Not a fan of the service I have received at Crown ...

Not a fan of the service I have received at Crown Honda. I took my Pilot in recently because it failed to start despite a new battery earlier in week. AAA helped me get to the dealership, but after hours of diagnostic tests, no answers. Just a large bill for a diagnostic fee and obnoxious requests to spend unnecessary money. He pushed so hard to get me to purchase system flushes (not due) or a new alternator (even though tests proved nothing wrong with it). When I finally picked up my car with no answers and fear of it not starting the next morning the service technician stated he didn't put my car through the wash because of my tinted windows(?!)- yet every other time they have cleaned it up just fine. So irritating!
Even simple appointment times for oil changes would be a nice customer service. No, they can't commit to any time frame.
