The service tech did a great job, service was VERY quick, and my car was clean and the issue seems to be fixed which is really all I care about. The customer service representative is why I only gave three stars. He didn't allow me to feel heard, made me feel rushed, and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. When he mentioned that "we might come off as elitist" that pretty much summed up my experience. My husband and I try to avoid coming to Crown Auto for service because of the way they make us feel. (I was relieved to know he had been treated the same) Hence why we decided to have the diagnostic done at Advance Auto but after research we realized that our issue would likely be covered by Honda so we made the appointment.
