It's been a year in our beautiful home here in Texas. I used to buy cases of bottled water. I drink a lot of water. As a runner, I always carry water with me. Since having our Crystal Clear Water System, we don't have to purchase cases of water anymore. My skin is no longer dry. My family and I love our system. And yes, as someone else mentioned, it'll save you in the long run to purchase the monthly service.

Like a new car needs annual maintenance, so does your water system.

We have had our system a few years now and love it! I can drink water from any faucet in the house with no bad taste like before! I don t drink water from the plastic water bottles anymore! It s expensive, but I love the way our water is now for drinking and showering!!! When they test the water and you see how bad it is and with the changes using the filtration/softening system....wow!!

Preston and Josiah were great installers of our new water system. Can't wait to experience the benefits.They took care of all concerns and made us feel very comfortable buying this product. The landscaping tech, Joshua, was also excellent too. He came by a few days later and restored our yard back with soft landscaping. Looks like it was never disturbed!

Installers were here within 15 minutes of our notification that they were on the way. Dave and Preston installed system in remarkable time and did a fantastic job.

I love this company! Their service really does amazing things! The demonstration provided was even interesting to watch. My fiance and I really loved it. The difference in the water blew me away. I never realized all of the nasty stuff that's in the tap water! The rep was also very professional and attentive to my questions. I would recommend this company and their water system to everyone! This is the company to work with!

I'm pleased with the quality of the water since my unit has been installed.

We had water testing that showed so many contaminants that we were convinced we needed a water purifying system. As a nurse, I am concerned about the contaminants in my water that impact my health. We are completely satisfied with the installation of our unit.

Clayton and Chris were fantastic and very professional. They installed quickly and answered all the questions I had.

Called about a free 25.00 dinner at Longhorns and of course I got a sales pitch on the other end to have my water tested. So, i reluctantly agreed to have someone come out. The guy comes out and was a really nice guy, I have no complaints with the salesman. Long story short after about an hour of him telling us how bad our water was he then tries to sell me an 11,000 water purifier. Which I declined. He then called his dispatcher who then tried to sell me a cheaper unit and I declined. Then the dispatcher magically finds one in the back that they supposedly us for training that he will let me have for about 60.00 a month. Which I declined. He then offers me two gift cards to QuikTrip if I post the results on facebook, which I did. Well, when he left I remembered that although he gave me the two gift cards, he never gave me the 25.00 Longhorn gift card that he was supposed to bring originally.

Well, I have texted and email to find out about the card to no avail. Oh yeah Home Depot has water test for free that you take home and mail it in. I am going to get one, just not from these jokers. I am going to send my results to the City of Grand Prairie if the water is that bad and lets see what they have to say about it. Be very care with these guys. You want me to spend 11,000, but you can't come up with a 25.00 gift card. Hmmmm!!! NOT

The product is amazing! But, customer service is not so good. They didn't call me when they said they would. It took weeks of phone tag to get a date set for repairman to come. Then, it took a few more weeks and two more trips to my house to figure out the computer was not working. They promised to give me extra bags of salt for my trouble, but didn't even do that!

The system is great! We ve had it for over a year. However, when we signed up they said they d move it if we moved and everything. When we did move, they came and uninstalled it, then charged $350+ on the loan side and didn t move it just unhooked everything.... then when we got it moved, to reinstall it was another $500. Very sketchy and the costs were not given upfront. Not sure about y all but no school teacher and veteran have $800 after moving. It was a lot of phone tag, no receipt and they tacked it on to the loan with ridiculous interest. I love the system but would recommend using another company or doing the work yourself. The service guys were great, but customer service and company is a whole different monster.

The water testers are The best! Plus they have good customer service!!! I recommend it!

I honestly have to say I love our Crystal Clear Water System. Not only did the water taste good but it was very good for talking baths with and keeping the shower glass clear. My wife and I love it very much!

I called because they said we had a package for delivery. I get some sales guy trying to set up an appointment. When I explained that I needed him to answer my question with a yes or no he proceeds to continue. I then just hung up.

What ever happen to honesty?

Tim is awesome! We actually enjoyed just talking to him while he was doing our demo. Growing up, my grandparents house was on a filtration system. So as an adult no longer living at home, I never drank the tap water anywhere else I ve lived, and have noticed hard water stains and smells from our water over the years. We have been using the system for 3 months now and I have seen zero hard water stains, my water doesn t smell and I m happy to be back on a filtration system.

Mason Dave and Cory were very professional and very easy to understand. They explained everything i needed to know! I'm 75 years old and I understood Everything! I feel if I have any issues they will be resolved very quickly.

Nothing but the best experience with the company so far and have been pleased with the product and costumer service. Highly recommended especially given that our city water continues to get worse every year!

I've been trying to reach them for service. Only voicemails or this line is No longer in service messages. Nothing from chat lines or email. Ive had the unit for a year but my water pressure in the house has been getting lower and lower.

Everything was perfect since the water test with Richard and installations with Carlos & Preston was great. Very professional and nice people. Now we can enjoy clean pure water. Thank you!

Our technician was wonderful. He not only checked the entire system, but he also showed us what he was doing so we would be informed of the status of our system. All of the problems that we had were resolved and we feel confident that our system is working as needed. Great company and great product.

Customer as of December 2016. This is a great idea to have clean water in the home, in a city otherwise to have hard water. The installation was good, and eventually after a few months with installation of a new unit (#2) we finally were able to have clean water. Apparently the first installed unit was a dud. All that aside, as you see in the other reviews, they then hit you with a monthly service plan. Either pay a monthly fee to keep from costly filtration replacement, or pay big money for service calls and unit servicing. You guessed it, non of the service plan talk was mentioned verbally or in literature during the sales pitch or install. All I need to do is add salt to the tank they say. It s unfortunate that we spent $10,000 for a clean water system AND have to pay a monthly fee to keep it serviced. The number one thing the salesman promoted was Warranty! So I feel better knowing the bright shiny unit container (not the contents) is warranted.
Again, at the end of the day, it s a good system and a great idea. But be aware of everything that is mentioned in these reviews.

We have loved having a water conditioner from Crystal clear concepts for over two years now. We live in Fort Worth where our water is very hard and we have seen a major change on our water since we installed this system.

Installation was great. Water is taste great. But the communication with head quarters awful. When they keep texting me every time about they would like set up appointment to send a technician out to check the system is a joke. And I respond OK how does this day work out. The responses I m sorry you don t need an update yet. Then a week later another text or respond yes can you come out Thursday. They responded sorry our computer is malfunctioning right now, You re not due for a check up yet. Then a week later I get another text same thing I ll take some back OK I need you to come out this date. Didn t say you re not up to date. So I ll give them a call again they said your computer is not working properly. Excuses excuses excuses.

Place is going out of business and now some the other company has taken over with new policy than Crystal Clear. Havent had my filter a year and now it stops working. New company charging more than my monthly payment. So now Im stuck with this equipment with no warranty on it since another company took over.

Josh came to service my water system and cleared up the issue quickly and even added a salt crystal bag of his own. Great service call and arrived on time too

At First I was a bit skeptical on the system due to the advertising. Then when I took the time to check them out they came and did a water check I was still nervous about it. After talking with Tim I got a little for comfortable with the whole Ideal. He was confident and polite the whole time. Long story short my husband and I decided to give it a try because our water was so bad which we knew even before Tim showed up to our home. That night I was questioning myself and did call to see if it was really real. I talk to Rochelle and she gave me more confident in our decision. So the next they came and put in the system and we are truly satisfied on the quality of the feel and texture. It has really changed my skin and my family love taking a shower even more. My water was so hard at one point and now I feel how soft the water has become since we received the system in our home..

arrived, and went right to work . They were a joy to be around, and reflected well for who the company hires. They respected our house and answered all questions. I would recommend Crystal Clear Concepts to anyone.

Your Water Matters LLC is calling Crystal Clear Concept clients trying to sell service plans that are not necessary and any work performed could damage your Westing House Equipment. Call phone number in the manual on the last page that came with your Westing House equipment and they will tell you who is the authorized provider in your area.

We have enjoyed our soft water and the product itself is great. We had a few speed bumps with service in the past, but the company is working very hard to make it right and provide top notch customer service. They sent Josh out this morning and he was a pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond to make things right and it is greatly appreciated. Additionally, Rochelle in Customer Service has been on top of keeping us happy as clients and has helped restore our faith in their customer service.

This company clearly meets the definition of dishonest with their mailers. They send you a card (with no company information listed on it) stating that it is a "Final Notice" for a parcel delivery. I have received two identical cards with two separate call back numbers. If you call the number you speak with a third party who wants to schedule an in-home consultation. How can you trust a company that scams you in the very beginning to contact them? Advertise like every other honest company out there and stop paying people with gift cards to leave you a good reviews on Google.

Great customer service! the process of instillation was fantastic and fast, presentation is great. However at the end of out five year they came and did a check on the equipment and everything was fine but then they made it mandatory to either purchase a monthly protection plan or pay out of pocket for costly returns. I was under the impression there was a warranty on the products/mechanics. Other than that a really great product and excellent customer service.

Excellent product with excellent service. 60% percent of our body is filled with water and now I can feel good knowing that 60% of my body is being filled with good, clean, crystal clear quality water. I highly recommend it, best decision we ve made yet.

Rodger and Ed did a great job installing our system. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly and was aesthetically pleasing. They were very personable and made sure we were well informed every step of the way. We were very pleased with the installation process.

This company is one of the most underhanded i have ever done business with. They install before you sign paperwork then lock you in at a high intrestrate on a ballon loan. I had to get a personal loan to get out from under thiers. After multiple appointments for someone to come out and no one ever showing up, yes i had to take off of work and miss pay each time, they text me saying important changes need to be made to my system. When the "Technician " arrives its really a salesman trying to get us to buy a plan for thier maintenance. This is after the warranty has expired in which time i could never get anyone to show up. To make matters worse, this guy shows up needing to enter my house during a covid 19 pandimic under the guise of a Technician when really he is just a salesman trying to scare people into buying something. Thier financially loans are balloon loans, service is non existent, and they will lie to you in the fastest way you have ever seen. Buyer Beware. They say its full service with warranty then come to your home telling you if you dont get on thier service plan its an 800 fee to get it checked out. Scam Artists

Purchasing a water system from Crystal Clear Concepts was a very good investment. My family and I enjoy having clean filtered water throughout our house.

Josh came by the day I called to check my machine.
He came inside and did a water test. He saw the light on the machine blinking and knew there'd been a power outage. He checked and then reset the machine leaving a new bag of salt. He was very polite and got right to work, problem solved.

We scheduled an appointment for the free water test they advertised and no one came. We called and they rescheduled and no one showed up then either. We called and they said someone was on there way but no one came. Horrible customer service.

Crystal clear is an amazing company with experienced technicians. I had a water test and the next day to my pick a delivery was possible in my area. It too the guys rough 2-3 hours to complete the work but it was worth the wait. Josh and Cain were extremely courteous and took the time out to make sure I was comfortable with my new unit! Felt bad for the guys because they were sweating horribly due to the heat, so I kept giving them bottles and roll of paper towels! Needless to say the weather did not affect their quality of service and I m excited to began using clean water!

I believe every one of these 5 star reviews are staged! There's just too many of them. That was my first red flag. So then I finally found the one star reviews conviently located way down the list who finally told it like it was.

I had made an appointment to have them come to my house for a demo which I have just now called and cancelled. Home Depot will have all the purification

We thought we had clean water until we had CCC come out and install our wonderful filtration system. The price was right and results are amazing. Clear drinking water with no odors, no lime scale residue around the faucets and shower heads, and our clothes aren t deteriorating in the washer! Awesomeness!

It is so rare in the world today to be heard. Honestly, I think a number of marriages would thrive if us Men would just listen. That does not mean fix it, but just LISTE .
I also enjoy being heard. Even more so by busines . Crystal Clear reached out to me today. Luke Listened to me! He stopped selling and just hear my testimony of how I previously had their services, but suffered an accident and missed 13 months of work. So, I returned the system
My point. Is thi . Despite the fact I returned the system these guys did not give u . Most would have. As he listened he suggested various options to protect my fa.ily from this awful water. The fact that I'm tapped out did not send him packing. HE LISTENED. And you know what? That feels GOOD? IT FEELS GOOD TO BE HEARD. They are pursuing various us options to see if they can help. Whether they do or not. I have already wo . I have met a friend and developed s relationship that will last. And I am trusting in God to make a way. And I can not think of a more caring, patient and service oriented establishment than Crystal Clear Consepts. (CCC) I made up the CCC.

Listen. All of you know you CAN NOT DRINK THIS WATER. It will kill you! So, the only question is who will you allow sell you something or who will you allow to provide service for you and your needs? Your call.

Wanting to learn about clean water I scheduled an appointment with Crystal Clear Concepts. The tech who came to my home arrived on time, knew his product, answered questions and cleaned up before leaving. Installers of the system were on time, clearing the debris and making certain I knew how the system works.

Heather the sales woman single-handedly lost my business. I had questions about the company and she treated me like dirt. I am sure she has qualities in abundance but I would place her in any position that does not interface with customers.

Also did not like the free water "test" pitch. If you want to sell me your product just say so; don't pretend you are preforming a public service "testing" my water for my safety. Have you ever have a single test that did not immediately result in a sales pitch? No; so be honest and just sell what you have. There is no need to manipulate people's fears to make a buck.

This company wouldn't have received one star if i could review with no stars. First off PLEASE IF YOU LOOKING FOR WATER FILTRATION OR SOFTENER PLEASE CONTINUE TO LOOK THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM FOR MONEY AND FALSE ADVERTISING WITH WORDS.
I purchase this system a year ago and used it for 2 months spent $10,000 on it and inform company that i would be moving and asked would i be charge for them to reinstall it at new residence. I was told no charge. Lets just say that was the first LIE so i called for schedule of reinstallment and the chick that is the receptionist SAMANTHA LINDSEY states it would be $1400 to reinstall then she goes down to $700. This lets ne know the company lies and charges customers whatever they want. So my husband decides to go ahead and let them come out since he had paid for system, to reinstall and the technician cuts our internet line and left and never reported it company or us. My kids were online in s class and that cause them to be behind on school work along with an additional bill i recieved from my cable provider due to them having to come out and reinstall the wiring for my internet. I called and spoke with 2 managers at which they was not notified by technicians that he cut my internet line and they also would not assist with the extra expenses that i inquired from the lack of education their technician had and error made on his part. They were rude! Save your time and do not get involve with this company. The job was not completed because crystal clear had to order a new supposely head for my system and they stated it would be $95 charge for fee of another technician to come out to install and $89 once new head came in from warranty. On the day of install the technician comes out and states it would be $95 for fee of him coming out plus $89 an hr for services. We called and spoke to Samantha and told her that was not the information received from her. She only stated $95 dollars for installer to come out. Now they want $95 for another fee plus $89 an hr for him to install head and we already paid $700 for installation that never happen so why was we charged $700 when we never received the full service
agreement of install? Because system was never installed. Lets just say this company is a rip off and very unprofessional and does not have any customer service or liability of their action or service. They used the warranty to obtain a new head for system and kept the new head never replacing it or inquiring any of the second charges $95/$89 or repairs of expenses home owner recieved from technician cutting line. Im so upset with even getting this system and even more so with the lack of customer service and professionalism recieved from CRYSTAL CLEAR CONCEPT.
Dont waste your money locate a professional company that stands by their words and contract! Needless to say we are out of $10,000 for sysytem and $700 for installation and basically no water system!

Brock was amazing. Very patient and answered all of our questions. Processes was extremely easy. Very happy with our setup.

TIm Newkirk came to our house and did a great job explaining and demonstrating how the water system worked. We were sold when we found out how high our levels were with unnecessary chemicals from city water that we were cooking with and drinking. Thanks for the information and now I have soft, manageable hair =)
David, and his sidekick, were very respectful during the installation. They make it all painless and not inconvenient at all. They really did a great job.

About a year and a half after moving into our house and dealing with poor quality local water, we received a mailer offering a free water test and a gift card for our time. I figured a free gift card was worth it if nothing else. After the water test and information presented, I was convinced I needed something to clean the water in our home. I proceeded to do my own research and seriously considered other whole home water filtration systems from other companies to save myself some money. In the end, the other systems just didn t filter everything out and I bought the Westinghouse unit from Crystal Clear Concepts. I also got the Reverse Osmosis under-the-sink filter installed (to filter fluoride out for my drinking water at that faucet). My whole family loves the clean water and we no longer buy bottled water. I want to also say that every employee that has come out to test the water, install the filters, and maintain the system have all been extremely professional, respectful, and informative. I place a lot of stock in the customer service of a company and I believe a company is made up of its employees as much as its policies. This company has them both right and have been a pleasure to work with. They installed the filter and buried the water lines in the rain with no complaining. They even sent a landscaper out to fix the mess in my yard after the install. Lastly, I will add that after reading some negative reviews about the sales team and/or the maintenance plan, I understand some of concerns that have been presented, having a few issues myself. However, after speaking to a manager and also after the company s last maintenance visit all concerns were addressed. It is worth calling the company if any customer has concerns or issues. They will work with you to make things right.

The beginning of the system installment was rocking. They can at night to install. The cap to the main water broke and we had to get emergency service in Arlington out to fix. Water was turned off to be fixed the next day so I had no water. They couldn t test the system to see if it worked due to no water. Had to have another appointment to set up the system.
Then they never did come back to see if it was working properly after the installation because they were not in the area on the days I could be home. It wasn t until I moved to another house that they came out to move it to the new house (in contract). Then I had them come out monthly to service to make sure I stayed in touch.
They have set up a new contract this year to only service every 3 months and we haven t gotten on board with this due to the virus or no one wants to come out. The face plate of the main part is broken since Oct and they haven t got the part in to replace ( in contact).
I don t know any other co. So I will be working with them unless they just don t show up.
They are polite when they come. Raquel is in the office and is Efficient but since the coronavirus I haven t talked to her or know if she is there anymore. I will be calling tomorrow to see what s up.

My skin looks amazing after only two weeks. Everything in my home is sparkling with using the clean water ONLY. I can't stop talking about how much this addition in my home has changed my life.

First advice, RUN! We got a paper in the mail stating we had missed a package delivery and to call this number to receive it. Then find out that it's a company who will come out, test our water for free and then give us a gift card for our time. They required all members of the house be present and stated it would not take long, an hour tops. They guy used scare tactics to prey on our family, would not take no for an answer and stayed in our home for several hours. While we insisted that we would like time alone to discuss & look into it ourselves, he would not take no for an answer. After an all day experience to his wearing us down, we gave in. He made it out like it wasnt going to be much but maybe 80 bucks a month and this deal was now or never. We signed the paperwork and he came out same day to install. Come to find out, we could not finance through our own bank and after all was said and done, it was going to end up being nearly 13k for the unit. We were pregnant at the time on a single income and were not going to be able to afford it. The next day, we tried to cancel and the fine print, barely visible on the back of the form stated that it would cost a couple grand just to have them remove it and it would have to be paid up front. I called and talked to several people and told them how all of it was unfair. At the time Bedford police had an investigation with the company and were warning residents not to respond to their mailers. We were shocked and they kept claiming the information was false. We told them how badly their prices were inflated and that there were several other companies that sold the same type of system for a fraction of the cost. Their comeback was that their system had a lifetime warranty. Turns out, that's not true either. To end the dispute we settled on a new price and just paid it all at once around 3500 to be done with it.

Every review saying the same thing is responded to by saying it isnt them or they didnt send out these kinds of mailers. YES IT IS THEM AND YES THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE BUSINESS. We spoke to a local appliance repair company about coming to check the unit out and they said that CCC was a well known scammer to them, that they had several calls stating after a while, CCC would come by and do a routine check. Almost instantly, the clients would have to have repairs done. Sure enough, we get the call and are glad we got the heads up. The local company has become well acquainted with the unit and we will use them instead of risking a company who would deliberately sabotage our property to steal more money from us.

So I got a text from them asking to write a review and get a 15 dollar gift card to Starbucks. So here's my review, buyer beware. We have yet had someone come out to test if the unit actually does what it says but even if it did, we regret ever allowing them into our home. The salesman immaculated my husband, used my vulnerability as a pregnant woman and bullied us into an agreement that could not be undone. Who wouldn't want cleaner water? But to come in to our home, refuse to leave and make it out like we were going to die or make our child sick if we didnt use their product was very unprofessional and wrong.

This company sent me a notice in the mail they were trying to dliver a package. Scam artist!!! I went ahead and set up an appointment for a gift card. After we set up an appointment they told me my wife needed to be there. I asked why and they said they had male and female technicians like that had anything to do with it. I said well a woman can do just as good as good a job as a man why would this matter? They said well, some women prefer to have female technicians when they live alone. II was shocked because they were now insinuating they couldn't send a female technician to my home without my wife present.

Our system wasn t working properly so Josh came out and checked our system. Luckily it was an easy fix and josh did a great job in showing us and explaining how the system worked while he was here. Thanks again josh!!!!

Trevor from Crystal Clear came out today to do the installation of our new water filter. He was extremely friendly, and did the job quick. The installation was very professional and fully complete. He even put a new panel and went above and beyond to get the right size. All in all the experience was very good.
