again it was wonderful service! Always available for questions and we re so happy we are not drinking city water anymore. Skin is smoother and Water tastes so much better. They have been professional and quick from our first meeting. COVID-19 set them behind due to closures but they were prompt in the return call when they came back. I love that they will also test your water and explain everything as you go. Definitely happy to be in the Crystal Clear family.

***NEW UPDATE: They continue to charge your account even after you have cancelled service with them. I have TWO charges after I cancelled "service" with them. I use "service" because I received zero "service" in 2020. Awful people to deal with. For about a month or so, there must have been a movement for their customers to leave feedback about CCC. I, myself, was asked to leave a comment for a chance at a prize of some sort (I relieved a few calls and event two different texts to my cell.) If you notice positive new feedback I m sure it s due to the rally to improve their google reviews. Considering that it always took weeks to a month to get service I highly doubt they have been working this fast since opening back up due to COVID.

*Another reviewer stated that they received a notice on their door letting them know that they have missed a package and when you call then number it s actually to CCC. The same thing happened with me. I was curious about who would drop something like that. I even asked the person answering the phone and she said that it was a marketing company that they use. The response to the reviewer below was that they must be confused about this and that they don t use scare tactics. Well, I can tell you that there is no confusion by that reviewer. I should have trusted my gut and hung up the phone.

Moving from NY to Texas one of our concerns were schools, great environment and clean water.
When we moved to Plano the water was hard. Taste different compared N.Y. so I grew concerned.
A representative from Crystal Clear Concepts demonstrated this filter. I was like another sales pitch. This time I was wrong.
He tested the water and gave us an accurate reading.
I saw and tastes the difference immediately. I was sold on this product.
There customer service is great, especially the techs that installs the unit. Jason and John were very professional. They answered questions I had and I explained the area that I live is part of the HOA.

They planned out the installation and neatly installed the unit.

We are very happy with product and we are seeing a change having cleaner water.

My wife loves what it's doing to her hair and skin. As for me, I see the saving in cleaning products and how clean it leaves everything. No hard water marks on my rims and Windows on my car.

Best decision my husband and I ever made. I know most people say it's just water it all tastes the same, but no... this is the best tasting water I've ever had. Plus, the difference in the feeling of my skin after a shower. Absolutely love this water system!

I am basically echoing the 1star reviews that describe this company s tricky business tactics of leaving you mail that says to call them because they have been trying to deliver a package to you. (Including all the final notice blah blah scare tactics). I can t speak to their products, but it s a total sales gimmick and a waste of your time.

They came out to my house last night and took my unit apart and saying now they cannot get back out into Friday to put it back together Had I think this is unacceptable And I hope everybody can see this

I want to thank , Trevor, Mason, Clayton for all the hard work they did last night and this morning , they did an awesome job. Trevor knew alot of the product really well he answer all my questions and let me kind of watch. Thank you all for everything.

You guys may be a great company, and you may provide a great service, but the way you're trying to get in touch with people is shady as well. You guys put a card in my mail titled PACKAGE DELIVERY. Stamped FINAL NOTICE, saying "WE ARE ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER A PACKAGE". And gives a number to call. And come to find out....its not about delivery of a package....its you guys trying to setup a time to come test my water and sell me a product. If you're trying to sell a product, then have the balls to do so. Dont try and trick consumers into calling you by a false premise. As is, you went from a possible customer, to no chance at all at gaining one from me.

I m not sure what to say about a company that starts out with deceit, I opened my door to them for a water test for the exchange of a $25 dollar Amazon gift card. I watched the testing procedures, the technician did not have any idea of what the name of the testing agents. I listened for over a hour about how bad my tap water was for my health. I didn t buy the filtration system but I did receive the Amazon gift card that was not valid.

I'm also a customer who keep calling for service but only to be transferred to message system. This has been since December and is now the end of January. I get someone after the Holidays with the same info of two week shutdown.. They said someone would come to service it. Three weeks ago! Now I have left over six messages including on the emergency mber without a call back. I also pay for a monthly maintenance fee.

I had 5 gentlemen working on correcting a slight issue I had with the dry-well for the back-flushing process. I had Ray, Edward, Tyler, Nate and Wess. They were a pleasure to work with, I did the heavy watching, they did a great job and the yard hardly looked like they worked on it.
The system works very well and we are very happy we purchased it. They water looks, smells a lot better than when we moved in, and it tastes great.

Josh came by and introduced himself and fixed my system. Very nice and personable. Found out he was originally from East Grand Forks where my mother was from. Small World

We purchased this system in August. Initially, the installer started installing our water system in the wrong yard. Thankfully, we have kind neighbors who didn't get upset that their yard was dug up. Then the installer dug up our yard to install the system and accidentally damaged our sprinkler system. I have made numerous attempts to receive some compensation for our sprinkler system that they damaged, but to no avail. They will not return my calls or emails. We were also told they would come back and recheck our water to see if it was filtering like it is supposed to. They will not call me back about that. I After calling an leaving yet another message on their voicemail today, I wanted to ventilate.
On a positive note, I will also say that Clear Concepts claims to support ministries, which I appreciate, and they did repair my neighbor's yard to their satisfaction.
I would just recommend you use another company if you think you might have any issues. I doubt they will help you unless you are the neighbor.

I received a mailer saying for a quick 25 min. survey I could receive a $25 Home Depot gift card. So I decided to try it. Turns out its a water softener company saying they are helping Flower Mound out with some water testing and in return I get a $25 home depot gift card (lie). So they wanted to set up a time to test my water. So I agreed since it was free. They said it would take about 1 hour (lie) and both my wife and I needed to be present. So at the end of this 3 hour presentation which was not just a water test but a sales pitch with pushy tactics. The salesman Brock kept calling back to headquarters (9 pm at night pitch started at 6) telling me they are offering me a better deal. This was super annoying. So he never gave me my free water test sheet, and when I tried to use the gift card at Home Depot it had not been loaded yet. This is one super shady company with twisted sales tactics. Brock even spoke about church and how he got this job through another church friend WOW. Pretty sure these people missed some versus in the bible. Thanks crystal clear concepts for wasting 3 hrs of my night.

After the latest revelation of the water safey hazard threat in Plano, TX, I am fortunate to have met Crystal Clear Concepts' representative, Bob, in my home. The dedicated and capable installers of the new filtration system, Jeremy and Josiah, deserve commendation along with my appreciation.

I wish I could give these people zero stars. They are lying crooks that take advantage of people by using scare tactics and manipulation. There are much better and cheaper and less invasive options out there for water filtration and I highly suggest you look into them. After you pay an outrageous price for one of these water filters you then are pressured into paying a monthly price just to maintain it and get it serviced when one of THEIR parts or elements stops working. It s a joke. Their customer service is a joke. Please don t fall into this trap and stay far far away from them.

The system was originally a great plan for us when we called them out to test our water etc. When they installed the system they clipped the wires for my sprinkler system which I had to make several calls to them in order to finally get someone out to fix it. At the time I just told the manager to come get it as it was only a few days after it had been installed. They wanted us to write a 5 star review in order to receive the 5 year plan of soaps they sell you with the system. I never felt a 5 star review was warranted.The manager at the time never called me back after she said she would look into it. I called again but it was harder to get in contact with them without having to call the sales line first which of course was picked up immediately. I m aware that appliances break down over time that s a given when you purchase any appliance HOWEVER when your spending $10-14K on a system all information should be provided. We were told we only ever had to use salt to replenish and keep it going. Still the case but If I don t pay more money I could have more or less years of a working system. We were NEVER told that the filters inside of it break down faster depending on the amount of chemicals your city water has and that you d have to either pay monthly for services or pay $1,000s to replace those If you choose not to go the monthly route.I called today and spoke with a manager again who just kept saying sorry it wasn t provided and that she couldn t change the past but that the system was ours and they don t offer a buyback program. I m finally deciding to write my review a year later because of the awful customer service we have had dealing with this company. I cannot in good conscious recommend ever buying a system for Crystal clear concepts.

My husband and I have called and left four messages so far with service in regards to our water softener. No one answers the phone or calls us back.

I was shocked to see bad reviews for this company so l went through and read some of them. It seems like they are all complaints about the marketing company they hired and not crystal clear. I've had "water softeners" before and the machine l recieved from crystal clear is a night and day difference. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service I've received from the company along the way.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We purchased the Westinghouse Refiner system 18-monhs ago from Crystal Clear Concepts and the system is great. Unfortunately, we received a text last week stating that we were due for our follow-up appointment and we took the bait. They came in to our house and pushed a $29 a month service plan and told us that if we did not sign up for the plan that our Lifetime Warranty would be voided. I talked with Westinghouse this AM (The Lever Edge) and was told that our warranty remains in place and that there is NO MONTHLY SERVICE needed on this contained system. The technician told my wife that he has seen the media need replaced after SIX MONTHS and listed costs in excess of $4,000. In talking with a CERTIFIED Service center for Westinghouse, the cost to replace the entire filter is only $450 and is required every 3-6 years based on consumption and water hardness. I have also been told (Not able to verify) that Crystal Clear Concepts filed for BANKRUPTCY and is now operating as "Your Water Matters LLC" as annotated on the upper left corner of the attachment. Either way, I cancelled the WORTHLESS service plan and forwarded my complaint to Westinghouse. I have attached a copy of the document the rep was pushing.

I would have recommended this service until my system broke and they will not return my call to resolve it. Their system requires a high monthly fee and then I cannot get a response when I ask what this fee covers since they are not coming out to fix it and will not return my calls. If I had to do things over again, I would definitely NOT recommend using this company for your water system

We just got our water filter put in, we're so excited to have clean safe water! Roger and Ed took the time to do everything right and made sure our water was awesome quality!

Purchased a system back in Nov 2017 with a maintenance plan and everything seems to be going well. The product is amazing, not to mention the added bonus of the soap package subscription. The only issue I have is that my name was incorrectly spelled in their records and its' been frustrating asking them correct my name over and over again in the few times I have spoken with the office or the workers. I just had a system check up today and the guy here stated he would correct my information. Will see. Overall the workers are very nice and the product is great!

I am enjoying the clear water in my house and I can see and fell the BIG difference already. I was very pleased with the water test performed in my house. I was conducted in a very professional manner. It really showed me that the city water is contaminated and bad for you. I highly recommend this product. Crystal Clear Concepts took great care of leaving the back and side yard in good shape. You will be very happy to do business with them.

Had maintenance done today on our filter system by Josh. He checked water levels made sure we had good clean drinking water. Also had to work thru a lot of mud! Good attitude and job well done. God bless you guys!

love our water system the water taste wonderful very glad we purchased the system we got ours system about five years ago when we moved here to Texas! the water was so tasteless and sandy we had no choice but investing in a water system. The presentation is long and lengthy they want both husband and wife present at time of presentation because it is a very huge sales pitch; because my husband works all day had to convince them that I was the decision-maker to be able to have them come out and even do the presentation!!! It had to be approved by higher management to even get the presentation LOL! in the sales pitch the free gifts were nice not cheap well-made they still look new to this day five years later. the soaps Gifts you receive are automatic renewal every 10 months and you may change the senses of each item every time which is nice! Service wise with crystal clear concepts so far has been great!! only downside is when we purchased these units we should ve been explained we are outside the service (We are literally out in the country an hour and a half outside the city) so when you make an appointment to get it serviced sometimes takes a while for them to be able to come out unless it s an emergency! They will come out and take care of you right away; anything that s gone wrong they have fixed quick! Rochelle is the greatest is the customer service worker they have there by far!!!! I would definitely recommend the products and service this company has to offer compared to some of these other reviews ......I haven t had any issues yet!
Update: my water system was having some issues call left a message for service department didn t get a call back for a couple of weeks Rachelle did call back and explain they were closed for the holidays and we re sorry there just a bit behind; Trying to catch up from their break which they have never done before so the company got a little backed up in their service calls and I have still yet to have it serviced!

I love this company! They installed a water system at our ranch and the water tastes amazing. It really did have all the junk from the city that they talked about. We had chlorine, metals and other crap in our water. Their system not only removed it all but it also feels amazing. The soft-water has done wonders on my kids skin. You'll love the showers! Make sure to ask for some free soap. I love their soap. This system is totally worth every dime you pay for it. And I love the free gifts they gave me to come do the water test. Who doesn't love a free water test and free gifts.

Water is clean water taste great i recommend you get your filter

We had a water softener installed by Crystal Clear Concepts a couple of years ago and it's been great. You can really tell the difference in the taste and feel of the water. And I love when they come out and test our water because then you get to see for yourself the difference it makes.
