Gage was awesome!! He explained a problem with the seal that was leaking from the main water source. He had the problem fixed within an hour and was very friendly. I ve always had good service, but he was exceptional! I really appreciated the effort he made to get the job done so quickly so I wouldn t have to reschedule. Thank u!

One of my zones hadn't been working for a couple years; another company tried to fix it but that was a massive fail. Sanderson Dehaan came out and when the lower level tech couldn't figure it out, his manager dropped by to work on things. Between the both of them, they figured out the problem, and fixed it good as new.

They came out and did a full irrigation setup on our house. 13 zones total! They did a great job and listened to my concerns and the crew did a fantastic job and was accommodating with all of my request. All at a very competitive price.

This is a company that puts themselves first, definately not a reflection of professionalism and it all goes south from there! Their careless and brash attitudes are apalling which go hand in hand with their reckless inexperience. They do not get the job done! They set bogus appointments and come when they want showing up on surprise. The service person did not know his job, did not shut the value off and flooded the yard . He did not check to see whether all the zones were working properly. When I called to explain the issue they refused to take responsiblity. Their solution is to set another appointment several weeks out and charge again for a job already paid for. Most distrubingly the worker did not wear a mask.

I recently had them come out to fix a broken back flow, as a well as a couple of heads. Overall, the technician who arrived was quick and diligent and seemed very knowledgeable about the entire system. Like everything else relating to home improvement, if you have the the knowledge to fix the simple things yourself (i.e. sprinkler heads), you will save quite a bit of money. Sprinkler heads are extremely marked-up and are quite easy to replace if you do them a few times. They quoted me a price to fix my back flow, multiple heads, as well as a shutoff valve in one of zones that was very close when all the final work was complete. I would recommend them for quick repairs, as well as easy repairs if you value your time.

Had a tech out to replace a few sprinkler heads, and when I mentioned we had a dead zone he went way above and beyond to restore full function. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Wonderful group of people! Very professional and knowledgeable. They helped us design a system and delivered a great solution. We have 10 zones and 50+ sprinkler heads. I thought they were reasonably priced. They also offer a hybrid offering allowing you to do some of the labor if you want to save some money.

I had to take off work to accommodate their schedule, then they couldn t complete the job. Was to show up the next day, but didn t. I had to call them, and they were not willing to work with me even though my yard is dug up. Very unprofessional and uncaring.

Used this company for a repair that instead of taking 20 minutes, it took 2 days. The appointment lady on the phone has always been one of the rudest people I ve ever met. This company amazes me on how unprofessional they are. Would not recommend.

Sanderson and Dehaan is very responsive and they know what they are doing. We have had some unusual issues and they stood with us very professionally, not giving up until we had a resolve. Their techs are so personable and take time to your

Spent hours on lawn and could not repair the problem. Would never use them again. Went to Grand Rapids Irrigation. They are superb!

Rich is very easy to work with and did a great job. Sprinklers have had zero problems and the grass has zero brown spots.

The techs are great, but the lady answering the phone is terrible with customer service. Constantly acting like it's a pain to do her job. Not helpful with questions and is just plain rude. Customer service is extremely important.

Worst experience ever!! Called for a simple sprinkler head change and they tried to tell me I needed a new controller. Left my system broken, controller wiring disconnected, valve box filled with dirt and one zone left open.
Took 3 hours for another professional to fix.
I changed the sprinkler head myself in about 10 minutes.

They use to be the best, but now it has become just a company that wants to charge their customers for every little thing. It use to be customer first but now it s about the dollar. I don t know if they are hurting for capital gains but now their charging 2.00 to use your debit/credit card to pay for services. I will be taking my business elsewhere. To bad, will see where this establishment is in 5 years! Good luck!

Service Failure. After being highly recommended by a neighbor they didn't have the right fitting to hook up to my sprinkler system to winterize it. They left for over an hour to get that fitting from Kalamazoo that would have been 50 cents at the local hardware store. After fiddling with the system for another hour they decided to leave with the promise of returning in a few days. They never called back despite the below freezing temperatures for those same days. Another vendor showed at a specific time and date (on time) and hooked up the compressed air in a few minutes and finished in 20.

Sanderson & Dehaan is the best irrigation company to work with in West Michigan. I have thoroughly researched irrigation companies and they offer the best overall value in the area. They are very professional and use the best irrigation products and methods in the industry. Rich Fridley with Sanderson has helped me with various projects and he is great to work with. He is very knowledgable in his field and I would definitely recommend Sanderson & Dehann with your irrigation project for home or business!

Kelly and Zack showed up at the end of a very long Friday, for what they thought was a leak repair, but turned in to a reconfiguration of a couple of heads. The guys didn't even blink, they just got busy. Sanderson Dehaan installed this system 22 years ago and have provided outstanding service the entire time. Five stars+

Was told I'd have my sprinkler service turned on for the season 2 days ago. I haven't heard anything from the company soni called and they say it will be another week before they come...that's just when they service this side of town. Phone call into the supervisor...hopefully I'll get a return call with better news and a new plan.

Very poor customer service. Service times are limited to just a couple days a week and when I did take off work to be home for a repair they came before the time window because that was convenient for them. Since no one was home they left and made us reschedule even though we are home during the appointment time

I have been a customer of S&D for over 15 years. They lost my business permanently today. The lady answering the phone clearly hates her job. Each time I've called to schedule a system startup or shutdown she has no interest in being helpful. I called today for a system shutdown and they said they couldn't get to us for a minimum of two weeks. I called a competitor and they are stopping by today to shut the system down.

The more experienced technicians at S&D have always been good. But I am no longer going to do business with a company that continues to put a rude person as the initial contact of their customer service.

I'm thankful they atleast sent a quote, seems like many companies won't even do that. Didn't really seem friendly though. Their price was much higher than all the other quotes we received too.

Very poor service. Person who turned on my sprinklers could not answer questions about my controller, worked very slowly, and didn't seem to care about what they were doing. Will be changing to another sprinkler company

The technician provided fast and efficient service for our sprinkler start up needs. He repaired a couple of sprinkler heads as needed.

This company came out for an easy fix, made my system worse, supervisor was very rude on the phone and was unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anybody. Thanks
