I've tried a few times to like this place... Each area for service has this one guy who can help and he's usually on a break or on a run or just doing something else in general. Hard to get in touch with if at all. Took three months to get a window fixed. The Stihl department is pretty spot on tho. They usually have info or equipment and help is fast... Lowe's is the only other alternative, service about the same but easier to find stuff

Really nice guys, over the phone the experience was amazing, so polite and thoughtful. unfortunately there must have been a problem with the phone. I bet they call me back in regards to supporting American manufactured oscillating blades!!
