If you wanted to sell me a water purification system, you should have done it like every other legitimate business. The "Package Shipment" flyer is a scam and only used as a tool to get your call. They just want to get a salesman into your home and scare you into thinking your water needs treatment. The interesting thing is, I've been wondering about the quality of my water and probably would have been interested in having it tested, had the company conducted themselves in an ethical manner.

Best price around. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff.They take care of you. You can't go wrong with Crystal Clear!

We were very excited to add this system to our house. The unit had to be put outside so an insulated box was built around it. When the service man came to do a follow-up to ensure the system was working properly he found that the installer had put the unit in the box where the display window could not be seen. He said they would have to come out and correct it. That was several months ago and I have not heard from anyone.

Crystal Clear Concepts are a very professional business! The water test given was fast and friendly and I am going to recommend this service to others!

Brock was awesome at explaining the all about there product and having clean water. It seems to be wounderful product.And I would recommend it.

Never had a better experience with an installation. Josh came out after hours after driving across north Texas and had my system set in under 20 minutes.

Very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the two technicians that installed my water filtration system. They worked over 7 hrs and had a few problems come up such as a leak in my irrigation pipe which Bobby offered to tighten up and fix. All above and beyond what he was there to do. Very personable and hard working! Bobby and David were excellent technicians!

I do not recommend. The installer ran the water pipes from the very front of my brick home. Both lines are crooked and look very tacky. Left dirt and trash all over my driveway, sidewalk and yard. Broke a glass bird feeder and left the glass in my yard where my 3 year old plays! I m so disappointed. This has been a terrible experience, with getting the installation days wrong twice!! And taking an entire day to install and a very sloppy job at that.

Josh did a great job explaining all of our options and there was never any pressure for us to purchase anything extra. Gave us all the information we needed and because of that we loved having him and trust him with our system.

I've had my system for about a year. They recently came out to test my system and make sure everything was working. The guy was super nice. I love my clean water and have been able to tell a difference in my hair and skin since day 1.

I recently visited a relative at CCC and was surprised by the professionalism, the care for customer needs, and the overabundance of throughoughness when it came to doing a job well done! They are support communities in need and do outreach overseas. This company has some reviews that are complete misrepresentations of the true nature of these people and I think anyone interested in clean delicious water should check this wonderful company out!

Bought this for 7,000 been working fine, guy comes out today to do a check and now just after 2 years he tells us we have service light on and if we dont get on this service plan for 30.00 a month it will cost 800.00 every time they come out to service the system!! This was never discussed when sales man was in my home, he said we had lifetime warranty and all we had to do was put salt. Well I guess if it breaks I'll stop paying on it and they can come get it out of my yard then a trip to the Lawyers.

Josh was amazing. He explained to me how to keep my tank running efficiently throughout the year. Great customer service!

Clayton, Dave and Mason all did a great job talking through possible install location spots and informing me of the processes as they went along. My wife and I are really excited about our new water system!

The process of instillation is fantastic, presentation is great. However at the end of the first year they came and did a check on the equipment and everything was fine but then they made it mandatory to either purchase a monthly protection plan or pay out of pocket for costly returns. I was truly under the impression there was a warranty on the products/mechanics.

We love our water softener/purifier from Crystal Clear Concepts. When we moved to Texas our water tasted like swamp water and sometimes had a green/yellow coloring. It was nasty, so we looked into water filtration systems and came across these guys! The system has been the best investment! The water tastes so good and makes your hair and skin so soft! My husband has dandruff really bad, but since we ve had this it has gone away. When we go visit Wyoming for 2 weeks and aren t using it the dandruff comes back, but within a week of our soft water it s gone again! Totally worth the investment and their technicians are so very friendly and explain what they are doing and answer any questions you may have!

I cannot get a hold of you. Can you please provide which number to call? when i call, option 1 goes straight to vm, option 2 rings into a voicemail box, and option 3 goes straight to voicemail. Are you out of business?

Crystal clear concepts is awesome. I love my clean water and feel healthier! Mine was in really bad shape smelled bad and chemicals were off the charts. Crystal clear concepts tested my city water and it was shocking
Great service and provide exactly what they say they will! I had a service man come today and my outside GFI was broken I felt horrible to have wasted his time but he was professional and said they would come back to reset my system as soon as I repaired!!

About 2 years ago when we moved to our current location we had noticed that the city water taste horrible due to too much chlorine and other things in the water. We had a free water test by cristal clear concept and we agreed to install the whole house water filter purification system and an additional one for drinking water in our kitchen. We are so happy about our water purification system. The water tastes so good. None of our family members have allergies since we started taking bath in the purified water. The customer service is awesome. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. As a family we are so happy about this crystal clear concept water filtration system.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! My 83 year old mother did, and since February 11, 2021, she has been WITHOUT water!! 10 days without water! The company did not insulate the pipe that tied into her main water line. It froze, causing her entire water system to fail. The company has texted with her, but has offered no solutions!! Save yourself this frustration!!!

My husband and I could not be more pleased that we chose "Crystal Clear/Westinghouse", for our purified water system.
I have been suggesting that we need to get a filtered water system for about 20 years.
So, I am extremely ecstatic that we finally made the decision to do this :)
It was noticeable to my husband and I both, immediately, that the water was softer. Our skin and hair was softer, and even more importantly, based on the tests Tim did, the improvement of our water quality was much better, and tasted more pure.
They take care of their clients in every way, from the beginning stages of the education process, through the installation, to the last steps of satisfaction with each client.
The customer service we experienced was top notch.
Tim took his time to explain every aspect of this system, and what it would take to get our water "up to par."

Slimy, dishonest marketers. Go somewhere else. I received a postcard in the mail saying I missed a package delivery. I called the # on the card and turns out there was no undelivered package, just a sales pitch for a salesman to come to my house and test my water. Again, where s the package I apparently missed delivery of, which is clearly stated in their postcard in my mailbox? Oh, it doesn t exist (but the salesman would give me a free gift card upon scheduling an appointment, apparently). I don t do business with those who choose to knowingly use trickery or deception to get business. If you need that particular service, go hire a company that won t use outdated, slimy marketing tactics to acquire your business. I gladly give this company a 1-Star review only because a 0-Star review doesn t exist. I never even heard of this business until today, but I will never do business with them. Ever. Be honest with people, they re not as dumb as you think.

One of the best choices I have ever made since adulting started!

This company accesses your mail box even though they are not the postal service and places a note in stating that they missed a delivery. Upon calling them they say they have an amazon gift card or a gas card for you and goes ahead and schedule an appointment to come and test your water. They say they test for collecting data about the water quality in your area. So the gift card is basically a thank you. In my experience this is strictly a marketing ploy, to get a saleman into your house. Please do not fall for this company's dishonest tactics. Upon arrival the salesman was hesitant to even enter my house since he figured out there is no potential for a sale. So the statement about collecting data for water quality research was an utter lie. And the gift card they had promised was not even with the salesman.
Stay away from the company. Dishonest business should not get any business.

Please do your research and don't fall to their sale scam. They don't keep their promises about giving you double the difference if you find similar products for a lower price. I tried so hard to get the fair price by presenting evidences but it didn't help. So be very careful, take your time and do your research before you sign any paper. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them

We've had this system for a little over 2 months and I don't know why we didn't get it sooner. Our water used to be really hard, cloudy and have a foul smell. Since getting this system our water is clear and enjoyable to drink. My skin and hair are so much softer and I don't have to clean to shower glass weekly....PLUS! I highly recommend this system for any household.

I received a notice in the mail informing me that I had missed a delivery for a package and was receiving a final notice. Shady business tactic to get people to call their sales desk. Product could be great, but their marketing team is pretty suspect.

It s been wonderful having clean and soft water since buying our Westinghouse 4 months ago. We had our first maintenance check recently by Josh. He was incredibly informative and the system is running great! Very happy with the service!

Unfortunately on this day I was lied to and disappointed. I was told that the appt would last 45min to one hour. My God! He was here for 3 1/2 hours. It was such an inconvenience. I can't speak on their water system and it may be a good one but the invasion of my time made him appear as a desperate salesman. Even then after 3 hours, he did not seem ready to go. Ridiculous... I think I'll shop around.

Jason and john installed my system today June 29th, 2017. Without question these young professionals were two of the best home service people/workers I have ever had at my residence.
They took care to enaure that all my concerns were answered and made sure I was totally satified before departing.

Love the system! After reading the reviews I'll see how many stars they'll lose starting now as we have an error code on the system. I just put in a call on a Sunday. Since this is our first home here in Texas, we felt we needed a water system. So far loving the products we received and the water are great. I am hopeful I'll get a return call and service. I'll let you know!!!

Trevor installed my system. He was efficient, professional and friendly. He explained the system and answered my questions.

The "Package Shipment" flyer is a scam and only used as a tool to get you to call and set up an appointment. Claimed that North Richland Hills was PAYING for everyone to have their water tested due to people complaining about it tasting funny, smelling weird and having color. My fiance called and canceled the appointment after they called me twice to confirm and was adamant about both of us being there AT 4. He also called the NRH water department and they said they had NO idea about it and would never call out a separate company to test water.

Sales Person sales product he promise so much product but we never got .Product is ok. but NO good customer service. i call soo many times left MSG but no reply....

So just when I thought I knew everything about my home these guys definitely proved me wrong! I was so impressed by the professionalism and the knowledge that these guys provided me! I am so happy with the information that they provided me and I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to everyone!

I ve been trying to reach them for weeks with no luck. I ve tried calling sales and service. I think they may be out of business. In the past I ve been able to call and reach them with no issue, but not I just get sent to voicemail. The call tree is not even available anymore.

UPDATE: I received a call back from them today, spoke with Rochelle. She explained everything that happened over the holidays with their phone systems. Talk about bad timing. She was able to help me with the service I need. I am glad to know they are still in business because i do love my water softener.

I would like to give Crystal Clear 5 stars for the gentleman who came out to explain the system and the benefits of having clean water. So far the system is working well and the maintenance is easy, we have had to replace the salt once in almost 3 months.

I gave the review 1 star for the extreme lack of customer service. We were promised a promotional 4 year subscription (for a family of 4) to Pure and Gentle, but it has be almost three months and we have not received anything we were promised we would receive in about 3 weeks. I have tried calling Crystal Clear several times leaving voice mails that have not been returned. We are now considering dropping the service completely because no one has returned our calls. At this point I would like to have Crystal Clear come pick up the system and we can purchase a similar system from Culligan or whoever else, BUT CRYSTAL CLEAR WON'T RETURN MY CALLS.

I just got my unit installed by Preston and Eldrige. They were AWESOME!!. Very nice and polite. I was worried abot my HOA having a problem with it being visible from the street. I told them to put it in the back yard. They found a great spot in the garage. I dont have to worry about the weather or it looks. Great work.

to anyone wanting clean water!

Ok. 1st, do not buy a water system if you live out in the country and you have a septic system. The system uses a filtering system which disposes of a brine waste after so many gallons of usage and the brine needs to be able to seep into the ground. If you live in the country like I do, you're surrounded by Texas gumbo clay dirt and this brine does not seep into the ground the way it's designed to do. The brine runoff from from the system just stays at the surface and kills all the grass.
That being said, I recommend this company and its products. The customer service is excellent!

I wish I could give negative stars. "Customer service" is absolutely horrible on a good day. We have had our system since 10 Mar 2020 and have yet to be input for our detergents/soaps. When someone actually answers the phone, we are told it will be done within the week. That's IF someone answers the phone. Voicemails are NEVER returned. Example: I left a voicemail again this morning on the "Customer Service" option at 9:24 and I am still awaiting my return call. My wife spoke to someone on the Finance option after lunch (no one answered the "Customer Service" option line) and was told she couldn't speak to the manager because he had left for the day. I do not recommend doing business with Crystal Clear Concepts.

So here we are two weeks later. Still no response from anyone at Crystal Clear Concepts. I even left a message on the direct line for the manager. We did get our detergents last week but still no return call. I guess avoidance is how they deal with being jacked up. I dread having to deal with them when something fails on the equipment if this is how they react for simple detergent issues! Absolutely worst company to do business with.

Scanners fishing for information. Avoid at all costs and do not give information over the phone.
The Bedford Police Dept is aware and say it is a fishing scam as well.

They guys arrived ready to figure out the mystery of Dallas City water. I asked a few questions, and they answered them completely. My filter system needed attention, and thanks to their work, we are back to proper filtration now. Thanks to y'all at Crystal Clear for keeping us safe and healthy here.
