Hats off to Cannon the sales manager. When I first called in for a price on a new car for my son I spoke to a salesperson Jonathan who lied to me and quite honestly really pissed me off. I went online to the Crown Honda website and filed a complaint. Within 5 minutes Cannon called me and we started the conversation over. He was extremeley professional and bent over backwards to make things right. Cannon took what could have been a very bad experience and made it a ritz carlton experience. I was just trying to get the best price possible for my son and his wife on their first car purchase. Cannon gave his cell phone number so my son could call him when he was on his way to the dealership. When my son arrived at the dealership they were ready and waiting. He was taken through the process in a very professional and timely manner. His salesperson Mike was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. The finance director took his time going over all options and explained the warranty quite well. Again, can't say enough compliments for Cannon and how he took a negative experience and made it the best experience possible. My son is very impressed and Crown Honda has gained a lifetime customer. Even though I live in Florida I have many friends in the area and will refer all of them to Crown Honda. I hope Crown Honda knows what a valuable asset Cannon is and how lucky you are to have him.

Me and my partner brought our vehicle in to have new keys made due to the other being broken. When i called i was told it would take one hour to make and program keys only to be told it would be three hours when we got there. They arranged for a shuttle to take us home which was greatly appreciated. Three hours later I called to see if it was ready and i was informed that something with the power steering was on recall and they were going to replace it. I finally received a call at 6:00pm to pick up vehicle and paid over $200 for keys. As i were leaving i noticed that my car was making a loud screeching noise when I pressed the gas. I immediately turned around and was told that I needed a new belt. I found it very odd that my car was not doing this before I brought it there. Nevertheless i paid for a new belt and was on my way. A few days later i noticed that my car was leaking fluid in my driveway. I took it in into another mechanic and was told that the power steering component was not not hooked back up all the way and my oil filter was damaged as if someone beat it with a hammer. Evethough I just had a professional oil change two weeks before. So my car was leaking oil and power steering fluid. This is the worst experience i have ever had with an automobile service department. It's almost like my car was sabotaged on purpose in hopes that i would come back and spend more money. I do not recommend anyone to use crown honda of southpoint service center.

I came in for an oil change and also a NC State inspection. Was told several additional items were due at a price significantly higher than other service stations. I declined. My car was serviced and as I was driving home, my tire pressure light came on. I had to drive back to the service station to find out that an attendant at OVERFILLED my tires. The person that greeted me was nice enough to fix it but I find it ridiculous that this happened in the first place. In waiting for the fix, another customer pointed out that the same thing had happened to him. I knew it was Crown that did this because I had to get new tires on my car 2.5 weeks ago (after only 30k miles on a brand new CR-V) and my car had no issues until after my service appointment.

After trying to work something out with a few other Honda dealerships, this place was a breath of fresh air. Michael A. was our main point of contact and he did a fantastic job communicating and not being pushy. He patiently walked us through all the car's features and answered all our questions (even via text at like 9 at night). Love our new vehicle and walked away feeling happy with sale price and our Trade-in value. Everyone we met there was friendly, helpful, and not sales cheesy.

I hadn't planned to get a new car, but my experience working with Crown Honda was so excellent that I didn't hesitate at all to sign on the dotted line with them. The first time I stopped by the dealership, they were very busy and weren't able to see me that day. I had left my number at the front desk, but I also didn't wait. I was surprised when a representative, Julian, reached out to me the same evening to follow up and schedule an appointment later that week for me to return. Working with Julian has been an absolute pleasure - he's honest, kind, and exuberant about his job, which is incredibly refreshing. Because of my work hours, I kept him there late a few nights, but he never complained, never seemed like he was itching to get out, never made me feel like I was bothering him. He's very knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot and went out of his way to try to find the best car for me; the one that checked all of my boxes. In addition to Julian's help, I worked with his manager, Cannon; he was kind, patient, and seemed committed to helping me find the RIGHT car, and not just selling another one off the lot. I hope that sharing my experience will encourage others to visit Crown Honda so they can have the same painless car-buying experience I did. Also, to the team - thank you again for all you have done for me!!

Nice employees in the Service Center. They are helpful and keep you updated on the status of your car during service. Would recommend. If timing is an issue, I'd also recommend early morning due to the fact that this service department is very busy.

The service department wasted my time. I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for a scheduled appointment and was told that it should be ready by 5:00 PM. By the time I'd gotten picked up and brought back on their shuttle at 5:00 PM, the work hadn't even been started. Then my service rep unprofessionally blamed his coworker for being a bottleneck. After I got assigned a different service rep, his estimates of how long the job would take were also all overrun (I timed them). I didn't get out of there until 7:10 PM, over 2 hours after the work should have been complete, and having wasted another 2 hours driving around town on the shuttle.

I have always had a great experience at Crowne Honda (except when they screwed me on a trade in). The service center has been amazing. I am extremely happy with the service center and appreciate the fact that they are open more hours than the majority of doctor's offices!

Their service is usually spectacular, but their speed-of-execution is painfully slow.

I made an appointment for a 12:15pm check-in to get my tire either patched or replaced (nail in tire). I was told it would probably take an hour, hour-and-a-half. It was probably about 2 hours later that the work started - I didn't get out until over 3hr later.

I once did a drop-off at 5:30pm or so and was told it would be completed by 11pm when the dealership closed. They hadn't started the work at 10:30pm and this was a 2-hr repair. I think I went home at 1:15am that night?

They need a better system to allocate service or estimate response times. I don't want to find a new service team because they do good work, but my time is becoming increasingly more valuable and when I need something in a hurry, they're not the place.

Labor charges are way too high , I was charged for 17K miles 250$ for service and for 20K miles 430$. Both the time wheel alignment service was done . Don't understand why wheel alignment was required within 4K miles. Just because vehicle was taken for maintenance by my husband who dint know the history of service they ripped us. Whats the point going to dealer service station if they dont go through the history of car service.

I would not recommend this service station.

Long story short, I had a horrible experience at another dealer (won t mention the name- Leith Honda ) but I ll save that for their review.. I had Darcy as my Sales Woman. She was very nice, super educated on the car I was looking at. She walked me through all the obnoxious things I m paying for and helped me turn on all of them at my request. She was super personable, and I m happy I had her during this experience. This was my first purchase on a new car after trading in my 07 that I had with over 150k miles on it. She even gave me a good pep talk after I told her I was sad to let it go. She was awesome. Thank you Darcy! I also sat with Johnny the sales manager, also very nice and didn t go on and on about different packages that I could add. He offered, I simply declined and we moved on to the next form. I hate haggling and I know they are suppose to sell these extra packages and I respect that but, as the saying goes... no means no. This dealership was very nice, well put together and even during the pandemic very personable. Thank you Crown for my brand new car!

Not a fan of the service I have received at Crown Honda. I took my Pilot in recently because it failed to start despite a new battery earlier in week. AAA helped me get to the dealership, but after hours of diagnostic tests, no answers. Just a large bill for a diagnostic fee and obnoxious requests to spend unnecessary money. He pushed so hard to get me to purchase system flushes (not due) or a new alternator (even though tests proved nothing wrong with it). When I finally picked up my car with no answers and fear of it not starting the next morning the service technician stated he didn't put my car through the wash because of my tinted windows(?!)- yet every other time they have cleaned it up just fine. So irritating!
Even simple appointment times for oil changes would be a nice customer service. No, they can't commit to any time frame.

Just know any service to your vehicle will take all day. They quoted me 3.5 hours for an oil change even after I made the appointment a week prior to showing up. There are no benefits for going with this dealership, apparently you get free car detailing but if it takes three hours for an oil change I d hate to see the wait for that. I will not be purchasing another Honda after this horrific experience. Tired of wasting my time in a dealership waiting for an oil change THAT I SCHEDULED!!!!

Asking if Charlie avail on Saturday, two people I called confirmed that he will be working. Not. Turned out, he is not working on that Saturday.
Phillip mentioned oil-change will be done in 1 1-1/2 hrs, it was done 2-1/4 hrs.
When it is done, Phillip, never let me know the car is done, he said he called and left a message. Never got a VM. I texted to ask for status, never got a reply.
Missed your service department old team in morning shift on weekdays.

Tech had to complete my profile which is irritating as I was just there in Feb. and I booked online. Joel did not wear gloves and he sat in my car without putting anything over the seat - Why aren't there proper precautions with COVID-19 going on? Joel tells me balance and alignment would not get picked up in Honda's multi-point inspection - Why not? When I brought my car in the last Tech (Philip) said I needed spark plugs. Joel said I can wait - I don't believe any of Honda's recommendations. Crown continues to disappoint!

Ramon Gavilan was quite possibly the best car sale...

Ramon Gavilan was quite possibly the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very patient. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I really appreciated his honesty throughout the whole process.
Overall, the whole dealership is great but I cannot recommend Ramon highly enough.

I made an appointment to get our 2016 CR-V inspected and the oil changed. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to do this and rotate the tires. Since I had an appointment, it seems that the service time should have been no more than an hour. Also, the children's area needed some serious TLC. I would have only given two stars, but the young man who checked me in and out was very nice and courteous.

10 STARS!!! I'll never forget Crown Honda in my life because it made my dream come true!! I was in search of buying a new car but my credit score was in poor range. I was not sure will any bank would ever give me an auto loan. Some dealers already rejected my application. With a last hope, I called Crown Honda and did an online application. My sales rep was Ramon Gavilan and he called me back stating I will be approved and I can come for a test drive. I visited Crown Honda first time that day - Feb 6, 2015 at 2 pm. Ramon had 2 Cars ready for me to test drive before I reached. I really liked Honda Civic and spoke to Finance Manager Johnny Tran and he told me I have another option too which was Honda Civic Hybrid. After driving it, I just fell in love with the car and its cool features. But, it was really above my budget. Johnny helped me by negotiating with the banks and made it really affordable for me. And, the same day Ramon drove my all new Honda Civic Hybrid to my house by 6 pm. My life completely changed within just 4 hours of time that I visited Crown Honda. Excellent customer service and I would give 10 stars if there was an option.

Ramon Gavilan & Johnny Tran, both of you are really awesome! I can never forget you in my life and tons of thanks for making my dream come true!

I went in for an oil change. I had an appointment. It still took 5 hours. That oil change should have taken 15 min.

Another time I went in to get my flat tire looked out. Resolution was my tire had no holes or leaks. The next week, my tire was flat again. And they told me they couldn t find anything wrong with my tire??

Basically this Honda dealership isn t the best. I ve been multiple times hoping for a better experience. Don t waste your precious hours and money here.

Had visited other dealers prior to this one. The difference was night and day. Very pleasant experience with all employees I interacted with - salesman, sales manager and financial manager. Stayed well beyond closing hour and never felt pressured. Bought new car and manager even informed me I could leave my rental and drive out with my new car since they re a rental car return center.

Every time I make an appointment at Crown Honda of...

Every time I make an appointment at Crown Honda of Southpoint, I'm given the option of waiting for my car, so I choose it. Every time I show up, it doesn't seem to matter that I have an appointment or that I've requested to wait for my car.

The last time I was here for an oil change I was told the wait would be 5-6 hours (despite my appointment!) I started avoiding Crown Honda of Southpoint because of this issue, but ended up having to make an appointment for today because of a safety recall that has to be done at a dealership. Once again, despite having an appointment, I've been asked to drop the car off. When I insisted on waiting, I was told it would be three hours (the service should take about 45 minutes according to the safety notice, and I made an appointment specifically for this recall issue almost a week in advance).

When I called the dealership (multiple times) this morning to check on the wait time as a precautionary measure, I could not reach anyone in the service department, and my voicemail was not returned. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere for any future Honda-specific service needs.

Mixed review here. Sales tried to bamboozle me into a deal. Promised delivery the next day, but when the car wasn't available, I asked for a new deal. They called me liar about the delivery and refused to sell to me dispite my efforts to reset the disagreement. All I wanted was to not pay for a dealer add on I didn't want. I went to an out of town dealer, got a bunch of dealer add ons and saved a bundle compared to Crown's price.

I guess Crown sales can get away with that treatment as they are always crowded with customers interested in Hondas.

But the Crown service department was great because they were friendly, offered shuttle service and washed my car.

I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. I asked my male friend to call this dealership regarding a used car they had for sale. He was told they would take $500 off. I called two days later and asked about the same car and was informed that only $200 could be taken off. The man I spoke with was extremely rude and ironically didn't tell me his name. I stated that my friend had called and been told something different and he said I'm sorry and hung up the phone. I feel that this particular person was being very sexist since I was a female. I don't recommend buying any vehicle from this dealership at any point! Especially if you are a female.

It is a hit or miss with this place. My most recent visit was a miss and in the future I am going to have to explore other facilities. Why this time was a miss... background.....in Dec 2018 I took my car there for service. Services completed were oil change, tire rotation, cabin filters replacement, hydraulic system brake flush, transmission service, cooling system flush, replace spark plugs and rear brakes, it cost $1100. Some of this was the recommended service for the mileage of the vehicle.

Now to recent, May 2019, appointment made for oil change and recall on air bag. When arrived it was recommended the fuel system service be done. I agreed. After their multi-point inspection...they stated "immediate attention" for timing belt service, ball joint replacement, axie seals, wiper blades, 4 wheel alignment, TRANSMISSION SERVICE, power steering fluid exchange, BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE. Total of all services $3111.92

So lets talk about how 2 of these services were just done 6-months ago. When the car was serviced in Dec, the service advisor stated the car was in excellent condition and I wouldn't have to get any "recommended service" for a while since I had done so much....and the same things were inspected in Dec 2018 and May 2019....while I know a lot of things can happen in 6 months but I'm sure they would have noted some kind of wear 6 months ago on these things mentioned. Let me add I have a lifetime wheel alignment with a tire facility (free for the lifetime of the car) and took the car for the alignment, they stated it did need a minor alignment but it was not enough to even effect the tires and no ware detected on the tires. So I'm wondering if the technicians or service advisors are paid some type of commission or incentive for the services they preform on vehicles and they are doing so much because benefits them whether the customer needs it or not. I don't believe I need brake flush and transmission flush every 6 months. Just sounds like they might be taking people for a ride or some people there may be taking people for a ride!

The amount of time I waited was exactly the amount of time I was told to expect. All in all, I was very glad that I had purchased a Honda and went with the service package.

Terrible experience. We came here twice to setup a test drive with the intention of leasing on the spot.

First visit experience: As soon as you come in to the showroom, you have to talk to the receptionist who is is lost and can't answer basic questions. We were asked if we had an appointment, but we didn't. We were then told to wait for a sales associate. We didn't hear from anyone for about 30 min and then told the receptionist we would call in for an appointment.

As soon as we left the dealership we called to setup and appointment this same receptionist just transferred us to a voicemail!

Second visit experience: I called in the next day and successfully setup and appointment for 7:15. We were about 10 min late. We were again greeted by the same receptionist who told us the associate with whom we made the appointment just left for a test drive at 7:10. She told us to wait and assured us someone would see us. Again we waited for 20min and were then told by a sales rep he needs to fill in gas and will be back. He never showed up. After about 40 min of waiting we left.

They really lost a sale because we would have signed a deal both times. It was as if they weren't in the business of selling cars. We will take business to another place who is willing to treat us properly.

The entire customer experience from start to finish was a delight. Everyone was professional, polite and easy to work with. Furthermore, I got a great deal on a new car without having to haggle. I would highly recommend Crown Honda of Southpoint to anyone in the market.

This is a review of the service department. Make s...

This is a review of the service department. Make sure you do your research before you accept a service quote here.

I went to Crown Honda of Durham, NC on Jan 7, 2016 to have recall work done on a 2004 Honda Accord EX. While at the dealership I asked them to take a look at the starter. Seemed to me like it was going to need to be replaced.

The fee to have a technician look at the starter was $137.25. $115.00 was billed as labor. $20.70 was billed as shop supplies. $1.55 sales tax. As it was explained to me this initial technician fee would be waived if I decided to have any work done on my car at the dealership. I was confident the starter would need to be replaced and knew the dealership would most likely charge more then the typical mechanic, but thought it might be worth it because of the convenience of "knocking out two birds with one stone."

I got a call back from a service technician a few hours later. The quote to replace the starter was $700! $296 for parts - the rest of the bill was for approximately 3 hours of labor! I couldn't believe it! I spoke with another mechanic who was floored anyone would even think about charging that much to have a starter replaced.

So I declined service at the dealership, which meant I was on the hook for the initial $137.25 fee - which I paid begrudgingly, and took my car to my primary mechanic who replaced my starter at 9pm on a Friday night, in the rain, in less then an hour for $350.

When you do the math - my total cost for starter repair ended up being $137.25 dealership service fee + $350 non dealership repair. Total: $487.25

The difference, even with having to pay the dealership fee, comes to $212.75.

Maybe that's not a lot of money for some folks - but for me that's a HUGE amount of savings! Its hard for me to understand how the dealership justifies their pricing. I hope there are valid reasons. But at the end of the day I am so thankful to have a mechanic that I know and trust.

My advice to anyone who has work done at this dealership: shop around. Talk to other mechanics. You will learn a lot and feel a lot better about your car repair decisions and even better about knowing who your hard earned money is going to.

Crown Honda of Durham - you need to do better, a lot better, if you hope to gain and keep customers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I have visited this dealership for years getting routine maintenance done. In which the customer service has become consistently poor. I dropped my car off Saturday afternoon for a Sunday pick up. When arriving into the garage, there were at least 8 service workers that didn't bother to look up from their computers or conversations to at least acknowledge my presence or let me know they would help me when available. After 4 others cars pulled in, with at least a 15min wait for me of just sitting and waiting, I finally received help checking in. Upon scheduling my full synthetic oil change, I was told no last time you got a synthetic blend. I stated that's interesting because I have been here several times for a full synthetic oil change. My thought was immediately are the service providers paying attention when u ask for a service, reviewing the history of your car or only concerned about trying to sale services to you? Ok so I pick my car up on Sunday. When they bring my car out, the front vanity plate it bent into a perfect L and the mount is cracked. I ask what did u hit in my car? The plate is clearly bent. The guy gets out and says I didn't hit anything and he didn't know what happened. He was actually about to walk away. Under Crown Honda's care, my car was damaged and you're walking away! I stop him because I also notice the tire pressure light is still on, the car has not been vacuumed or rinsed off. The guy tells me oh I'm sure the tire pressure was checked. You just need to drive your car so the sensor goes off. Ummm I stated NO, I routinely let Discount Tire fix my tire pressure and as soon as the tire that's low is filled it goes off. I go in and speak with the service manager, Tony Holland. I express all my complaints and concerns. He gives me his card and writes courtesy oil change, has them pull my car back in to check tire pressure and I have to ask for a new mount. I wait 30 min to find out they don't have one in stock. I'm told it would be ordered and I would be contacted. It's now Friday. A week has basically gone by, with no communication at all, so I call the service department. Who then transfers me to parts. Only to find out the part has not been ordered. The lovely man in parts tells me will order the part in my name, with a Tuesday arrival and call me when it's in. After speaking with him, I ask to be transferred back to the service department. I wanted to speak with the service manager about why the part had not been ordered, why I had to call Crown Honda about their mistake and the continued poor lack luster customer service from a dealership. All of which was left on his voicemail. It's now Tuesday morning. I have not received a call from anyone at Crown Honda. Let's see if I get a call about my part. As I said to service manager, Tony Holland. It's truly disappointing that a dealership offered such horrible customer service. You spend the time and money to visit the dealership because you trust that services are being performed by the best. It's completely ridiculous! The customer service at Crown Honda has become consistently worse over the years and seems to be getting worse. Please question purchasing a car from a dealership that offers such poor service.

We have been working with Crown Honda for years an...

We have been working with Crown Honda for years and I continue to be amazed at the experience we have in all of our interactions - from service to our latest used car purchase. Oliver George was tremendous to work with - answering all of our questions, showing us their available inventory, addressing any concerns we had and acting like a true advisor on the purchase.

I would highly recommend Crown Honda (of Southpoint) and Oliver for your next car purchase.

Where to begin? From start to finish this was one of the best car buying experiences ever!! Karl Prinsep had all the info on the Civic I was interested in and pointed out several fantastic features and once we settled on the vehicle, he introduced me to his sales manager. Oliver George then proceeded to deal openly about what he could and could not(there wasn't much) do. After we agreed on price it was off to Johnny Tran in finance! Holy smoke! I was expecting the usual hour long trudge. NOPE! Johnny explained everything and had his ducks in a row before he brought me in! When we sat down it was less than 15 minutes till I was shaking hands and driving away!!
This is a great team! They work well together and keep the customer informed. I will definitely recommend and be back!

I initially came to Crown Honda to look at vehicles to determine how best to adjust my budget in order to purchase a new vehicle. While looking at vehicles Roy Twisdale introduced himself and offered his assistance with any questions that I might have. Roy spent approximately 45 minutes to an hour answering all questions that I had and showing me several vehicles upon my request. He worked the numbers for me so that I could see where this would fit into my budget and surprisingly enough he made it work so that I could take my brand new 2012 Honda Civic home that day. At no time during the whole process did I ever feel pressured to buy. Roy was very patient and knowledgeable. I will return to Crown for my next vehicle purchase.

went in with the desire to get car looked at that day. due to the wait, i made an appointment very quick and easy process. unfortunately, i was running late the next day which was understood by staff. i dropped off like normal though i took advantage of the shuttle service that morning to run me to work. the driver was an amazing southern man with plenty of stories, great jokes and wonderful energy. it was a quick follow up with honest diagnostics and guidance as to what my next step should be. also, the gentleman who handed me my keys and helped me pick up my car was a great personality to interact with. this dealership makes me proud to own and stand by a car company i ve relied on for a long time.

Service dept. is great. Only missed five stars because they did not re-calibrate the tire pressure monitoring system after rotating the tires. I was in a hurry when I got the car back post-service, so didn't get them to do it. Took only a minute to look up the routine in the owner's manual, and about fifteen seconds to do it.

After driving up from Florida and noticing some issues with our Odyssey, and since we were planning to trade it when we returned home, we decided not to wait and to make the purchase here in NC. My sister-in-law who lives in the area, recommended Crown Honda. Our salesman, Reggie greeted us as we were browsing on the lot. We told him exactly what we were looking for and our desired payment plan, down payment limits, etc. and he went quickly to work. We took a test drive, filled out some paperwork, and he took it to a manager. After a few quick back-and-forths, we had a deal that was better than we anticipated and for an upgraded version.
The manager, James, was very personable, accommodating, and truthful (not pushing for any add-ons at the eleventh hour as we have seen in the past during other car-buying financing experiences).
We walked in at 10 a.m. and were driving our new Odyssey at 1 p.m.
We would highly recommend Crown at Southpoint and further recommend Reggie as a helpful facilitator.

My overall experience at Crown-Honda on February 11, 2013, was pleasant and rewarding -- I purchased a new 2013 HONDA CRV AWD. The salesperson was JUSTIN DIETZ who was extremely nice,friendly, professional, knowledgeable and hospitable. Justin made my wife and me feel very comfortable and important. He listened to our needs and responded favorably without applying any pressure whatsoever -- just being very helpful. WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. Accesories that needed to be ordered, were and placed on the vehicle exactly as we were informed. Justin and the mechanic installing the accessories did an OUTSTANDING JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. Walter was wonderful, but FINANCE MANAGER made me want to run!!

My experience is two-fold, like many people that purchase cars from dealerships. I spent one day looking at my options, and once I decided on a car of my liking, I went back for a second trip to sign the paperwork. HERE IS WHERE MY EXPERIENCE PLUMMETED. The finance manager, Ji, gave me the paperwork. To my surprise, the APR was 5% higher than we agreed upon, my down payment was not included, and the odometer reading was 20 miles less than the car actually had. We had to re-do the paperwork 3 TIMES for Ji to correct the problems. Being a single woman, I began to think if this was a bait and switch? Then after all of these errors, Ji proceeded to try and sell me on Gap Insurance 20 minutes AFTER I already declined. Finally, I was forced to say, Look, I said no . Oh, and did I mention he wanted me to sign the paperwork before he made corrections?

Walter, my sales representative was WONDERFUL and I am thankful he was so willing to negotiate on price for me. Walter was honest, didn t try to persuade me, was upfront, and truly tried to make sure I as the buyer was satisfied. But after my experience with Ji, I will NOT be coming back to Crown Honda.

While everyone is attentive and so friendly at this location, Joe D. is my person here! He remembers me each time I visit and I always trust that his service recommendations are truly needed and that he's not trying to "up-sale" me on something. He provides a printout of what I had completed during each visit and also a printout of future service recommendations and the time frame they should be completed with the rough estimate so that I may budget for future visits. I do make sure to keep up the recommended service on my 2008 CR-V and it's still running perfectly! I don't ever feel pressured to agree to a recommended service that I can't afford if I didn't plan on it that day, unlike other places. This is the only location I will bring my vehicle for servicing and even if I relocated farther away, I would still travel back here for my vehicle's care. I'm just happy I have found somewhere I can trust with maintaining my vehicle. Even when the service associates/mechanics bring my car back around, they are friendly and even apologetic if it took too long! I never mind the wait because their waiting area is comfortable, they have frequent shuttle service, and I know my vehicle is being appropriately taken care of which is invaluable. I have peace of mind that I won't be on the side of the road because something was done half-way. Thank you, Crown Honda of Southpoint!

The service tech did a great job, service was VERY quick, and my car was clean and the issue seems to be fixed which is really all I care about. The customer service representative is why I only gave three stars. He didn't allow me to feel heard, made me feel rushed, and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. When he mentioned that "we might come off as elitist" that pretty much summed up my experience. My husband and I try to avoid coming to Crown Auto for service because of the way they make us feel. (I was relieved to know he had been treated the same) Hence why we decided to have the diagnostic done at Advance Auto but after research we realized that our issue would likely be covered by Honda so we made the appointment.

My 2006 Pilot with 128K on it started showing an error message so I called Crown and talked to Andrew. I keep coming back to Crown because of their evening hours and professional service. Andrew was able to not only take care of the issue that eventing but took the time to walk through any other issues and also let me know what maintenance items that needed to be addressed. He acurately let me know how long I would be there and stuck to the estimate. When it was time for him to leave he handed me off to another serivce rep and made sure I knew what was going on. I always feel confident that my car and I are being taken care of at Crown. I am pleased by thier understanding of how to make it easier for customers to receive serivice. The free wifi and comfortable lounge is an added bonus. Thanks Andrew and Crown Honda.

I came to get a back up key, and was told it would be 30 minutes and at most an hour. It is now over 2.5 hours and I am still waiting and am told the technician has had it.... for the last 2 hours....

Update, it was about 2.5 hours total for them to make a basic key. The key does work as it is supposed to.

You pay for what you get. They'll obviously use OEM parts and know your Honda better than just about anyone else.

The best experience I had was during my discussions with the parts and service department on the phone. I briefly chatted with them about what I was feeling in the car, they agreed I was on the right path, gave me prices, advice, and a 'general' cost so I knew what I was up against.

Calling this repair dept a service center is a serious misnomer. There is very little service there. My car has NEVER been ready at the time promised. I took my 2017 Accord Ex in for a problem with the drivers seat, was told that a part needed to be ordered and that I would be called when it came in, which they estimated to take 2 days. It has now been a month and no one has called. I have called several times and left messages but I have not received one call back, The staff isn't friendly and lacks professionalism. I only go there because of close proximity to my home. I keep hoping the this time it will be a good experience......it hasn't been yet!

I post this in hopes that someone will monitor this site and call me back.

THIS FACILITY IS HORRIBLE! Iv gone here several different times and nothing changes. I don't not went back this past time because one of their customer service reps called me asking why I hadn't been in.
Every time I set an appointment with them I end up having to wait 2 or 3 hours still. WHATS THE POINT OF SETTING AN APPOINTMENT IF IT MEANS NOTHING BUT O YOU?
Also the customer service rep always gives me the price for my services while on th phone when making my appointment but when n to g you too Crown Honda then always s give me a different price. This is ridiculous.
I always end up just driving to Sanford Honda to have my car serviced. They get m in and a out in no time and they have great employers and the pricing is perfect and consistent.

Called them easily ten times to get information on an $800 repair I got on my vehicle they lost my call EVERY time. I left my phone number and all types of information and they never gave me a callback. They were very friendly until they had nothing to gain from me then they ignored me. Will never go back to them for any repair or maintenance.
